Close to the beach
The location of the property is great only a few minutes walk to the beach. It is located above a bar but that wasn't a problem as I was at the bar anyways. There were some issues with the unit. There was no cable for the tv and it wasn't a smart tv so couldn't watch anything. The AC didn't work and it was very hot during the day but luckily it cooled off at night. There were some amenities missing like a toilet brush and a toaster would have been nice. The location was difficult to find based on the address given so more detail should be given in that respect. Overall it was a great holiday as it's a beautiful area to hike and relax at the various beaches in the area.

Amazing stay!!
The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and the carvoeiro boardwalk. The apartment was clean and spacious with amazing views of the city. The host was responsive and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this place!!

The apartment spoiled our vacation.
We went to spend 4 nights in Carvoeiro and decided on this apartment that seemed to have good reviews. Nothing further from the truth, at the beginning the communication was good and the we agreed the arrival time without problem, when we arrived it even looked clean and what was shown in the pictures. Our first surprise began after 10 minutes when we saw the first cockroach in the bathroom, we decided to take it out and try to forget about it by taking a walk through the village, unfortunately when we returned we saw two more cockroaches and we could not be calm, we warned the owner and the solution she gave us was to come the next day. We went out to buy a product for cockroaches that we threw all over the bathroom, which the owner did not even deign to pay. The second surprise came at night with the noise of the karaoke disco that is just below the apartment, a luxury location because we could not sleep with the windows open until 4 am when they turn it off. The days went by and the cockroaches kept appearing in dribs and drabs, until the last day when the situation became unbearable when we saw up to 4 cockroaches together in the bathroom. For this last situation neither the owner nor Vrbo gave us any solution, their apologies and thanks for coming. We asked for a refund, at least partial of the amount, more than 400€ for the 4 nights and here we are, after ruining our vacation waiting for someone to have a little decency.
