Former longère farmhouse from the beginning of the 20th century, located in a peaceful setting on a family estate surrounded by woods and meadows, 2 km from the ramparts of Guérande, 3 km from the salt marshes, 5 km from the beaches of La Turballe and 8 km from the Baule.

The house, made up of the farmhouse, the old stable and the old dairy, has been completely restored and fitted out in the past years. It combines decoration and classic furniture and is tastefully furnished for use primarily for the family of owners who stay there very frequently. It offers an ideal setting for spending family holidays or with friends away from seasonal tourist activity. The rental concerns 3/4 of the farmhouse, the end of the building being occupied independently (garden and separate access).

It has, on one side, the grassy farmyard with a parking space and, on the other side, a large garden opening onto a wood and a pond.

Three spacious bedrooms on the ground floor (plus two passage rooms - depending on the configuration selected) and 7 bedrooms upstairs (5 larger, with double beds and 2 smaller, with single beds).

The Ground floor is suitable for the use of a wheelchair, with an equipped shower room (shower without border).

The house can be divided into two parts according to a modular system, each part (described later for ease as the 'firm' part and the 'dairy' part because of their history, but it is indeed a continuous whole without clear limitation) with several bedrooms, a kitchen and a dining and living room with separate entrances and exits to the garden.

Oil heating which can be supplemented by open fires in several fireplaces (wood available). Most of the windows are double glazed. Barbecue, washer & dryer, Dishwashers in each of the two kitchens, fridge with freezer.

The region offers a multitude of sporting and cultural activities. Regarding the former: nautical activities, several golf courses, tennis, two modern swimming pools, riding stables, equestrian and polo fields, cycle paths on the coast and in the hinterland (Briere, along the canals, etc.) , etc. In terms of cultural activities, several cinemas, visit the salt marshes and work sites of St. Nazaire, media library in Guérande. Visits to particularly picturesque or interesting places such as the marshes, Piriac, Batz-sur-mer and its wild coast, Le Croisic, Pouliguen, La Baule, Nantes 1 hour away (road or train), Golf du Morbihan, the islands from Houat, Hoedic and Belle-Ile accessible directly from the Turballe, etc.

Several shopping centers very close: Guérande, La Baule, La Turballe.

(i) In summer (excluding heating period), minimum rental period: 4 nights. In the heating season, minimum 7 nights (1 week).
(ii) the house does not have a television connection.
(iii) A temporary wireless Internet connection (WIFI) can be organized with France Telecom (terminal rental and subscription at 21 euros / month - allow 20 days for connection).
