King en el dormitorio principal, muebles y ropa de cama, cama queen size en la habitación de invitados, con una individual también. Ven a ver nuestras mejoras! Suministramos sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de playa por lo menos para hacer las maletas! El nuevo suelo laminado y pintura fresca!

Llamamos a nuestra casa de playa 'Suite 16 y besada por el sun'- va a llamar el cielo. Disfrutar de nuestras arenas de azúcar blanca y aguas color esmeralda durante el día y los sonidos calmantes de las olas por la noche. Esta casa de pueblo cuenta con una terraza privada de la amplia sala de estar, así como un balcón privado de la habitación principal.

Las vistas son impresionantes en todas las direcciones y, a menudo se llaman el mejor en la playa. Muy bien decorado, cocina actualizada, habitaciones decoradas con gusto, lavadora / secadora, aparcamiento cubierto y mucho más. Este es un lugar de vacaciones maravillosas ... disfrutar de la serenidad de nuestra playa en Seagrove.

We love to stay on this spot on the beach and in this complex. Always pretty quiet and away from the crowded areas. This unit was extremely clean and had beautiful views. We loved having two beds in the 2nd bedroom for the kids. Very thankful for the beach accessories kept at the unit as well. Will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I needed a quick getaway and this place checked all of our boxes. We loved watching the storms come in on the rainy days, and the quick & easy access to the beach. Management was extremely responsive! Great little community, not crowded, and the pups loved it too. We hope to come back soon. If you’re having any second thoughts, don’t. Just book it!

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of this property is unbeatable. We loved walking out the door and down to the beach. Restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, and coffee shops are all within walking distance. We loved having a covered parking space and an area to shower off the sand and access all of the beach toys including several nice beach chairs and umbrellas. The beaches were beautiful and never too crowded thanks to the private beach access. Communication and check in were super easy! We would definitely stay here again!

This townhouse is in a perfect location. We were able to drive to seaside easily. There are so many shops and great restaurants close by. I loved the private beach. We didn’t have to rush to put our chairs and umbrellas out early. The beach was marked with private property signs and no one used it except for townhouse occupants. The property manager was so kind and helpful.

Lovely little getaway

We had the best time at this condo. It was very clean. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is so close to the beach, it was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in. The beach access was easy to get to and the beach is very private. The owners were easy to get ahold of and respond quickly to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean, Convenient And Well Stocked

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards were all provided. Private beach access was convenient. Host was most gracious and communication was easy.

Awesome stay on 30A

You cannot get a better location overlooking the gulf on a private beach, hidden off 30A, while close to great restaurants, shops and groceries. The walkover to the beach is just steps from the unit. While the furnishings are basic, the host provides everything one could need, all functional and clean. Beds were very comfortable, and bonus, a king size bed in master. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

Perfect location.

I rented this place to celebrate my birthday with my family. My choice was based on the location. It was a well-stocked, clean townhome on the beach. It was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out for a couple of hours to celebrate. My husband and I stayed for three amazing nights. Watching the waves and listening to the surf was very relaxing. The host was very easy to schedule with and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this townhome for a beautiful stay on the beach. I will be returning in the future.

The location can’t be beaten. Bedroom and bathrooms were great. If I owned this condo I would upgrade and update the downstairs. Overall, wonderful place to stay.

Great Stay, Perfect location

We loved staying here. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The location and views are perfect. Private beach access and a section of the beach that is not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to use. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions.

Great place. Location and view are amazing

Had a great stay and the condo is right on the beach. We loved being able to see the waves breaking from the living room. Pictures actually make the unit look more dated than it is. For the price and location, it is wonderful. My family had a great time. Having the access to beach chairs and umbrella was awesome. Would come back for sure! Working with the manager was easy and they were extremely helpful. Thankful for a place like this!
