Really enjoyed it! Hope to return one day.

Great location close to many bars and restaurants, beaches, walks and bike tracks. We made good use of the bikes that were with the apartment. Luis and his family were very hospitable and friendly and helpful, making themselves contactable in case we needed anything.

Sun sea and sand

Lovely stay clean and very spacious right opposite the beach and restaurants. A nice space outside to sit and watch the world go by. Luis was only a phone call away if anything went wrong. Would definatly stay there again

Luis and Lola's Apartment

Great apartment. Plenty of room. Great location. Straight across from beach. Luis and Lola, was there to meet us. They made us feel very welcome.Any probs. Just ring them, and they can't not do enough for you. They supply a couple of bikes for you. The area is very flat, so great way to explore. Luis even gave us a lift back to the airport. I would recommend this apartment. If I go to Murcia again, we would not hesitate to go here again. All the best Jackie and Kevin. xx.

1st line 1st choice property

Having stayed in this area many times in different types of accommodation I would have to say that this property is now my 1st choice for future vacations; if possible. With exceptional views of the Mar Menor it exceeded all expectations. The kitchen had everything we required including an enormous stove top coffee maker for coffee connoisseurs. The beds were comfortable and made cosier by the first duvets I have seen in Spain. The bathroom elegant and modern. Exceptionally clean with choice pieces of upcycled furniture by Lola. My friend had never been to this area before and she is still raving about it and this property made for a great base and completed an extensive tour of south-eastern Spain. You will not care about anything else once you have watched the sunrise, move across your vista and then set. It's all about the location. Lola and Louis are very real and genuine people who will look after you and be on hand if you need any help, and there are some very friendly and helpful Spanish people living just behind you who sometimes help with the maintenance and upkeep of the property. If I could I would live in this property permanently, but it is so popular I cannot get another booking for when I would like, so I will not go on singing it's praises as then it will be fully booked and I will never get in there again, just book a stay there (if you can find one) and see for yourselves. As friends who stayed with me for a week of my months stay said each morning on opening their bedroom window "another day in paradise"

EXCELLENT APARTMENT 5 STARS

Lovely apartment, very clean. Everything you need plus extras were there for us. Luis and Lola are lovely people, nothing is too much trouble for them. Very helpful. We were met at the aparment by Luis and Lola who showed us where everything was. We had a bottle of wine and a bottle of water given by Louis and Lola for us to start our holiday. The apartment is on the front line right opposite the beach. A few doors down is a nice little eatery called The Broadwalk and further down the other way is a very nice eatery called The Bird of Paradise. There are more eateries just past The Bird of Paradise together with a mini supermarket. There is also a supermarket (Carrefour Express) down the street at the side of the partment, about three blocks down, which sells anything you may need. We were going to book to go back at the same time next year but unfortunately the apartment is fully booked. Maybe the year after. We had a brilliant holiday at the apartment and will return if we can get booked in. Thanks once again to Luis & Lola hope to see you both again in the not too distant future. Patricia and Den

Great value for money!

Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed at this property for 4 nights. I know the area pretty well, so knew where the property was and knew it was a very good location directly opposite the beach. We all had a great time and the property leant itself very well to accommodating 5 women of various ages as it has 4 large bedrooms. There were a couple of things that were not as advertised .. there is only one bathroom, it is advertised as having 2, but there is an additional shower and toilet outside in the back yard so it wasn't a problem. Also there are no bikes, though it is advertised as having 2. We hired bikes for half a day from a bike hire a short walk from the apartment. Luis the host lives nearby, so if there is a problem with the property he is there to sort it out very quickly, you just need to send him a message. When we arrived he welcomed us to the property and explained where everything was and if you don't know the area he will tell you the best beaches and restaurants to visit. All in all we had a great break there and may well return in the future.

Casa muy grande y comoda. Las vistas y la ubicación geniales. Eché de menos las bicis y la ducha de hidromasaje, por lo demás genial!! Me parece ideal para ir fuera de temporada y pasear!

