Moinho -Delightful villa in Quinta dos Alamos with private pool

Due to a large building going on behind Quinta dos Alamos resort, the rental price has been reduced.
The delightful villa is situated in the very popular Quinta dos Alamos, a residential estate, 10 minutes walk from Guia. The villa has a beautiful lawned garden, which is very private, as it is enclosed by a wall and gate. The swimming pool with Roman steps, can be heated (this is available as an optional extra) is surrounded by terraces. There is also a brick BBQ & shower.
WiFi INTERNET is available for our guests.
Accommodation: Double bedroom with en-suite, very large walk in shower room, and two twin bedrooms with bathroom. The lounge/dining room is fitted with a hi-fi/CD player, TV with MEO provider (see list of channels from standard pack - https://en.meo.pt/tv/channels-programming/channels-list/fibre?pacote=Pack+Standard) and a video & DVD. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine & dishwasher, microwave, oven & ceramic hob, fridge / freezer. There is a separate W/C cloakroom.
All bathrooms and the kitchen were completely & beautifully renovated in 2006. All bedrooms & lounge are fully air conditioned for heating & cooling. There is a safe

Great Villa

Stayed with Family, three generations, all were impressed. Clean, well appointed accommodation with all you could need. Good sized pool in a large garden, plenty of room for youngsters to run about, all with excellent privacy. Villa company were very good, and sorted out a couple of self inflicted problems very quickly with the minimum of fuss.

We had a great holiday at Casa do Moinho, directions to the Villa were easy and found it straight away, this is our 5th Villa holiday and this is the best we have stayed in, it was a really nice touch that there were some provisions for us on arrival (my husband appreciated the beer), with having a 17 month year old with us we didn’t venture into Guia, the villa was well equipped with a BBQ and lovely outdoor seating the Supermarket & an Iceland a few minute drive we were happy to stay in. Casa do Moinho seems to be situated in a residential area and is very quiet, there is a villa next door but you are not overlooked by anyone. Would highly recommend Casa do Moinho
