Traditional Spanish Villa with Private Pool & Gardens. Lliber - Jalon Valley

Enter this beautiful country house with a 8 x 4 meter pool through a delightful courtyard with comfortable furnishings and with a spiral staircase rising to a roof terrace with mountain views.

Las Laderas offers great holidays in tranquillity but is only 15K approx. to the beach. This modern Villa has the best of both worlds a rustic design with furnishings to match with all modern conveniences.

Set out over three floors it has a master Suite on the upper floor with En-suite (shower) and build in wardrobes, a second large double bedroom and a single bedroom, again with built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. All three bedrooms have Air Conditioning.

The middle floor (ground floor) has a large lounge with 2 large sofas along with an IPTV service that provides all TV services (Netflix, English Channels, Sport, Films, etc) over the internet, normal Wi Fi currently runs at 80 MEG. Double doors from the lounge open up onto the courtyard.

The entrance hall into the property has a hall cupboard and a cloakroom. leading off the hallway is the large kitchen which has washing machine dishwasher etc, and a table for breakfast again with double doors out onto the courtyard. The lower ground floor has a snug area with TV, leading off into a double bedroom with ceiling fan and En-suite shower room.

The floodlit 8x4 meter Pool has sun all day, the terraced garden has both shady and quiet spots to relax in as well as offering multiple chill out areas all across the villa, both near the pool, courtyard and naya as you enter the villa. Including a covered dining area just off the courtyard which has a barbecue area with a fridge, sink and large rustic table that seats 8 people.

The garden is floodlit for those summer evenings just relaxing with a book or drinks. A great place to explore the local countryside and pretty villages of the Jalon Valley. with Moraira & Javea 15 Kilometres away, great walking routes are close by along with some very good golf courses and of course cycling routes.

Perfect villa, and suprising area.Spaceous for 6 persons and it feels that the owner uses it too and it’s not only for rent.Perfect pool, and the lack of pool towels was fixed by Gary in no time.Outdoor kitchen and dining table- with built in mosquitoes, but that’s life…Place feels and looks better than the photos.The countryside area is astonishing and we went on one side to the beach, and to Valencia,and on the other side to see prehistoric wall paintings and a dripping stones grotto at Cavo the Rull.Warmly Recommend!

From start to finish our stay was amazing. The pictures do not do the villa justice. It is well equipped and the pool area fantastic. Only down side coming in august is the mozzies!! Be nice to have some cushions for the sun beds but that is the only negative.The outdoor lounge was perfect to cool off and read. Gary was amazing at answering questions and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. If you want a relaxing break I would highly recommend staying. Wi-Fi was good for the teenagers. A car is a must !! Looking for next year

Great Overall Experience

Had an excellent stay here. Location is nice because it's quiet and peaceful, but within striking distance to many sites and beaches. Very spacious and cleanly laid out. Everyone enjoyed the large outdoor space and pool. Gary is a great comminicator, was quite helpful when we needed him and made lovely food recommendations. Would stay here again if we found ourselves back in the area.

Excellent communication throughout from host, good directions to the villa and access fine. Private and secure with ample parking. We had a great stay, great location and weather perfect. The villa description had accurate details and lovely pool, kitchen well equipment and beds and sofas all comfy. The garden is also very well kept with nice plants. Great area for cycling and visits to the coast or mountains. Will stay again if we choose this area.

Fabulous!

Just spent 5 nights in this lovely house and can totally recommend a stay there. The house is exactly as you see in the photos. It’s very spacious and really nicely decorated with lots outdoor space and various seating areas. We loved it. With the chimney and the candles we had the lovely, cosy and relaxing Christmas we were aiming for. We had two dogs with us and there is a great trail close to the house which was perfect for walking with them and enjoying the scenery. Contact with Gary was excellent, quick to respond and very friendly and accessible. Will definitely be going back.

