Luxury Penthouse, Costa Blanca, Villamartin

Our luxury penthouse, with permit, is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator and offers all the comforts to relax after a day of sunbathing, walking, sports or shopping.

There is a flat screen TV with satellite receiver (o. A. Dutch, Belgian, English and German channels), there is a high speed internet connection and WIFI.

The two bedrooms are equipped with each two single box springs which either individually or can be pushed together and can accommodate four people.

The living room has air conditioning and central heating. This coupled with making the balcony which is oriented to the south this Penthouse also great for winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with o a.. A fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. Furthermore, all standard home appliances are present.

On the 3rd floor (not accessible by lift) is a communal roof terrace where you can barbeque delicious lounging and sunbathing. Here you have a beautiful view over the Spanish countryside.

The Penthouse is very accessible for disabled persons by the presence of a lift.

The complex is gated with a closed parking.

The center of Villamartin Villamartin Plaza is a short 10 min. Walk away and offers a choice of many restaurants and bars and you can go here in a local supermarket for groceries. It lives here year-round.

You can kilometers long walk along the beautiful coast. Sunbathing, you can choose from a variety of beautiful beaches (o. A.La Zenia, Cabo Roig, El Capitan, Campoamor etc.) and from April to November enjoy on the terraces of the cozy cabanas.

Torrevieja (approx 10 km away) you can stroll on the kilometer long promenade and you will find many entertainment venues.

In the villages around Villamartín you can still visit a local market every day and shopping centers are a short distance.

For the shopaholics .... The largest shopping center in the Costa Blanca, La Zenia Boulevard is 4 km away from our apartment in La Zenia!

The cities of Murcia, Elche, Cartagena and Alicante are worth a visit. You will find several museums and historic buildings. There are parks, water parks, zoos, in short, you will not be bored!

For golf lovers there are many wonderful golf courses. The area is a golfing paradise!
Within walking distance (500 meters) from the complex you will find the beautiful golf course Villamartin. The golf courses Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within less than 3 km.

Villamartin is less than 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from the airport of Murcia (San Javier). Ryanair, Vueling and Transavia fly regularly from Rotterdam, Maastricht, Eindhoven, Weeze (Düsseldorf), Amsterdam to Alicante. Often at very economical rates.

We can also through our manager provide transport from Alicante or Murcia airport to our apartment.
