Tranquil Apartment Close to the Main Sights. Conde de Ibarra III

Este magnífico apartamento combina a la perfección estilo y confort, y se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada en el encantador barrio de Santa Cruz, una de las zonas más pintorescas y emblemáticas del centro histórico de Sevilla. Es el punto de partida ideal para disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable en la ciudad.

La vivienda dispone de un amplio y acogedor salón con sofá cama doble y zona de comedor, junto a una cocina abierta totalmente equipada, con barra de desayuno. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, armario y televisión. El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con dos camas individuales. Además, el apartamento ofrece dos baños completos con ducha, pensados para garantizar la máxima comodidad.

Gracias a su ubicación, en pleno corazón del barrio de Santa Cruz, los principales monumentos de Sevilla, como la Catedral, la Giralda, el Real Alcázar o el Archivo de Indias, se encuentran a pocos minutos a pie, lo que permite explorar la ciudad cómodamente sin necesidad de transporte.

La reserva de cada alojamiento de Genteel Home conlleva el ofrecimiento de experiencias o actividades extras para mejorar su estancia, las cuales son gestionadas por proveedores externos, que las pondrán en su conocimiento a través de e-mail o Whats App, pudiendo usted contratarlas o rechazarlas. **Para estancias mensuales, los suministros de agua y luz estarán incluidos hasta un máximo de 100€ mensuales. A partir de esta cantidad será el huésped el que se haga cargo de la diferencia, siendo entregada por parte del alojamiento la factura correspondiente para verificar el gasto**

Durante la estancia no podrán acceder al inmueble más personas que las que hayan indicado en la reserva, por tanto queda prohibido el acceso al inmueble a personas que no estén registrados como huéspedes. El incumplimiento de este precepto supondrá el cargo extra del 50% del importe de la estancia completa como penalización, o en su defecto la expulsión inmediata del alojamiento.

Great location

This apartment was in a great location (walked from train station) to explore Seville. Nicely decorated with all amenities needed. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location, nice apartment

Really great location. 5 or 10 mins from all the major sights. The apartment is very comfortable and on a quiet side street but could be better equipped in the kitchen. If you aren’t planning on cooking it’s fantastic, if you cook a lot then keep the meals simple. The communication was exceptional and we were really happy with our 10+ day stay there

Very good taste and decor. Rooms very nice looking and comfortable including blankets in between ironed sheets to keep you warm. Both bathrooms very pretty and modern.

Excellent location, excellent place

The apartment is perfectly located, walking distance from the cathedral, la giralda, el alcazar and eateries. It is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. The hosts were always available and responsive. The key to entrance of the building is a bit tricky so I recommend you practice opening it before you leave for the first time. The host will give you some practical advice about how to do it. Aside from that we spent two nights and three days in Sevilla (May 2023) and the place was really the cherry on top (we fit 5 family members comfortably, ages ranging from 21-84) Highly recommend!

Great location, needs some TLC

The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The kitchen had everything we needed. When checking in, we waited outside at the curb 30 minutes for our host to meet us. There were many small flies in the apartment, which our host explained was due to the heat. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and some light fixtures need to be tightened. A little TLC, including pest control, would make a big difference.

Great apartment

We loved our stay in Seville and the apartment added much to our confort and enjoyment. We were greeted in a timely fashion by our host who gave a very thorough description of the suite and all of its features. The apartment is very modern and has all of the comforts of home. Since Seville can be quite warm in the evenings we really appreciated the very efficient air conditioning system that we could adjust according to our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms and showers functioned very well. The location is on a quite street and conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was very clean and tastfully decorated with very good lighting throughout.

Very good location

Quite good but we weee unable to get into the building on the first evening when we got back from dinner. I contacted manager and they said there was a knack to opening it. We had been trying for 30 minutes and no one had told us about this knack!! Luckily it wasn’t really late. Also water pressure in both showers was bad. Impossible to have a decent shower

Living in Central sevilla

The location was great offering easy walking access to the major sights and good restaurants. We enjoyed observing a wedding at a church just outside of our building and used the shower of stars thrown over the bride and groom to find our way back each day.

Good location Reasonable price

Easy walk to Cathedral and Alcazar. Used Uber to airport and train stations. Very clean. The double bed might need a mattress replacement. Kitchen and bathrooms had all the right stuff. All Spanish language TV. Some subtitles and dubbed. All in all…a very good stay.

Great space to explore Seville

Très bon séjour

Appartement confortable, tout neuf et très bien équipé. Juste un détail,les assiettes ne rentrent pas dans le lave-vaisselle. Rue calme mais pas charmante . A 5mn à pied des sites interessants.

Au sujet du lave-vaisselle, il a été vérifié avant de sortir l'appartement et a été utilisé par les clients avant et il a une taille standard et a assez de capacité pour les assiettes; Peut-être que vous n'avez pas reçu les bonnes instructions à votre arrivée pour l'utiliser.
