Grande y cómodo apartamento, completamente restaurada, situada en la planta baja en una zona muy tranquila, a 15 minutos a pie del centro histórico de la ciudad. Compuesto por un gran salón con cocina abierta y su despensa, dos habitaciones con cama doble, la posibilidad de añadir una cama supletoria, dos cuartos de baño. Fuera de un jardín privado con cenador y barbacoa. El apartamento dispone de lavavajillas, horno eléctrico, horno microondas, refrigerador y congelador, platos y utensilios y todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Los cuartos de baño son a la vez completo con ducha y bidet y cuentan con un secador de pelo y espejo de aumento. Se le proporciona en muchos libros se pueden leer durante su estancia. En la sala de estar con una gran mesa de comedor para 6 personas, un televisor, una radio con reproductor de CD. WI_FI libre. Dos bicicletas están disponibles para los huéspedes durante la duración de la estancia

Casa Valentina is very comfortable, a home from home and absolutely immaculate. The hosts really care that you have a good holiday. Everything is thought about and provided. A first class holiday home with lovely hosts!

We had a lovely stay for two weeks at Casa Valentina. Nadia and Armando were gracious hosts who went out of their way to provide information about the area and how to navigate the town. The casa was spotless when we arrived and is equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We were thrilled to have a dishwasher. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with gazebo where we enjoyed aperitivo and some meals. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home in a Quiet Location

Nadia and Armando are wonderful hosts always concerned about their guests and how they are enjoying their holiday. They do many things to ease the burden for you. Casa Valentina was in great location for us; close to the city but away from the busy centre of town. It has everything guests need and the garden area is an added bonus.

Casa valentina is a great base to explore Lucca and Tuscany

We had a great stay at the property which is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Lucca. The place is spacious, clean and welcoming and has everything you need for a stay. Nadia and Armando are great hosts and lovely people!

Two weeks in Lucca

Nadia and Armando are terrific hosts. The apartment had everything one needs and good quality. The bikes were really good and needed for getting into and around town.

Absolutely fabulous

Casa Valentina was incredibly comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was spacious and everything had been thought of for the comfort of guests. Nadia and Armando were fabulous hosts; so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They left a thoughtful welcome pack to enhance our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Good choice for staying in Lucca

Great experience all round. We had everything we needed and the only downside was a bit of noise from the trains which passed infrequently and only during the day. Nadia was an excellent host and very helpful. We would stay again.

Wonderful home from home in Lucca

We had the most fantastic stay here in early August 2022. Nadia and Armando were such lovely hosts and made us feel so welcome (they even picked us up from the train station!). The house has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It's a short and pleasant walk into town, a very convenient location. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hosts

You will not find better hosts than Nadia and Armando anywhere! Casa Valentina was better than pictured and there was nothing that Nadia had not thought of from welcoming wine, milk, biscuits, jams, bread to supplies of all sorts including umbrellas and rain ponchos. You will not be disappointed with a stay at Casa Valentina!

We had a very enjoyable 1 month stay at Casa Valentina. Nadia and Armando were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The appartment is very confortable and well equiped, having the use of the bikes made getting around so easy, especially as Lucca is such a bike freindly place. Would happily recommend to other travellers who want to avoid being within the walls of the city.

Casa Valentina in Lucca

We had a lovely holiday in beautiful Lucca. We stayed in Casa Valentina, which was equipped with everything we needed for 4 adults. Incredibly sweet host Nadia welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. We were welcomed with wine, local bread and supplies for breakfast. We also tasted the delicious tomatoes from the host's own garden. We visited Pisa, Florence, the beach, Garfagnana and of course the charming city of Lucca. Only the weather was an opponent as it was very hot during the week in July 2023. Casa Valentina can only get our warmest recommendations

Perfect just perfect

This was our second stay at the lovely Casa Valentina and it was just as good as the first. You have everything you need for the perfect stay, perfect home from home. Spotlessly clean and plenty of provisions provided. It has a lovely garden to relax and eat meals in. Situated in a very quiet area 15 minutes walk to the walls or a 5 minutes bike ride! We used the bikes provided everyday, cycled for miles all around Lucca. We didn't have any problems with anything and if we had Nadia or Elisa would be on hand to help. I can thoroughly recommend Casa Valentina and will definitely return in future years.

Casa Valentina

This is the third time my family and I have stayed at Casa Valentina and we all love it. The apartment is everything we could wish for, and more! It is well equipped for our every need, which made our stay very comfortable. A 5 minute walk to the baker for fresh bread, a 10 minute walk to the walls of Lucca and 20 minutes to the train station. Nadia and her husband, Armando, are the most wonderful hosts, and were most hospitable. She very kindly baked a beautiful cake for us, and other goodies were left in the fridge until we could go food shopping. Thank you again Nadia and Armando, we will be returning soon! Jean, Bob, Margaret and Sarah.

