From our front door it's an easy stroll directly across the street to the Mickey and Friends free tram and/or Downtown Disney(about 7 -10 minutes walk). If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into TomorrowLand. Save $17/$34 Disney Parking per day.

From our front door it's a relaxing stroll across the street to the free tram and Downtown Disney - Save $17/$34 parking fees at Disneyland per day. If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrowland.

We were able to take an airport shuttle to the Disneyland Hotel and walk to this condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used Vons grocery delivery (only accept US credit card) and never rented a car. We walked to the parks each day and saved money preparing our own food. I can't say enough about the location! The condo was very clean, and well taken care of. I could not have asked for a better place to stay!


The Anaheim convention center is within a 20 minute walk, or 3 minutes by car. Honda Center, the Grove, Angel Stadium are all within 5 minutes by car. Los Angeles with all its attractions such as Universal Studious is about 45 minutes away. It is only 25 minutes to Knott’s Berry Farm, Wax Museum, Medieval Times, Wild Bills Extravaganza, Los Alamitos Race Track, Just 45 minutes to LAX Airport, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. 90 minutes to San Diego, Sea World, and Legoland. Ninety minutes to Big Bear Mountain. For the island enthusiast, the Catalina Island Express leaves from Long Beach.

The townhome complex is located in a nice, quiet residential area which appears to be older, but well maintained. There's a 1-car garage a few steps from the unit and 1 parking spot in front of the unit. We greatly appreciated that. Gina's unit is located behind Disneyland Parks and conveniently a 5 minute drive away. My daughter found a "secret gate" from the Mickey parking garage to the main street running parallel to the complex however, you'll have to walk at least a 1 1/2 blocks to cross safety. Every night a 9:30 we watched the Disneyland fireworks from the driveway of the unit. What a treat that was. Gina's unit was perfect for my family of 7. The master bedroom is huge with a large closet/dressing area and plenty of storage space for your suitcases, shoes, etc. There was enough hangers in the closet to hang everyone's clothes! The bathroom is rather small but manageable. We were thrilled to find large bottles of body wash, baby wash, shampoo and conditioner. Only 6 bath towels were provided, however we found some beach towels downstairs in the laundry room which worked for us. My 2 grand daughters loved the trundle bed and dollhouse in the kids bedroom. It was large enough to sleep my grand daughters and their mom and dad. The 3rd bedroom is pretty and quite roomy as well. My 22 yr old daughter loved that room. Every bedroom and the living room has a smart tv which pleased everyone. There's also lots of mirrors in the unit which was awesome for the girls in the house 😀򐀮 The kitchen blew us away. There was everything we needed to cook, bake, clean...the coffee maker brews very slowly..but maybe my brewer at home is super fast (?) There's a laundry room downstairs and a nook with a toilet and sink...nice! Laundry detergent was also provided. We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed time spent in the unit. This was our home-away-from-home. Gina and Alex are great to work with and we look forward to our next stay. Thank you Gina and Alex!!

This unit fit my families needs perfectly. We traveled from Canada to spend a week at Disneyland with our daughter, son-in-law and our 2 grandkids. We were pleased that there were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , full kitchen appliances and also a washer and dryer. It felt like home as we could eat and spend time here or go out for food. The complex has a swimming pool and hot tub which we used quite a bit, as well as a playground. From the condo it is a short walk to Downtown Disney and the park, perfect!! Thanks

Clean House and great Location

The house was stocked and cleaned and I couldn't have asked for more. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the master was a nice size. Lots of room for suitcases and storage. We used the fridge and prepared a few meals. Everything was seamless. Great owner and communication.

Perfect location and darling condo!

We stayed for three nights at this location and loved every minute of it. The kids room is perfectly set up. The beds in all the rooms are so very comfortable. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities made it easy to function. Easily walking distance to the entrance of the parks, or if you'd rather not walk, it's an even shorter walk to the tram. I would highly recommend this location to anybody and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Disneyland!

The comforts of home in the perfect location for Disney

We loved our stay here! The location is amazing for the Disney parks - it took literally 10 minutes or less to walk to the tram. There were coolers and strollers in the condo that we used in the parks, which helped a lot. Note: they are single strollers, with not much storage space. We also brought our own double stroller so we could pack around a ton of stuff, and it worked out great. I noticed beach toys and umbrellas in the closet too.

My kids loved the toys, dollhouse, computer, coloring books, and TVs in every bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, and we didn't even use them all. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. We could easily have slept another 3 people using the sofa bed and trundle. In the master bedroom there is a great closet nook that was PERFECT for our 2-year-old to sleep. There was already a porta-crib set up in there and it kept her close, but separate. There was a baby bouncer in there I think, and a little play mat - someone with a younger baby would really appreciate those!

It was great having in-house laundry, and a full kitchen with all the basic tools we needed. It seems like there were a few things we wished the kitchen had, but it wasn't a big problem. There were regular dishes as well as plastic kid dishes and cutlery, which was nice.

Keep in mind that if you stay this close to Disneyland you will hear their fireworks every night at 9:30. They only last a few minutes but it could be annoying if you have very light sleepers. It wasn't a problem for us - we just thought our kids were being totally crazy upstairs the first night. Ha! They slept through it on the other nights.

The managers were really great to work with. We arrived in town earlier than expected on our check-in day, so I called to see if we could get in early. Within a few minutes they had activated our door code and gave us the go-ahead. After a very long drive, it was a huge bonus to get in and settled instead of hanging around in the heat for a couple hours. Also, we accidentally left a couple things there when we checked out, so I emailed the manager as soon as I realized it and they shipped them to us at no charge! They were quick to respond to email and overall very helpful.

I'm not sure if I'll ever have enough energy to go back to Disneyland, but if I do, I'd definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to others, especially with kids.

Great little condo

This was the perfect little condo for our Disneyland vacation. The property was clean, and the pictures were accurate! The walk to the Disney parking lot Tram was an easy 10-15 minutes. Thanks for use of the cooler so we could save money by having a picnic lunch at Disney. Management provided all necessary information prior to our arrival and promptly refunded our deposit! Washer and dryer were a huge plus!
