About the property

Guests Will Enjoy The Spirit Of Annapolis In This Historic Neighborhood!

This modern home located in historic Annapolis is blocks away from the Navy Stadium and the heart of downtown. The proximity to the Stadium makes it ideal for graduation. An easy walk avoids all the traffic!

This elegant home was built in 2003 in the historic Homewood Germantown neighborhood by the USNA Stadium. It is at the end of the street with a very private back yard and deck with new patio and 7 person hot tub. The home can accommodate 10 people and has parking for four cars in the driveway plus a garage. In addition, there is plenty of street parking. The upstairs bedrooms sleep 8 people, with a king, one queen, one full and a full foldout in the office. Additionally, a queen size Aerobed is available for the basement bedroom (walk-out basement with full bath). This is an ideal spot for the kids with a 60' TV with all cable channels, a DVD player and a Wii and home theater system.

The home has been inspected and is a registered rental property with the City of Annapolis.

Beautiful, chic and hospitable house!

  • 5 of 5

This has BY FAR been the best rental I've ever stayed in. The home was pristine with every amenity you wish other rentals would have (guest size toiletries, spices, all utensils and dishes, etc.) The owners were so hospitable and took the time to show me around the entire property to include how to use the speaker system and the hot tub (which was PRISTINE and already at a good temperature when we arrived). They had even pre-stacked kindling to start a fire on the back patio!! I would definitely rent this house again!! I would sincerely like to thank them for the use of their house!

even nicer than expected

  • 5 of 5

Prior reviews we read were excellent, but even so, we were quite impressed with the lovely house and grounds, the consideration of the owners, and the special touches they included for our comfort; the bikes available were a big plus for us. We used the main floor and lower level decks in November, due to pleasant weather and attractiveness of the outdoor furnishings. We look forward to coming again!

Highly recommend

  • 5 of 5

Lovely home. Gracious owners. House was spacious and immaculate and we felt very welcome by the ambiance. Had four couples for our 50th USNA reunion and we had a blast hanging out in the house when we were not on the move.

Perfect AF-Navy Weekend with Friends

  • 5 of 5

Shane and Grey created the perfect get away for our group of 8 at their lovely house. The entertaining space, especially the outdoor area, are wonderful. The house has everything you could need; we cooked all of our meals there with ease. Shane was very responsive and accommodating. The house was an easy walk to the stadium, but still on a quiet street. Lastly, it was impeccably clean. We hope to stay again next year!

Amazing home!

  • 5 of 5

The house is amazing and the back yard is beautiful!! Shane was very accommodating, it felt like we stayed at a 5 star resort with bowls of snacks in the rooms, plenty of towels, great hot tub and private patio. I would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend in Annapolis, very close to downtown!

A great family home in a quiet location.

  • 5 of 5

We were a family group of seven: parents, children, partners and grandchild. Shane and Grey's house was perfect for our get together, with plenty of space, including an excellent finished basement where one of us could hang out with the two year old when he woke at 5am. We also took full advantage of the hot tub as soon as the baby was asleep.

The neighborhood is quiet; the house is at the end of a cul de sac, overlooking a small creek. The walk downtown to the waterfront takes perhaps 30 minutes.

One more important comment is how responsive and helpful Shane and Grey were to us. They asked if we wanted us to leave their Christmas decorations up, or not. They found us a crib for the baby; they posted the baby's forgotten slippers back to us.
