Our property is recognized as CASARURAL by the JUNTA DE ANDALUCIA and fully complies with stringent requirements in terms of comfort and safety features.
Within walking distance of the charming white village SAYALONGA and only 7 km to the cozy beaches of Torre del Mar, Caleta and Algarrobo Costa. The house itself is equipped with every modern comfort and luxury. The heated (solar panels) infinity pool gives you the feeling to swim in the sea. Large sun terraces with loungers. Outside Salon. Umbrellas. You also have an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and bread / pizza oven. Complete privacy is guaranteed. Enclosed parking for cars.
HIGH SPEED Internet and WIFI in and around the home.
There are three rooms with two beds and one room with two éénpersoonsbedjes. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and a spacious bathroom. 1 guest toilet and 3 toilets in the rooms. Also, a baby crib, changing table, toys etc. available.
Kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc.
The utility room is equipped with a large refrigerator / freezer (always delicious cool drinks), washer & dryer.
In the living room there is TV (Canal Digital / TV Vlaanderen) and DVD provided.
For nature lovers there are wonderful walks through the National Parks of Sierra Tejeda & Almijara (marked hiking trails are available in the house). Guided hikes are also possible. More information is always available for this. Also ideal base for visits to Malaga, Nerja, Seville, Cordoba, Carmona, Granada, Torcal, Mijas, Ronda etc. Several guidebooks about Andalusia are also available.
Important: there is always someone accessible to Dutch / English / German / Spanish speaking to quickly resolve small prombleempjes or to answer practical questions.

Very nice house

The house is very nice and clean, with all facilities, and the view was wonderful. It is great for relaxation, but a bit remote if you want an active holiday. The roads to get there are not good, and you should not be afraid of heights to drive there. Soyalonga is a quiet little village, with a great restaurant, Meson Moresco, in the town square.

Amazing views from a large patio. Best place to relax.

Every part of the property was clean and properly maintained. We stayed over New Years Eve. The weather was perfect. It was between 18 and 22 degrees. When the fog rolled in off the sea, we stayed above it. It was nice having a dishwasher and washing machine. I would come back again. I would recommend this property to my friends.

Traumhafter Blick

Wir waren mit 8 Leuten vor Ort und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Aussicht von dem Objekt auf Torre del Mar und das weiter Mittelmeer war einfach nur traumhaft. Das Objekt hat einen tollen Baustil (typisch spanisch) und es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Auch der Invinitipool hat eine sehr gute Größe und hebt das Ambiente hervor. Wir können das Objekt bestens empfehlen.

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Die Lage und Aussicht von diesem Ferienhaus sind wunderschön, wenn auch die Anfahrt sehr viel Geduld und "Rückenstärke" fordert .... Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und auch gepflegt. Marc ist immer da wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird und schafft die Probleme aus dem Weg. Einzig die Liegestühle und Auflagen bedürften einer Erneuerung, sind doch in die Jahre gekommen und einige auch kaputt. Der Geschirrspüler war neu und funktionierte auch einwandfrei. Für Leute die Ruhe und Erholung suchen und nicht jeden Tag auf Tour gehen wollen ist dieses Haus unbedingt zu empfehlen - ansonsten muss man die aufwendige Anfahrt in Kauf nehmen.

Traumhafte Finca in herrlicher Lage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Lage der Finca auf einem Berg oberhalb der Bucht ist unvergleichlich, zieht jedoch einen längeren und abenteuerlichen aber schaffbaren Anreiseweg nach sich. Die Betreuung vor Ort ließ keine Wünsche offen. Am Objekt sind technische Anlagen dringend zu erneuern (Geschirrspüler defekt, Wäschetrockner fehlt, Außenbeleuchtung und Poolheizung funktionieren nicht). Auch die Außenanlagen könnten mal wieder verschönert werden, Möbel und Auflagen sind sehr abgenutzt. Dann steht einem traumhaften Urlaub nichts im Weg. Kleine Dörfer und große Städte sind schnell erreichbar, gute Küche und regionale Weine sowie gutes Wetter verwöhnen die Gäste.

