This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is just one block from the beach in beautiful Carpinteria, near Santa Barbara, California. Across the street is a Salt Marsh Nature Park with walking trails. Nearby is charming downtown Carpinteria’s dining and shopping.

Downstairs are a relaxing living room with fireplace, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with queen size bed and patio access, and remodeled bathroom. A new large, flat screen smart TV was added for summer 2017!

Upstairs are a second bedroom with two twin beds, a beautifully updated bath, master bedroom with king bed, and a large multi-purpose family room.The home has a tranquil private patio off the dining area and another outdoor patio gathering space in front.

NOTE: The summer 2017 rental season is now fully booked and the winter 2017 rental season has been cancelled for COMPLETE REMODELING of the Kitchen and Dining Room. Next summer, the home will be even more beautiful! Contact the manager or reserve your vacation online soon.

Great location and comfortable home!

We had a wonderful week at this nicely maintained and comfortable home. Everything needed for the week was provided. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet and private. The manager was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Carpinteria at this property. We had everything we needed and it is such a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed fun and relaxing family time with our 4 children and had an amazing time! Can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Spacious condo with great access to the beach.

Pros- house was close to beach and spacious for 5 of us.

Cons- it needs a deep clean. The kitchen is dirty and the cabinets have a very old musty smell. Although bathrooms are nicely updated, they also could be cleaned.

Owner's Response: All vacation rentals should have a periodic deep cleaning, in addition to a professional cleaning after each departure. The last deep cleaning of this home was in June. It included emptying and washing out the kitchen cabinets. The bathrooms were cleaned to high shine on the day this reviewer arrived. I inspected them personally, from the tiles to the little soaps, to the presentation of the towels and the folded points on the toilet paper rolls. The owners have cancelled the winter 2017 rental season at this home, which is normally their home in spring and fall. The kitchen and dining room will be completely remodeled; all new cabinets, counters, appliances - the works. The owners live in this home. In the 3 years I've managed it for short term rentals, it's had all new flooring throughout, completely new bathrooms, and new king and queen beds. Every year, the owners do major upgrades. It's unfortunate this guest never mentioned their thoughts to me. Feedback is appreciated! And online reviews are fine but I ask all of my guests, in writing, to contact me if they're dissatisfied in any way. I even share my cleaning inspection checklist with everyone. I haven't heard from this reviewer since the hour they arrived.

Beautiful views!

The property is very close to the beach which was great and convenient. It has beautiful views. The house does have alot of room and it worked well for our 2 teens, my husband and I, as well as his aunt and uncle. It was great to walk into town to the shops and restaurants. It was also a short ride to Santa Barbara and outlets. I would recommend this house and would stay here again.

Close to the Beach!

My family and I just returned from a two week stay in Carpinteria. This house is less than a five minute walk to the beach.

The house was roomy and clean, but slightly dated. It is a great home for families or couples. It would be even better if the home owners provided beach gear for their visitors.

Overall, a good value in a great area!
