Recent house with 5 rooms in a very quiet small subdivision, on the edge of the forest.
It is located 4 km from Contis Plage.
The house is made up of 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90 with the possibility of bringing them together to make a large bed and 2 bunk beds 90), 1 dining-living room with 2 sofas, 1 open kitchen (oven , dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ...), 1 bathroom with shower + wc, 1 separate wc.
Provision of duvets and pillows, baby bed, tea towels, cleaning products, board games, children's books, DVD, ...
INTERNET.

Secure cycle path to go to the beach. Free bus shuttle.
Equestrian center, aquabranche, restaurant, mini-market, ...

INSURANCE

Feeling of calm, fullness and freedom guaranteed in both summer and winter.
Contis is still one of the privileged places on the Atlantic coast where we try to save as much of the wild side, nature, where year after year, friends and families meet.
Beach return traffic jams don't exist!

Walks on foot or on horseback by the sea, along the Contis current, in the forest ...
Canoe, bike rides on the secure cycle path located in the forest while following the road to get to the beach.
And for acrobats, there are 'acrobranches' located in the forest and 5 minutes from the house, etc.

CONTIS BEACH
Contis beach is a huge beach of fine sand.
It is monitored throughout the summer season.

Further, if you wish, you can find an unsupervised beach which can be frequented by people who prefer to sunbathe in the 'natural' way ... It's up to everyone, because there is room for everyone without bothering anyone.

Beach also very famous for board sports: surfing, windsurfing ...
These sports are practiced throughout the year.
Possibility to rent surfboards.

The Little Ones

In September: there is Toros y Salsa where, as its name suggests, bullfighting aficionados continue the party to the sound of Latin American music. Very popular fair.

Wonderful summer break

We had a nice stay in this lovely, nicely decorated house. It was absolutely clean and we had everything we needed. The beach is about 15 min by bike, the way is easy and safe. Communication with Catherine and Tony was easy and kind. We love to come back soon.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem netten Haus am Waldrand. Sehr gute Lage, der Strand ist in 15 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Zimmer lassen sich gut durch die Fensterläden verdunkeln, Haus liegt sehr ruhig umgeben von Ferienhäusern mit großen Grundstücken. Sehr unkomplizierter Check in.Gestört haben uns nur die sehr harten Betten und es fehlen im Bad Abstellflächen/ Regale und in den Zimmern Haken. Toll wäre auch ein zusätzlicher Wäscheständer.

Vacances à Contis

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ds cette maison très bien entretenu et parfaitement équipée, elle se trouve dans un petit lotissement très calme, le jardin donne directement sur la forêt Landaise au plus proche de la nature, l'océan est tous proche 5 mn en voiture ou 15 mn en vélo par la superbe piste cyclable qui passe devant la maison. Un bel endroit de France encore préservé !

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans les landes au sein de cette location Tout était très bien, la maison était très propre à notre arrivé ( ce qui n est pas toujours le cas dans les locations de vacances ) la maison est très bien équipé , le jardin pour les enfant était parfait et la localisation très pratique

Erholung PUR im Cottage mit den Roten Fensterläden *****

Schon zum zweiten Mal verbrachten wir hier im Häuschen am Waldrand unseren Urlaub ... Alles ist Klasse ! Die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit, die Lage und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter Catherine und Anthony bei kurzfristigen Fragen ... Anders als auf der deutschen FeWo-Buchungsseite muss eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht werden ... Und Reinigungskosten sind im Nachgang entrichtet werden . Aber all das macht der Gesamteindruck allemal wett !! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, da wir das Häuschen schon jetzt vermissen !! Hier sind 5 Sterne voll gerechtfertigt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt am Wald. Abends ist die Animation des Campingplatzes zu hören, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Man kann mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 20 Minuten nach Contis an den Strand fahren, kleinere Einkäufe und Baguette, gibt es im Laden auf dem Campingplatz, dort kann man übrigens auch Fahrräder ausleihen. Wer ein Haus abseits des Trubels sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Uns hat es gefallen!

Sauberes Ferienhaus

In einer ruhigen und ansehnlichen Wohnsiedlung liegt das Ferienhaus mit seinen markanten roten Fensterläden, die tatsächlich die Hitze im geschlossen Zustand fernhalten. Das Haus selber war absolut sauber und es fehlte uns fünf Personen, davon drei Kindern, an nichts, alles war vorhanden. Auch über das große Fußballtor im Garten haben sich die Jungs gefreut. Bedingt durch die Vorsaison in Frankreich hatten wir ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis für dieses schöne Haus. Es ist auch tatsächlich nur wenige Kilometer zum Strand…mit dem Rad rund 20 Minuten und auf schön ausgebauten Radwegen. Als Basis für Ausflüge ist dieser Standort optimal, ob jetzt nach Dax, Bordeaux, Biarritz oder San Sebastian, es passt. Auch wenn wir noch 90 € Endreinigung zusätzlich bezahlen mussten, was nicht auf der deutschen Webseite steht, war es ein gelungener Frankreich Urlaub. Merci.

Das Haus ist optimal gelegen, in einem ruhigen Quartier mit Garten. Nur 5 km vom Strand Contis Plage entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind auch die umliegenden Strände einfach zu erreichen. Das Fahrradnetz ist tip-top ausgebaut. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und in äusserst gut gepflegtem Zustand. Das Ferienhaus kann wärmstens empfohlen werden!

Maison propre et neuve, située dans un lotissement magnifique et bien entretenu. Amoureux de la nature vous serez servis: paysages magnifiques avec la forêt de pins en toile de fond. Une très jolie piste cyclable toute proche vous emmènera à Contis plage en moins de 30minutes. Très joli jardin, 2 terrasses. Nos avons tous passé un merveilleux séjour, supérieur à nos attentes.

Sehr ansprechendes und gepflegtes Haus

Das Habitat liegt in einer schönen und vor allem ruhigen Lage. Direkt hinter dem Grundstück beginnt ein Wald ... das Rauschen der Bäume vermissen wir schon jetzt ! Es ist sehr geschmackvoll / stilvoll eingerichtet und Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben. Alles in allem würden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder für dieses Objekt entscheiden !! Vielen Dank auch an die Vermieter Catherine und Tony, die uns am Anreisetag per Telefon zur Anschrift leiteten, da unser Navi sich permanent "verirrte" ! Jolie maison bien équipée

La maison est décorée avec goût et dispose d’équipements complets. Proche de tous commerces et services (très bon restos !) et de l’accrobranche. Accès facile et rapide à la plage. Dans le jardin donnant sur la forêt, tout est là pour passer de bons moments, avec terrasse ombragée bienvenue avec les fortes chaleurs : salon de jardin, barbecue, transats, but de foot…

Agréable séjour au calme

Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans la maison. Rénové avec goût. Si vous rechercher la tranquillité tout proche de la côte c'est la location idéal. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants merci encore. Nous souhaitons juste préciser que si vous y séjournez en automne ou en hiver il faudra prévoir en plus de la location le coût de l'électricité car nous avons chauffé la maison.
