Overall, our experience was mixed and we likely wouldn’t stay here again. The location is great and the view was a definite highlight, and the condo itself is generally nice. However, there were some issues that impacted our stay and ultimately outweighed the positives.The overall location of the building is very good. Beach access was a big plus—it’s right from the bottom floor with a nice walkway that makes it easy to get out to the beach. While we didn’t do any walking to nearby spots, there are plenty of restaurants and shops just a short drive away.One thing to note is the condo’s location within the building. It’s right next to the elevators, which was convenient for getting in and out, but it does come with more foot traffic and some noise from people gathering in that area.The condo was mostly clean upon arrival, and we didn’t have any major concerns in that area.Amenities were a bit of a mixed bag. The condo itself is nicely decorated with a cute, beachy feel, and there was plenty of comfortable seating. The dining table easily accommodated our group of six, and we really enjoyed the balcony with its table and chairs. The pools and on-site sports facilities (tennis, basketball) were also great features, even though they were often busy.