Beautiful, spacious villa in tranquil setting

Overall a beautiful villa that’s been well taken care of in a peaceful setting. It has fantastic outdoor living spaces that our two families of seven people took full advantage of. The outdoor garden with lemon and orange trees made this a lovely setting. The villa itself is very well decorated, with quality furniture and has a nice homely feel. The lower ground floor space provided a nice space for the two teenagers in the group to sleep and hang out, and the bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable. The outside covered area was a great place to gather in the evening or to escape the heat. Very large kitchen and great outdoor eating area. Less than ten minutes to nearest town and fifteen minutes from the motorway. Gary was very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely holiday and plan to return next year. We would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful villa in a very quiet, relaxing location

As one of the earlier reviewers has said, the photos don't quite capture how nice the villa is. We had a 9 days here in late August. (Family of 5 (children aged 9-14)) The location is really quiet which is great for relaxing and enjoying time with the family. There is loads of room for everyone to find thier own space, by the pool, lounge, shaded terrace. It was really nice to sit outside in the morning sun and have breakfast, spend a day at the beach and then return in the late afternoon to sit by the pool when the heat had cooled and enjoy a cold beer! The pool does get the sun all day! The terraced garden also provides space around the pool and villa. The BBQ area is great for eating outdoors. All the rooms upstairs are spacious (one has a single bed) with good air conditioning. We didn't use the downstairs double bedroom. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished with good utilities in the kitchen. As the location is in the hills around the Jalon Valley, you will definitely feel away from the tourist resorts as its the complete opposite to the high rise apartments and hotels you pass in Calpe and Benidorm as you drive up from Alicante airport It is just so peaceful in the valley you can't believe they (and the aqua parks) are a relatively short drive away. You will need a car. The villa is approx 60 minutes from Alicante airport (car rental was straightforward at the airport) Jalon is just over 10 minutes drive and has a Mas -y- Mas supermarket and some restaurants including Dockers burgers! The nearest village is LLiber has a couple of bars and we enjoyed our Sunday afternoon watching the cyclists in La Vuelta pass through here. Javea has many supermarkets, restaurants either by the Old Town , Marina area or L'Arenal beach and is approx 20 minutes drive. There are also a number of beaches nearby eg La Granadella. Moraira also has a choice of beaches (some are pebbles/rocky eg Playa L'Andrago but great for snorkelling) including our family favourite Playa Del Portet. We had good contact with Gary before we left the UK and in Spain to answer our questions . There is also a property manager who is contactable locally. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would highly recommend it for families/friends who appreciate a great base to stay and enjoy the flexibility of a car to visit the coastal resorts or go inland. If you want to stay by the pool all day it's also the perfect place to do just that!

We stayed here in August 2022, our party of 6 ranged from 15 to mid 70s. The villa was exactly as described on the listing, with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The pool was great and plenty big enough for us all to enjoy. The villa is situated in a quiet location, with great mountain scenery, there loads of local towns and villages to explore. The coast is only a short drive away and is well worth a visit.

Beautiful villa in idyllic setting

This was our second visit to the villa and we had another great holiday. The outdoor space is lovely, lots of places for our group of eight to relax and a gorgeous pool. The villa itself is well designed with spacious rooms, it's comfortable with charming design. Gary was very responsive with any questions, and provided some helpful recommendations including dinner at Aromas, which was a highlight of our trip. Lovely stay at Villa Lovejoy

We are two families from Madrid with 4 children, that spent a week in the villa by the end of August. The villa is as indicated in the description, but it is much more beautiful in reality. The interior is lavishly decorated and equipped. The lower floor is like a small apartment with its own dormitory, toilet and living room, providing some privacy in case necessary. Outdoors there are several different zones where we spent most of our time: a magnificent and cool chill-out area, the covered barbecue area (where we had all our meals) and of course the pool. The villa is in a very quiet place almost at the top of a hill, but only a few km from the highway and the main coastal towns. You have to be aware that it implies to use the car to do any shopping, but on the other side this allows you to enjoy the silence and a spectacular night sky. The road to get to the village is a bit narrow and you have to be careful when crossing other cars. There are quite a few mosquitoes, especially after sunset, so to enjoy the nights outside you must not forget the repellent. Gary was always available from our first contact to answer our questions in a matter of minutes. Thank you Gary and Jane, I wish we can repeat our experience next year!

PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT NEAR COSTA BLANCA BEACHES

This nice property is exactly as described in the Ad details, the photographs and descriptions are perfect. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood in a quiet valley, so if what you are looking for is resting after exciting days in the beach, it is perfect. It takes 20min drive to reach any of the beaches in Denia, Javea or Moraira, so if you don't mind this driving it is a good spot to combine both beach and mountain lifestyles. The house is very roomy, with spacious dorms, living room and kitchen. We were a group of 4 adults+4 children+1 small dog and never had an "overcrowded" feeling :-) However, the best is outside the building itself, the pool area is great and the outside kitchen and dining room will cover 90% of your time in the property. Summarizing, great place if you are a group looking to combine beach+tranquility within 20min drive.