Most wonderful place

What a wonderful month I had in San Pedro del Pinatar! Everything was just perfect. The apartment is nice and clean and has a big living room where everybody can gather and have a nice time - enjoying the light streaming in through the windows and the view to the promenade and the beach. All four bedrooms have a very adequate size, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook at home. And sitting outside on the terrace looking directly out on to the beach and the sea and life on the promenade was just wonderful. I was there for a month - february/march - but even though it was the winter season, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants and things to do in San Pedro del Pinatar. And everybody I met were so nice. There is a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere here. And not least Luis and his wife were part of making this stay such a great experience. They are a very kind couple, and Luis always answered any queries immediately. I also really appreciated that it was possible to arrange for drive to/from airport. All in all - the perfect stay in this apartment in San Pedro del Pinatar.

Lovely apartment!

Luis and Lola were very helpful from the outset of our booking answering queries promptly. They collected us from the airport with a very warm welcome and provided us with some good information on the area on the drive in. The apartment was spacious and clean and came with two bikes which we used everyday. There were many lovely bike rides and walks in the area which is mainly flat. Luis provided contact details in case we needed anything and also checked in with us from time to time via text. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to make it back one day. Unvergessliche Erinnerungen

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Lo Pagan. Direkt am Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Schlammbäder und Salzbad ! Die Vermieter sind sehr offen und hilfsbereit, haben uns sogar das dritte Fahhrad gebracht. Ein herzlichen Dank an Luis und Lola, wir würden gerne bei Ihnen wiederkommen.

Never Again!

This is the first time I have posted a negative review. On arrival to this property the first thing we noticed was major work getting done to the pavement outside the property which looked like it had been ongoing for some time. I was so disappointed and when I mentioned this to Luis and his wife I was advised that they were just finishing up. This was not the case. The work continued for the duration of our holiday. The view we had was of work men, lorries, fork lift machine and paving slabs which were sitting 6ft high. The noise was unbelievable and was constant. They were cutting through paving stones and the noise and dust was horrific. We had no view and we certainly had no privacy as the work men could see directly into the property. I ended up contacting Luis to ask why he did not tell us about the work that was getting done so that we had the option to book somewhere else. The response I got was a shrug. I had been saving for some time and this holiday was for my dad's 70th birthday. I will be taking matters further and I am looking into compensation due to not being informed of the situation prior to arrival. The owners had a duty to inform me which they failed to do. It would appear as long as they get paid that's all that matters. Please also note that the accommodation did not meet our expectations. The beds were so uncomfortable and you could not move without them constantly squeaking which can be heard all around the house. If you go to the bathroom through the night you will wake up everybody as the handle squeaks so loud. When turning on the taps in the bathroom the taps move to the side and you have to straighten them. The lights in 2 of the bedroom would come on 5 minutes later after switching them on. There is only one socket for the kettle, toaster and microwave so you can't make tea and toast at the same time and only 3 cups for making tea/coffee. BUT the main issue was not being advised of the constant noise, dust and lack of privacy! We are so glad to be home! Even though we contacted Luis and he came and witnessed the noise and everything else not once did he offer us compensation! As long as my money is in his pocket he is quite happy!

Good winter base

Fantastic position and large, clean apartment. Only criticism would be that the bathroom needs an update and in desperate need of a shower curtain!! Beds not overly comfy and separate pillows rather than a bolster would be better. All in all would stay again out of season (no a/c so couldn't do the summer!). The loan of the bikes was a fantastic addition, thank you!

A lovely apartment on the beach.

Excellent house in great location. Highly recommended.

Luis could not have been more friendly and helpful. He checked back the next day to see that We were Ok. We had everything we needed in the house which was spotlessly clean. The two bikes were an added bonus. which we used every day. The area is very flat for miles in every direction. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful time people watching, perfect spot close to the beach.

Luis & Lola made us welcome and looked after us by picking us up from the airport. we had lots of space and everything about the apartment was comfortable. The view from the all the windows across the lagoon was restful and the weather was glorious too.

Heerlijk huis.

Een ruim, licht en schoon huis aan de boulevard met een schitterend uitzicht over Mar Menor. Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, die altijd bereikbaar is mocht er iets zijn. Wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad en komen zeker terug.
