Set on a large private gated plot with stunning panoramic views across Teulada and Moraira, this spacious 5-bedroom Mediterranean villa is perfect for families and groups looking to relax in comfort and privacy.

The villa features 5 generous bedrooms, including a master suite with a super king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms have access to terraces, with two opening directly onto the pool area. The fifth bedroom includes bunk beds, making it ideal for children. Air conditioning and central heating are installed throughout, and a travel cot is available on request.

Inside, the villa offers two comfortable lounge areas with 50-inch satellite TVs, Netflix access (with your account), international channels, WiFi, and a sports lounge with a 7ft pool table. There is also a modern utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The enclosed naya includes a stylish dining area and cosy seating space overlooking the views.

Outside, you’ll find a large south-facing terrace, covered outdoor bar, pizza oven/smoker, built-in BBQ, and dining space for up to 10 guests. The heated 10x5m swimming pool can be open or enclosed, making it ideal for families with young children.

The villa was spacious all large rooms the showers were excellent hot and powerful And the pool was fabulous However it could do with a deep clean , there were stains on the bed sheets chocolate on the throws on the sofa and under the cushions needed a good vacuum out , and the out side was overgrown loads of bugs and ants on the tree right outside the kitchen door a funny place to have a lemon tree had problems with the bbq set it’s self on fire and no hot water for the last couple of days due to no sun,

We have cleaners which attend and bed sheets are bleached, why were we not informed about this, as we would have got cleaners back. The leman tree has been there for a long time as gives nice shade and fresh lemons, you will get insects outside, not sure what you mean by the outside is overgrown gardeners come every two weeks all the shrubs within the garden are pruned, even the fruit trees were cut back the beginning of this year. You state you had no hot water for two days as no sun the water is heated by solar but also has an electric emersion which can be turned on Oriona arranged for this to be turned on, as soon as you reported it. There is also a folder on site which shows where the emersion is to be able to turn on.

Great place to be

Ideal place for familly the house is well equiped and the garden is quite large with lots of fruits The pool is XXL The owner is very reactive. The house is large with all commodities.

The house is fantastic

The house is great, although the location is not very fancy and the access way is a bit tricky for cars, the house is absolutely fantastic to stay in which was exactly what we were looking for this summer. All the equipment is incredible and with a great quality. I would recommend it for sure.

A traditional Spanish Villa, just perfect

We have just returned from a two week stay here and have to say, we loved it.The Villa is a large 5 bedroom property, tucked away on the edge of Teulada and it delivered in every way possible. The swimming pool was a great size and kept us all entertained for the fortnight. We loved the bubble over the top as it meant we could use the pool all day and not get burnt (it was very hot!). The bubble over the top of the pool is made up so that you can lift up the side panels on both sides of the pool, so you still have a roof but no sides. Outside there is also a table tennis table in the back garden, that didn't get much use as it was just too hot to stay out there for long without jumping in the pool. With that in mind, there is also a car port at the back gate of the property which was very effective in keeping the car nice and cool.We loved the lemon tree outside the back door and used many of them in our food and drinks.There is also a pool table, inside, which was where we all gathered most evenings, if we weren't out exploring the area.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need and the large cupboard off of the kitchen has every pot, pan and appliance you could want for whipping up any delicious meal you'd like.The bedrooms are all large and generously furnished. Our master bedroom was beautiful. The bed was enormous and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Thank you Keiron for helping with everything. A wonderful trip, I think we'll be back.

Great pool and garden area Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds Good showers Host response prompt but no end result to issues raised Ant infestation reported to agent. Told its going to be reported to cleaners but nothing done We cleaned it ourselves and used other lounge Glass on inside of oven door was broken.cooker not usable. The agent knew about this and had ordered a new door the week before but no one informed us that we had no oven for the duration of our stay BBQ area in garden is amazing,however due to a temperamental BBQ we had to make other arrangements for three nights as this left us with a microwave and a hob to cook for nine people.They did bring us a lighter for the BBQ the day before we left. There were lots of damaged furniture lying around which we moved to a corner however there was still enough for us to use. These were the main issues. There were more smaller issues but they didn’t affect our stay. We did manage to have a lovely holiday. If things had been dealt with better and not dismissed I would have recommended this villa.

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables pour toute notre famille.Si on doit noter notre séjour, la note serait de 9/10Pour les points positifs, La literie était très confortable et la villa et les sanitaires étaient très propre. La décoration et l’aménagement étaient bien pensé.La piscine était propre est entretenue 2 fois par semaine. La climatisation dans la villa était très appréciée par la grande chaleur qui a régné durant le mois de juillet.La proximité du supermarché CONSUM de TEULADA pour acheter du pain et des viennoiseries frais chaque matin est un atout.Pour le côté à améliorer L’équipent et les ustensiles de la cuisine ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing de la villa, mais on s’en est accommodé. il y a une machine à café mais il manque principalement des tasses de café et de thé et une théière pour chauffer l’eau.Quand à la communication, Merci à Oriona pour sa réactivité à nous assister face aux petits problèmes que nous avons eu durant notre séjour.Pour le rapport qualité / prix, c’est un choix de premier ordre pour une famille nombreuse.

Pour résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour maison complète avec tous le nécessaire une des maisons les plus complète que j'ai faites en Espagne. L'hôte répond rapidement et super sympa nous reviendrons sûrement ici un plaisir d'avoir un hôte aussi rapide pour répondre à nos questions merciLe petit panier de bienvenue est sympa nous avons pas ouvert les bouteilles car nous ne buvons pas d'alcool mais je penserais à le préciser pour la prochaine fois mais nous avons eu une grosse bombonne d'eau pour notre arrivé.

Una maravilla

La casa está genial. Cuenta con aire en todas las habitaciones, mesa de billar y de ping pong. Para ser ya perfecta yo le pondría una mesa exterior más grande para comer y revisaría el lavavajillas, que limpia regular. Todo lo demas, mejor incluso que lo que ves en el anuncio.

Huis op goede locatie

Goed verblijf gehad ,dicht in buurt van winkels en eettentje ,station voor bus en trein dichtbij .Voor kindjes kleine ontgoocheling Ping Pong tafel was niet aanwezig ,maar werd intussen wel geleverd op onze laatste verblijfdag . Goede biljarttafel alleen waren de keu ,s stuk waardoor biljarten geen optie was ondertussen zijn er ook nieuwe besteld .Dus waren er om topverblijf te zijn een weekje te vroeg .zeker stadje Moreira is aan te raden ,ook Benidorm bezocht met de trein

Great getaway

We had a great stay in this lovely Villa. Great location within easy walk of the local Bars and Restaurants. Amazing views over the hills and coastline. Very well equipped with great amenities that kept us all entertained , swimming pool is amazing ! Excellent communication with Villa owners and Manager. Thoroughly enjoyed.
