Charmant mais difficile accès nombreuses et hautes marches

Bel appartement mais accès difficile 3ème étage hautes marches. Galère pour garer porte Pispini pas de parking. Très bruyant nuit voitures scooters piétons et télévision voisine second à fond elle est sourde. Le jour travaux pas de chance.
