Duplex with 2 bedrooms and private terrace, located next to Plaza Magdalena and just a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. Second floor, without elevator.

The apartment is distributed on 2 different levels. On the lower floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The upper floor also features a double bedroom (140 x 200cm) with direct access onto the private terrace. Plants and garden furniture, plus two deck chairs make this an ideal space for relaxing.

The property is situated in a narrow pedestrian street, which is quiet and peaceful. Just a few steps away are the city centre's most popular shopping streets: Sierpes and Tetuán.

Important: staircase to access the upper level not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.

Fantastic location. Host met us promptly for checkin. The upstairs bedroom has VERY steep stairs going to it, so be aware if you have small children or mobility issues. Unit was very clean and worked well for us

The location of this apartment is perfect. It was clean and the property manager met all of our requests. I would recommend this to anyone that has 2-4 people in their party. The two beds are full size.

Excellent location and rooftop patio!

Convenient to everything, even a wine bar right next door! Walk to las Setas, the river, many restaurants and shops. Great living space and kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely property enjoyed having the terrace. Please fix the handle on the fridge it is extremely hard to get hold of. Nice local bar round the corner enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is perfectly placed in the old town. Markus very kindly let us in early as we arrived on an early flight.It was a rather 'corporate ' apartment and somehow felt a little unloved and could have done with a refresh. The only problem we had was that drains in the bathroom smelled bad but that may well have involved something to do with the whole block rather than the particular apartment. This is why i have gone with good rather than excellent.

Great location in the heart of Seville

The best thing about the apartment is its central location, minutes away from the Cathedral and shops/restaurants. Having a roof terrace was a real bonus although the stairs up to it (and the second bedroom) are not for those who are unsteady on their feet. Some aspects of the accommodation are slightly tired and there was a shortage of glasses in the cupboards. But we really enjoyed our stay, everything worked fine and we loved exploring this gorgeous city.

Nach Absprache hieß es, wir können bereits um 15 Uhr in die WHG, am nächsten Tag dann auf einmal doch nicht und wir mussten quasi vor der Tür warten. Das Internet ging zwei Tage lang nicht, angeblich war ausgerechnet bei uns der Router kaputt gegangen. Die Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe. Der gesamte Boden wurde weder gesaugt noch gewischt und war sehr schmutzig! In den Schränken ebenfalls überall Schmutz und der Kühlschrank hatte noch nie eine Reinigung gesehen. In der Küche lag ein alter abgenutzter dreckiger Schwamm zum spülen. Und das Klo war ebenfalls nicht geputzt worden. Absolute Frechheit! Die Bettlaken passten nicht auf die Betten und waren zu kurz, sodass man auf einem halben schlafen musste. Zimmertüren waren so abgenutzt und ließen sich nicht schließen. Die Küche ebenfalls runtergerockt, eine Tür knallte auf die andere. Das gesamte Sitzmobiliar durchgesessen und alles hatte seine besten Tage schon hinter sich. Die Räume sind zudem sehr sehr klein und spiegeln nicht was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Absolut nicht das Geld wert!

Appartement extraordinairement bien situé, en plein cœur du centre, mais dans une ruelle très calme. Le petit plus: la terrasse! Hôte réactif. Attention: à éviter pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge (en dessous de 5 ans). Les escaliers pour monter à la chambre sont très raides. Sinon, tout était parfait!

L'appartamento è silenzioso, con letti comodi e in pieno centro. La zona, tranquilla e vicino alle maggiori attrazioni della splendida città di Siviglia. Purtroppo il check-in non è stato molto gradevole in quanto abbiamo pagato un supplemento e siamo arrivate alle 20.10. (dal sito era segnato che dopo le 20.00 ci sarebbe stato un supplemento ma per 10 minuti ci è sembrato veramente esagerato). Poi nonostante avevamo già effettuato il pagamento ci è stato chiesto di nuovo l'importo del soggiorno (evidentemente non era stato controllato).
