The first floor apartment comprises a large lounge/dining area complete with sofa and armchair, LCD Flat Screen TV with EnglishTV and a DVD player, Dining Table and 6 chairs. Apartment WiFi is also available enabling you to keep in touch with home. There is a separate kitchen with oven, hob, microwave & fridge. There are two bedrooms and a four piece bathroom and all rooms have ceiling fans. Outside there is a balcony with table & chairs overlooking the large pool area which is for residents use only.

Albatross Apartment

Apartment has everything you need . Nice little touches, shopping trolley for supermarket shopping, chairs to take to beach.... One thing I will say is, unfortunately, not a lot of sun on the balcony, but we stayed at the beginning of June, so this could be different high summer. Location is great, 10 minutes to the Square where bars are located and 15/20 mins to beach. Definitely give it a try.

Short break in the sun

Very well located appt in a well maintained gated complex. Los Alcazares is still being developed , so there is building work going on ( not close to Albatross urbanisation ). Would definitely return to the area.

Holiday stay 16th August

The property was nice enough but is not the property shown in the main photograph on VRBO which is a bit misleading (it is a bit more tucked away in the corner) . The broken bed mentioned in a previous comment had been replaced with a new bed so all good. I think the fixtures and fittings, especially the bathroom was looking a bit dated and could do with an upgrade, but we did not pay a lot for the stay so I was not expecting 5 star, so overall a nice enough apartment for a short stay. The pool area in the complex was nice and the surroundings well maintained. The resort for me was not what I had hoped, you had to look very hard for anything that was Spanish but it was recommended to us and if you want a home from home it would tick most boxes.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment The property contains everything you need, it’s like home from home. Excellent location for bars, restaurants and the beach. Complex is very well kept with a lovely pool. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will book again.

Broken bed

The only down side was the main bed was broken and was not as comfortable as it should have been. Apart from that we would definitely stay at this apartment again it is in such a good position close to all the restaurants and beaches. The view over the well kept pool and the position of the apartment was spot on. Thank you we loved it.

Would definitely recommend this property, spotlessly clean, really well equipped. You’ll find everything you need for your stay. A hidden Gem!

Perfect home from home apartment. Anne was so warm and welcoming giving us lots of tips. Everything you need is provided with a communal pool. Less then 10 minutes to the beach,restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!!

Our Happy Place 😄

Stayed at this apartment now twice and we will be back! I could write all day about how good this is but below sums up the highlights.. Excellent booking with owners, always reply quickly I feel now as if they are friends! Excellent location- across the road from all bars and restaurants but far enough away from any noise. Close to both the new and old towns. - walking distance only 5 -10 minutes Very clean apartment and well equipped overlooking a beautiful pool with easy access via a lift or stairs, only on the first floor. Check in easy with the lady who looks after the apartment on a a daily basis. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough if you are liking for a central place to all local amenities this is it!! A sunny apartment in February and March

Modern, well equipped, comfortable. Probably the best range of kitchen utensils that we have ever come across in over 20 years. The quite spacious balcony got sun from about 10 am until mid-afternoon in late February and March. We were there for the beginning of lockdown and the spacious, gated complex also gave us space to walk and get some exercise. When we were unsure of whether we could leave in time, the owner was very obliging.

The property was a very lovely home from home not like a holiday home

The only problem was half way through the holiday the lift broke and my husband couldn’t get out for 4 days and so we had to move but it was the owners fault and he soon made sure we were moved someway else very good service x

First time we have been to this part of Spain and it was great. Good location to restaurants and beach. Everything we needed in the apartment. One of the lifeguards were a bit ott . Thank you Ann for finding us another apartment to stay in as we had a late flight home. Would come again.

Fantastic Holiday

We had an amazing holiday at these apartments, very clean & has everything you need. It was great having the washing machine & the added extras of the cool bag for when you go to the beach. The location is perfect you are minutes away from all the restaurants & bars and are also close to Lidl’s & other supermarkets. The pool is excellent & very clean. We will definitely return very soon Thanks again

Great appartment in fabulous location

The whole appartment complex is very clean, tidy & safe! Perfect meet & greet on arrival to be shown round property & handed the keys. The location is spot on, 5mins walk to the busy square and 10mins walk to the beach. New Murcia International airport only 30mins drive away . We shall return

This was our second year living in Graham and Claire’s apartment in Los Alcázares. As before, the booking arrangements were first class and communication with Graham was excellent. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and the view from the balcony was great - the pool area and gardens. Close to all the restaurants and bars also just a short walk to the beach. We are a family of four who wanted somewhere in the sun that we could enjoy, that wasn't too far away from an airport and felt like home away from home.
We have enjoyed family holidays every year since and now our children come without us!!

Why they chose this property

We first started the hunt for a home in the sun back in 2004 and after doing the usual property tours we came across a resort we knew little about...Los Alcazares.

It had all the the qualities that we were looking for in a holiday location.

We wanted to be able to get around without the need to hire a car, knowing that all the local amenities are only a five minute walk away.

Just as important to us was access to a blue flag beach with seas that gently slope away making it safe for young children and grown-ups alike.

We also wanted something modern, clean and bright, that gave us all the comforts of home, not just the standard 'furniture pack' pine, but still enabled us to enjoy the Spanish lifestyle and all that it offers.

What makes this property unique

We visited many properties up and down the coast but was always drawn back to the Mar Manor area. Once we knew the area then we concentrated on the right place.
We chose Los Alcazares because of ithe 7km long sandy beach and the fact that this is primarily a Spanish resort which still retains its festivals throughout the year. The resort has an abundance of restaurants, all local and numerous tapas bars line the beach should you wish to eat there.
The apartment overlooks the pool and the balcony is the ideal place for topping up the tan.
