Wells House was built in 1748 as a coaching inn and later converted to a small hotel for visitors enjoying the pure Malvern spring water that is still bottled just around the corner at the Holy Well Spring producing the Queens favourite water. The building was later converted in the 20th century and used as a private boarding school until 1991. Sir Edward Elgar taught music here. The history alone makes this unique holiday let one of the most special holiday homes in Malvern, Worcestershire.
Although peaceful it is not isolated as there is a convenience store and bus stop less than 5 minutes walk. 5 minutes drive to Great Malvern and the nearest railway station. Only 1 hour drive from Birmingham City and Birmingham International Airport.
