About the property

Guests Will Enjoy The Spirit Of Annapolis In This Historic Neighborhood!

This modern home located in historic Annapolis is blocks away from the Navy Stadium and the heart of downtown. The proximity to the Stadium makes it ideal for graduation. An easy walk avoids all the traffic!

This elegant home was built in 2003 in the historic Homewood Germantown neighborhood by the USNA Stadium. It is at the end of the street with a very private back yard and deck with new patio and 7 person hot tub. The home can accommodate 10 people and has parking for four cars in the driveway plus a garage. In addition, there is plenty of street parking. The upstairs bedrooms sleep 8 people, with a king, one queen, one full and a full foldout in the office. Additionally, a queen size Aerobed is available for the basement bedroom (walk-out basement with full bath). This is an ideal spot for the kids with a 60' TV with all cable channels, a DVD player and a Wii and home theater system.

The home has been inspected and is a registered rental property with the City of Annapolis.

Amazing home!

  • 5 of 5

The house is amazing and the back yard is beautiful!! Shane was very accommodating, it felt like we stayed at a 5 star resort with bowls of snacks in the rooms, plenty of towels, great hot tub and private patio. I would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend in Annapolis, very close to downtown!

A great family home in a quiet location.

  • 5 of 5

We were a family group of seven: parents, children, partners and grandchild. Shane and Grey's house was perfect for our get together, with plenty of space, including an excellent finished basement where one of us could hang out with the two year old when he woke at 5am. We also took full advantage of the hot tub as soon as the baby was asleep.

The neighborhood is quiet; the house is at the end of a cul de sac, overlooking a small creek. The walk downtown to the waterfront takes perhaps 30 minutes.

One more important comment is how responsive and helpful Shane and Grey were to us. They asked if we wanted us to leave their Christmas decorations up, or not. They found us a crib for the baby; they posted the baby's forgotten slippers back to us.

Imaculate property that feels like home

  • 5 of 5

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Large, comfortable and clean. The decor is very welcoming and there was plenty of room for our group of 6. The back deck and patio are beautiful. The large hot tub is such a nice touch in the winter. Shane was very easy to communicate with and answered any question we had very quickly. Super close to downtown and the Naval Academy. On-site parking is great too. Shane & Grey really do try to think of everything that can be of assistance during your visit. Their little touches here and there were much appreciated. I would give this property more than 5 stars if it were possible. Thank you, Shane & Grey!! Sincerely Timarie & Nis

Beautiful Property in a Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great experience staying here this past weekend - the home is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of room, and the owners were beyond accommodating and communicative. The location is great - we were in town for a reunion and football game, and were within walking distance to downtown and the stadium. All around wonderful experience!

Amazing house. So comfortable. Better than a nice hotel.

  • 5 of 5

The owners of this house is awesome to work with. This house has every possible convenience you can think of. It was a perfect location for us as well because we were there for a lacrosse game at the navy stadium. We even met the neighbors and they were very nice as well. This house has everything. We hope to rent again.

Excellent Annapolis Stay

  • 5 of 5

A group of 5 adults recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Shane and Grey's home in Annapolis. Shane met us when we arrived and showed us all around the home and it's great features. Home was very clean, cozy and had everything we could possibly need. It was walking distance to a lot of the sites and good dining. If you are looking for an excellent place to stay in the Annapolis/Baltimore/DC area, you'd be hard pressed to find a better spot. I can't think of one complaint. Thanks again S&G!!
