Cottage with beautiful sea view between Chiavari and Zoagli

In the hills, between Chiavari and Zoagli, complete apartment in independent semi-detached house.

It is accessed via a small local road staircase.

The house is structured on two levels: on the ground floor the complete and functional kitchen, the bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, possibly joined into a double.

Upstairs there is a small living room and a large terrace of about 40 square meters covered and complete with an outdoor lounge, table with chairs and barbecue, all in front of the splendid view of the promontory of Portofino and the sea of Tigullio.

Outside there is a small garden.

In the living room there is always a single sofa bed for another possible guest.

We had a great time in this fantastic house. Far away from tourists, you feel like in the middle of italians life of dolce vita. Angelo was a perfect host, always reachable but still distant. Anytime again.

Lovely, quiet and centrally located

This was exactly what we were looking for - a comfortable and spacious place away from the crowds but with enough to do and see in the immediate area. You need a car (or moped) to get here and to get into town, but only a short drive will get you to the train station or marina where you can visit Cinque Terre, Portofino, etc. The town of Chiavari is also lovely, but our favorite was Sestri Levante. Angelo and Anna are wonderful hosts and available anytime you have a question or need anything! We hope to visit again one day!

Great terrace with stunning views, nice house, friendly host

Very nice house with a fully equipped kitchen which was perfect for us (esp. in times of the pandemic). Lovely terrace with great views - we enjoyed it totally and loved to sit there for breakfast as well as for dinner. The deck chairs were great to relax on. Wifi was unfortunately not really working and a large tray for carrying stuff from the kitchen downstairs to the terrace would be helpful. Mattresses not so comfy. The host Angelo was very friendly and caring. He gave us vegetables and herbs from his garden, put some (ligurian) food at our arrival into the fridge - meraviglioso! :-) Grazie!!

Мы отдыхали семьей с двумя взрослыми детьми. Дом прекрасный:было чисто и уютно, Гриль на террасе , просторная кухня,две спальни , вентиляторы в каждой комнате, С изумительным видом с террасы - это что-то необыкновенное , и вид на портофино и Санта Маргариту , и луна и лунная дорожка вечерами . Ангело ( хозяин) был очень приветливым ( несмотря на его временное отсутствие- он организовал всё на высшем уровне) . Я могу всем только рекомендовать туда съездить!Мы запомним надолго этот приятный отпуск в Лигурии.Спасибо большое Ангело за гостеприимство 😊😊😊.

Schönes Haus in etwas schwieriger Lage

Vom Gebäude aus kann man nicht gut zu Fuß ans Wasser/Strand oder in einen Ort mit verschiedenen Restaurants gehen. Außer für den Weg nach Rovereto wo es einen Lebensmittelladen und eine Bar gibt, braucht man stets ein Auto.

Licht und Schatten

Wie bereits Rezensent Bernd berichtete, sind die Bilder der Unterkunft nicht aktuell. In der Tat wirken die Möbel zusammengewürfelt und nicht gerade neu. Das Haus selbst strahlte beim Einzug nicht gerade vor Sauberkeit. Toaster und Gasgrill war sogar regelrecht verschmutzt. Der Garten war mit Grümpel vollgestellt. Mit dem Bad waren wir sehr zufrieden. Geschirr und vorallem Gläser waren waren in so begrenzter Stückzahl vorhanden, dass es nicht möglich war, den kleinen Geschirrspüler überhaupt vollständig zu befüllen. Highlight war, wie bereits von anderen Urlaubern erwähnt, der unglaubliche Ausbilck von der Dachterrasse aus, die uns über einiges hinwegsehen ließ. Der Strand in Chiavari ist eine absolute Zumutung. Die Strände von Cavi und Riva Trigoso haben uns jedoch gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft entspricht ihrem Preis, jedoch wäre uns etwas mehr Fokus auf Sauberkeit lieb gewesen. Vermieter Angelo war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Besitz eines Fahrzeugs ist für diese Unterkunft obligatorisch. Irgendwo in der Nähe des Hauses war immer ein freier Parkplatz zu finden. Uns stand außerdem eine Garage zur Verfügung, für die unser Kombi leider zu lang war.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, der Rest entäuschend

Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Vermieter freundlich und hilfreich. Eine Doppelhaushälfte in 2. Reihe, in der anderen Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich ein Restaurant. Freundliche Begrüßung mit leckerem Gastgeschenk. Wir mussten feststellen, dass die Bilder im Inserat nicht der tatsächlichen Ausstattung entspricht. Die Küchenzeile ist nur noch teilweise vorhanden, dafür steht jetzt ein alter Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine auf der linken Seite die in einem zusammengebauten Bretterverschlag stehen. Küchenfronten (nicht nur am Herd) waren fettig, Schubladen und das Innere der Schränke waren total verdreckt. Das gesamte Ferienhaus machte ein unsauberen Eindruck. Auf der Terasse stehen andere Möbel wie auf den Fotos. Diese Möbel sind uralt und machen einen zusammengewürfelten und schäbigen Eindruck. Teilweise sind diese Möbel defekt (Liegen) oder es fehlen Teile (Regal). Der vorhandene Gasgrill war komplett verdreckt und nur teilweise funktionsfähig zur Erhitzung einer Pfanne. Ein Holzkohlegrill ist auch vorhanden den wir nicht genutzt haben. Schlafzimmer ist komplett anders möbiliert, Bett steht mitten im Zimmer, Möbel sind viel zu groß. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein anderer 2-Sitzer und wild zusammengewürfelte Kleinmöbel aus Holz, Messing/Glas usw. Die vorhandene Möbilierung sieht zusammengewürfelt aus als würde reingestellt werden was irgendwo übrig war. Einziges Highlight ist die große Terasse mit grandiosen Ausblick. Wir sind enttäuscht und würden nicht mehr hingehen.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit hier verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Angelo war schon im Vorfeld sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Unterkunft fanden wir vor wie beschrieben, vor allem die Dachterrasse mit dem grandiosen Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen, ein Auto ist allerdings notwendig, um das Ferienhaus zu erreichen. Wir haben sowohl den Strand in Chiavari als auch in Riva Trigoso besucht, da wir vor dem Pfingstrummel da waren, war es auch kein Problem, unseren Hund mit an den Strand zu nehmen. Ansonsten lässt es sich in Chiavari toll bummeln, Aperitif trinken, es gibt viele empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Erwähnenswert ist auch der Minimarkt Richtig Zoagli, den man in circa 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht, hier kann man mit toller Aussicht Capucchino oder einen Aperitif trinken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Des notre arrivée Angelo et sa sœur nous accueillent dans la bonne humeur.Nous commençons la visite de la maison,même si on a vu les photos,plus nous progressons dans la visite plus nos yeux s émerveillent...la maison est nickel,super propre.la terrasse est magnifique,en plus un garage perso est dispo,de quoi rangé le coffre de toit ,vélo ou autre en plus de la voiture,ce qui est un luxe à cet endroit.quelques douceurs nous attendent dans le frigo .y a pas à dire ,les italiens savent accueillir.l endroit est parfaitement situé entre les cinque terres et Portofino.mon conseil est de prendre le train jusqu'à levanto et la navette maritime pour la visite des villages..bref vous l'auriez compris,on a adoré et vous conseillons vivement cette location

House with a very nice view

We had a very nice time here. The house is very nice, most of all we liked the big terras outside. The view is very beautifull and it has enough room. Also the house is very near to all tourist attractions like Portofino. Near the house is a small minimarket with fresh products and bread. You also have your own parking for your car. Angelo thank you so much we had a very nice time.

Upfront we had very good communication with our host Angelo via Whatsapp. Upon arrival he was waiting for us and suprised us with a tasteful treat in the fridge. He was very available and willing to give us all support. He also gave us all information we wanted on restaurants. The house was clean and spacious. There is a big terrace with a splendid view on the sea. On the terrace there are seats, a table and 2 BBQ’s (a charcoal and a gas bbq) with all necessary stuff to start. Close to the house there is a mini market where you can find most things you need. The owners are very friendly. They have a huge selection of 300 Italian wines (try the Velluto wine :-) ) and in front there is also a terrace with a splendid view where you can have a drink. We really enjoyed our stay in Chiavari and will return. To rate our stay in “financial terms” : AAA Thanks Angelo and… Ciao. Annick & Guido

Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir haben 12 wundervolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht, einige Zeit auch gemeinsam mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern. Schon im Vorfeld klappte die Kommunikation mit Angelo hervorragend. Wir wurden herzlich von ihm und Lejla begrüßt, so wie wir es noch nie in einer anderen Ferienwohnung erlebt haben: mit ligurischen Spezialitäten wie Foccia, Wein, Oliven, Käse, Salami, Schinken usw. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos in der Anzeige, alles sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Am beeindruckendsten ist die große Dachterrasse mit diesem fantastischen Ausblick. Gut war auch, dass Angelo uns seine Garage zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Einkaufen kann man hervorragend in dem Mini-Markt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Dort gibt es auch leckeren Cappucino und verschiedene Aperitifs und Getränke. Lejla und Angelo haben uns während der gesamten Zeit gut begleitet und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Beispiel hat Angelo uns abends zum Essen gehen nach Chiavari gefahren oder uns viele Tipps gegeben, z. B. zum Strand, parken usw. Auch wenn die Fahrt ca. 20 min. dauert, lohnt es sich, zum Strand nach Riva Trogoso zu fahren. Er ist aus unserer Sicht schöner als die Strände in Chiavari. Erwähnen möchten wir auch noch, dass wir sehr lecker in der Trattoria nebenan gegessen haben, aus unserer Sicht tolle ligurische Küche mit leckerem Fisch. Insgesamt gesehen können wir das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlich bei den liebenswerten Gastgebern Lejla und Angelo bedanken!
