LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !- Our town-home is situated in a nice, family friendly complex directly across the street from the Disneyland & the Downtown Disney parking lots - you literally cannot get any closer than this. From our front door it's an easy stroll directly across the street to the Mickey and Friends free tram and/or Downtown Disney(about 7 -10 minutes walk). If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into TomorrowLand. Save $17/$34 Disney Parking per day.
During your stay with us, our home becomes your home, and we want to ensure your experience is truly memorable. We do our level best to provide impeccable service and amenities so you can focus your attention on family, friends, and fun while on your vacation!
1. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! - You just can't stay any closer to the Disney from our home. Later in the day, walk back for a homemade lunch; even treat yourself to a refreshing nap before heading back out for the evening.

4. SAFETY and CHILD PROOFING - Safety and security is VERY important! We set up different pass code of the front entry door lock for each party (NO shared pass code or shared key in the lock box). The pass code is unique customized for your stay period only. One child safety gates on-site, wall mounted TV's are locked securely to metal frames on studs, Smoke Detectors each floor, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and a lot of more.

From our front door it's a relaxing stroll across the street to the free tram and Downtown Disney - Save $17/$34 parking fees at Disneyland per day. If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrowland. =========================== The below is from our guest's review to us: We were able to take an airport shuttle to the Disneyland Hotel and walk to this condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used Vons grocery delivery (only accept US credit card) and never rented a car. We walked to the parks each day and saved money preparing our own food. I can't say enough about the location! The condo was very clean, and well taken care of. I could not have asked for a better place to stay! =========================== The Anaheim convention center is within a 20 minute walk, or 3 minutes by car. Honda Center, the Grove, Angel Stadium are all within 5 minutes by car. Los Angeles with all its attractions such as Universal Studious is about 45 minutes away. It is only 25 minutes to Knott’s Berry Farm, Wax Museum, Medieval Times, Wild Bills Extravaganza, Los Alamitos Race Track, Just 45 minutes to LAX Airport, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. 90 minutes to San Diego, Sea World, and Legoland. Ninety minutes to Big Bear Mountain. For the island enthusiast, the Catalina Island Express leaves from Long Beach.

Everything We Needed
It's exactly .9 miles from the condo to the gate to scan your tickets for Disneyland. We were traveling with 3 adults and 2 children, aged 4 and almost 2. We walked to and from Disneyland with ease. The condo had everything we needed for the kiddos! Toys in the bunk room, strollers, cooler, ice packs, plates, cups, bowls, swim towels, and everything in between. It made traveling SO much easier since we didn't have to remember every little thing. For us, we would have liked at least another shower since we had 3 adults, but that's just a personal preference. We were very pleased with staying here.
Clean, comfy and close to Disney
The house was clean, the beds were fairly comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay at Disneyland. The walk to the park is about 15 minutes, or a $5 Uber ride if your feet hurt too much. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Anaheim. Thanks Gina!

The ONLY place we choose to stay every year!
We are very much a Disney family and come once a year! This is our 4th time renting from Gina (third time in this unit, 1 time in her 2 bedroom/ 3 bathroom unit). This trip we had 9 people (4 adults and 5 children) stay here for 8 days and everything was wonderful!
The place is clean, quiet, comfortable, and most importantly VERY close to Disneyland! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. All of the beds were comfortable. The full kitchen was so nice for us since we made breakfast every morning before heading to Disneyland. We even put stuff in the crock pot that is provided to eat after our long day at Disneyland. There are plenty of bowls, plates and utensils and the dishwasher, washer and dryer all worked great. The parking spot is directly across from the front door, which is great for bringing in all our suitcases!
As for going to Disneyland, this location is SOOOOO convenient! With the 9 of us, it was about a 10 min walk to Downtown Disney. Since we have a double stroller, we never take the tram and just walk down Downtown Disney to the parks. It is also so close if you forget something and have to go back.
We love this condo and we will NEVER stay anywhere else!
Great location and ammenities for the price! Plenty of room for the 5 of us.
We stayed for 7 nights and were able to visit Disney all morning and return to the park in the afternoon easily. Plenty of space for a big family and you can even watch the firweorks from the front if the complex.
Everything was perfect!
We will definitely stay here again. The property was conveniently located- and easy walk to Disney. The home was clean no stocked with everything we needed.

Great location, would stay again
Owners are great to work with and the place is very clean. We had a minor issue but it was fixed immediately which is awesome. The location is as good as it gets for sure.

It also helps to ensure our reservations adhere to the Anaheim City Ordinance requiring a 3 night minimum stay.