Beautiful apartment and a lovely stay

Nadia was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking process, as was her husband. We arrived at the apartment to find a lovely welcome pack of prosecco, milk, cake, water etc, which was most appreciated. The apartment is lovely and comfortable with everything you could ask for to make it a home from home. It was about a 15 minute leisurely walk to the walls and within a 5 minute walk to a local shop which stocked very reasonably priced fresh produce. We enjoyed our evening sittings out in the lovely garden and had peaceful nights sleep in the comfortable beds and leisurely days spent in the pleasant surroundings. Our stay more than exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return to the property. Thank you to Nadia for a memorable holiday.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was very spacious, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms fitted with excellent showers. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with some much appreciated basic groceries. The outside patio area was very nice and parking was no problem. Within 5 minutes walk of the apartment was a butchers/grocery store, bakery, bar and a pizzeria. Lucca is around 10 minutes walk and offers lots of bars, restaurants, shops and sights. Pisa, Florence and Siena are all close enough for day trips. Communication with Nadia was excellent and although she was away at the time of our visit, she made the effort to keep in touch during our journey and at our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed from Violeta who kindly checked us in and took the time to show us how everything worked despite our delayed arrival. Casa Valentina really was a home away from home and we would be delighted to stay again.

in 3 years of full-time travel, Casa Valentina is the very best!

Three years ago my husband and I sold our home and began traveling full-time. I have a detailed checklist for a VRBO stay, and top of the list is a responsive host. Nadia and Armondo always replied quickly to my questions with warmth and humor. We have been laughing ever since! One month was too short a stay. We dream of coming back soon. Casa Valentina is our #1choice of all the places we have rented in Europe. I selected Lucca for the reviews by Rick Steves travel writers because it sounded like a place we could stay for a month and be very happy, with access to side trips on train and bus. (We do not drive in Europe.) Lucca lived up to its billing. And Casa Valentina made the stay perfect because of the house and our hosts. We walked the wall each day, seeing new things and, of course, people watching. As has been said, the photos accurately represent the house, and quite possible do not do the house full justice. We love to be self-catering, and the kitchen, equipment and dishes were the best ever. A few minutes' walk away is a wonderful meat/vegetable store, with butchers that will explain the best way to cook, complete with hand gestures. I only speak a tiny bit of Italian, but it was enough! The house was spacious. We had guests come from Germany, and later a friend come from Mexico. We never felt cramped. It is QUIET. I cannot tell you how important that is to us! After a long day of espresso drinking/people watching and exploring the house is an oasis of calm. We sat outside many mornings and evenings, soaking in the atmosphere of Italy. Nadia and Armondo are special people. They want you to have the best stay ever and are sensitive to the needs of travelers. All is organized and thoughtful. She even made us some delicious cakes! Grazie mille, Nadia and Armondo! Do not forget us!

Einfach nur schön!

Wir durften zwei Wochen lang die Gastfreundschaft von Nadia und Armando und die tolle Unterkunft in Lucca genießen. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß mit Terrasse ist wunderschön, verfügt über zwei sehr schöne Bäder und Schlafzimmer und ist insgesamt mit sehr viel Liebe und schönen Möbeln eingerichtet. Alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung an Geschirr und praktischen Dingen gebrauchen könnte ist im Überfluss vorhanden, hier fehlt es an rein gar nichts. Zudem war es so super sauber, wie man es vielleicht nur ganz selten antrifft. Nadia hat sich regelmäßig nach unserem Befinden erkundigt, war bei Fragen immer verfügbar und hat uns mit reichlichen Informationen rund um Lucca versorgt. Liebe Nadia, vielen Dank für alles und wir sehen uns wieder!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert! Es gibt drinnen, wie draußen viel Platz, die Lage ist günstig, es stehen 2 Fahrräder zu Verfügung und von der nahen Bahnlinie hört man in der Wohnung eigentlich nichts. Speziell möchten wir uns bei unseren Gastgebern Nadia und Armando bedanken, die uns bei Fragen und Tipps gerne behilflich waren und uns schon mit Wein, Kuchen und Keksen begrüßt haben. Sollten wir wieder nach Lucca kommen, wäre dies die 1. Adresse.

Séjour très agréable à la Casa Valentina

Nous avons pu profiter d'un accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et bienveillants. Le logement est impeccable et bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Sa proximité avec le centre historique de Lucca facilite, par ailleurs, le séjour.

Semplicemente perfetto