Preciosa casa en el monte, a 10 min en coche de Sayalonga. Casa muy limpia, bien distribuida, con equipamiento completísimo. Tan sólo fue necesario cambiar la barbacoa, cosa que hicieron de manera inmediata. Mención especial para Marc por su atención, disposición, amabilidad y ayuda. Pensamos volver. Saludos, David

What a beautiful villa with beautiful veiws and very good facilities.You will need a car for this property.If your want to get to beach in 14 mins you will need a FWD otherwise a beautiful 35mins drive on b roads and farm tracks.So was a bit isolated for our young adults of the family.But they loved it and so dont be put off-just be aware.Thanks to Marc and Peter for looking after us but not being intrusive.

Een heel mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht.

We hebben genoten in het mooie huis. Alles in de keuken is aanwezig. We hebben dan ook veel gekookt. En zelfs een keer pizza gemaakt en de bbq gebruikt. Overal zijn zitjes buiten. Het zwembad is mooi en fijn om soms even af te koelen. Mark heeft ons heel goed ontvangen en als er wat was kwam hij meteen. Kortom: een fijn huis en mooie plek om een week te verblijven met familie of vrienden.

Gigantischer Ausblick

Wir hatten einen superschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Die Terrasse mit Pool ist einfach einzigartig - der Ausblick in Echt noch viel besser! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist top - mit Abstand die Beste, die wir bisher hatten! Alles vorhanden, sogar Eiswürfel für Getränke. Bei Anreise stand sogar ein Sortiment an Getränken und Knabbersachen bereit. Ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände gehören jedoch ausgetauscht wie Sonnenschirme und Polster. Der Pizzaofen bedarf einer Grundreinigung. Die Anfahrt ist tatsächlich etwas abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Einen solchen Ausblick kann man ja auch nicht an der Küste haben. Die direkte Anfahrt ist nicht möglich wegen eines Bergrutsches, man muss den Weg über das Dorf Sayalonga nehmen. Gute Tipps vom Hausverwalter haben wir auch bekommen! Alles in Allem ein tolles Haus zum Weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful residence with a marvelous view to the sea

This is a very special location up in the hills about 10min drive from Sayalonga. The view towards the sea both from the terasse and the infinity pool is just fantastic. Especially the warm and courteous assistance of our local host Gerard made this holiday a real. remarkable one.

A very pleasant week in a fantastic area. Lots of great places to visit along the coast and up to Malaga. The property is fully equipped and was excellent for the eight of us, spread over three generations. The only aspect we hadn't reassured was the distance from the nearest village. Vi tyckte huset var bättre än förväntat. För oss som var 7 personer var det perfekt anpassat. Bra med alternativ middag/frukostplats och en skön soffgrupp. Fräscht i alla sov och badrum. Runt omkring huset en fantastisk terräng att ta stärkande promeder i. Underbara utsikter och alla håll. Super dejligt hus og fantastisk udsigt

Huset er meget rent og smagfuldt og Gerard som passer huset er utrolig venlig og hjælpsom. Vejen op til huset er krævende. Meget små veje, stejle og flere steder uden asfalt. Min 20 min bjergkørsel ned til MA 20.

Schöne Finca, wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir haben zu 6. diese tolle Finca für 10 Tage gebucht und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft - ob am frühen morgen oder am abend. Man fühlt sich dort so wohl, dass man den Rest von Andalusien fast nicht erkunden möchte ;) Das Haus und Gründstück ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt nichts - man kann dort bedenklos kochen und grillen und müsste rein theoretisch die leckeren Restaurants in Sayalonga und Umgebung nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Der Weg zur Finca ist zugegebenermaßen tatsächlich etwas abenteuerlich, aber der Ausblick macht alles wieder wett und nach 1-2 mal hoch/runter fahren hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Die Kommunikation mit dem "Vermieter" war einwandfrei. Und der Hausverwalter, Gerad, ist ein echter Goldschatz! Er steht jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gibt herzlich gerne Tipps/Empfehlungen zur Umgebeung. Wir können Andalusien und vor allem diese Finca voll und ganz weiterempfehlen - wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

In every way this place was fantastic. The quality and cleanliness of the house to the incredible views from the terrace/pool. My ONLY advice would be is to be prepared for the drive up there...you don't get views like that without having to go high up first.
