Beach House 30A #3 is the top floor of the lovely three-story gulf front home, Beach House 30A. This beach vacation getaway has its own private entrance and access to the beach, as well as its own private deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Beach House 30A #3 can be rented as a two-bedroom / two bath unit alone, or in combination with Beach House 30A #1 and #2 to make a ten-bedroom / ten bath vacation home. Either way, Beach House 30A #3 offers its guests a wonderful gulf front vacation on beautiful Dune Allen Beach.

*Additional $200 non-refundable pet fee

*7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) required during spring break and summer
*4 night minimum all other dates

Fantastic location and spacious deck overlooking the beach

The top floor apartment has a great lay out ( 2 master suites and a superb, half-shaded deck). Living quarters could be a bit larger . Apartment was well equipped and clean but could use an overall update.

Good Stay with a couple hiccups

Clean considering pet friendly. Location is great - quiet with great gulf view. The hiccups - (1) need to upgrade the router as we never had internet service (2) elevator stopped working half way thru the stay - normally not a big deal except we had our 80 yr old mom with us. 4 flights of stairs a few times a day was a bit much for her.

Slice of heaven

Beautiful dog friendly beach house, perfectly situated away from the crowds with gulf views and great amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher). Beach chairs and umbrellas that were available for our unit were a nice touch. Being on the 3rd floor, the elevator was a huge plus. One thing to note was that dogs from 2nd floor/staircase seemed to be right on the other side of our (locked) joining door. We weren't around enough for this to be a problem but it was startling the 1st time our dog was barking back and forth with them. Also I didn't see any recycling bins which sadly seems to be the norm in FL. Not many outlets so you may want to bring/add an outlet strip to allow charging for multiple devices. We had a wonderful time and have hopes for a future stay with you.

Overall a great place

Our stay was lovely. The balcony and view was by far the best part. We also appreciated the quick service when internet was not working. We had just a couple of issues that need to be remedied before we will stay again. The furniture was not the greatest which we can look past as it is pet friendly. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable causing neck pain most of the time I was there. Some of the lighting and electrical outlets also did not work which was a pain when looking to charge things or turn on lights.

Great location.

Had a great time, wonderful quiet location. Note that this is the third floor unit, no steps from the back deck to the beach, you have to go out the front door. The unit is older, but that’s to be expected since they allow pets, which is great. Had a few missing items due to the previous guests and the property manager immediately sent replacements over, including a new coffee maker. Would go back again A+.

The Condo was decorated with Garage Sale furniture. Everything was old except the Kitchen Appliances. The Elevator has not worked for a very long time. We stayed on third floor. Ice maker did not work. We we told we would have WIFI. WiFi did not work, Furniture on deck was old Plastic and wood furniture. We had to use are own chairs. Closet lights were both out. Circuit Breaker in master kept turning off power. Light on deck dangled by two open wires. We communicated to the property management of the issues and they said “I am sorry” many times. Stay away from “Dune Realty” when renting.

Beautiful views!

Loved the huge balcony looking directly at the beach and ocean. We had a front row view of the beautiful sunsets. The place seemed a little mite updated than the pictures depicted so that was a nice surprise. It was so nice having the elevator option when we didn’t always want to take the stairs. Our stretch of beach wasn’t very crowded which was nice. Our last beach day had some more people spilling over from the public access but the rest of the week was quiet.
