About this property

The residence is ideally located in the center of Calvi and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach (5 minutes on foot).
All your travels can be done on foot, train station at 300m, port at 400m, and all other amenities. A vehicle is by no means essential.
The residence, made up of a few terraced houses with gardens and parking lots, is secure, calm and planted with trees.
Our 60m2 garden is fenced and flowered. It is ideal for a family with children, or to enjoy the cool of summer after dark, or to prepare a BBQ and even in winter because the days are often sunny.
Our house is made up of 2 separate apartments with separate access, to be rented together or separately.
The apartments are air conditioned (reversible air conditioning).
** Ground floor, 60 m2 living space on garden equipped with garden furniture, BBQ.
3-room apartment, air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden (sideboard, table, chairs) + air-conditioned bedroom with 160 cm bed + cabin with 2 bunk beds of 80 + air-conditioned living room with 140 cm convertible sofa + equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine, wide choice of dishes and kitchen utensils) TV, DVD player, library, washing machine, plenty of storage, etc.
** 1st floor, 35 m2 of living space on a large terrace of almost 30 m2 with mountain views, a watertight covered pergola part (about 20 m2) equipped with table furniture, chairs and sideboard and an outdoor part with remote control awning equipped with an outdoor lounge and BBQ. The terrace is a real outdoor living space, even outside high season, thanks to its part protected by a waterproof pergola.
3-room apartment, 140-bed room + 120-bed bedroom + air-conditioned living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction, electric coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, good choice of dishes and kitchen utensils) and 140 sofa bed, washing machine, many storage, ...

Calvi est une ville magnifique, vous pouvez venir sans voiture. Le petit train dessert l essentiel a visiter. L appartement est très bien situé. L accueil est parfait. Par contre il manque la climatisation dans les chambres. Bien pour 4 trop petit pour 6

location bien située, pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller se promener dans Calvi ni à la plage. Les supermarchés sont à 150 m ainsi que boulanger, épicerie, restaurants...Je tiens à remercier Marie Jo une femme accueillante et disponible avec une grande gentillesse. La location est bien aménagée et chaleureuse, le jardin est magnifique! 15 jours de pur bonheur dans un endroit paradisiaque, nous y reviendrons!

Come a casa propria.

Graziosissima casa abbracciata da un piccolo giardino romantico pieno di piante verdi e fiorite, con un'altissima palma e un frondoso ulivo ad ombreggiare il tavolo su cui si può mangiare ad ogni pasto. Il contesto abitativo è tranquillissimo pur essendo a due passi da tutte le comodità (2 grandi supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze), centro città (ville basse) a distanza di una breve passeggiata, così come il porto e la stazione del trenino della Balagne che collega tutte le spiagge della zona; nessun problema di parcheggio perché c'è il posto auto riservato proprio di fronte a casa all'interno del complesso. La casa è molto carina e si vede che è usata anche dai proprietari in quanto è attrezzata di tutto (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per il caffé americano e altra tipo Nespresso con capsule, piatti, bicchieri di ogni genere; non manca proprio di niente. L'unica cosa da tener presente è che i fornelli di cucina funzionano con il sistema a induzione e ci vogliono quindi pentole adatte (che ci sono e sono tutte nuove di pacca!); non fate come me che mi sono portata la macchinetta del caffé da casa che ovviamente con quel sistema era incompatibile. La casa è composta da: cucina semi-aperta sul soggiorno, con comodo divano trasformabile in letto doppio, mobile con televisore a grande schermo. Sala da pranzo verandata luminosissima, con le finestre schermate da bianche tende di lino arredata con piacevoli mobili semplici ma molto graziosi. Camera da letto matrimoniale non grandissima ma comunque vivibile; i materassi sono molto comodi, un po' meno (per noi italiani) i cuscini quadrati e un po' troppo morbidi per le nostre abitudini. Fra l'ingresso, il soggiorno ed il bagno (nuovo, moderno, con grande cabina doccia), c'è una rientranza nella parete, schermata da tende, che contiene un letto a castello. Tutto l'ambiente è molto accogliente grazie ai vari oggetti di arredo (quadretti, specchi, grandi vasi con fiori di stoffa colorati, contenitori di vetro con conchiglie ed altro). In giardino c'è anche un piccolo bbq (credo che funzioni a carbonella). All'arrivo ho trovato l'ambiente pulito ed in ordine e molto gentile e disponibile la persona incaricata dalla proprietaria per l'accoglienza degli ospiti. Prezzo adeguato per quanto offerto; mi sento di poterla tranquillamente consigliare.
