My place is beautiful, peaceful and in a great and unique location.

The flat overlooks beautiful and perfectly maintained gardens providing an immediate sensation of calm and tranquility. The property is very bright, with high ceilings and plenty of space.

The flat is very near Gloucester Road and South Kensington Tube stations (direct to Heathrow and Wimbledon).

It is within walking distance of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and Harrods and the Kings Road. There are also several museums in the vicinity, such as the Natural History museum, the Science museum and the Victoria & Albert museums.

The flat has been successfully let in another famous holiday let (starting with air)website and i have acquired the super host status with over 40 , 5 star reviews. The flat is called Peaceful luxury in the other website - check it out!

Gorgeous flat in one of the best districts of London. My wife and me loved having breakfast there just enjoying the wonderful privat garden view and afterwards strolling through Kensington/Chelsea on the way to whatever sight we had in mind. If time was limited, we of course used the excellent direct bus/underground services to Picadilly or Trafalgar square.Anna and Jeff were excellent hosts providing easy means of communication and being generous and supportive in every aspect. We definitely will book this flat again! Highly recommended!

OMG! Anna and Jeff were fantastic. So helpful. Their apartment is just so beautiful and in the most convenient spot. It’s close to the Underground, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops - but in a really quiet spot. The flat was absolutely spotless and their lovely welcome breakfast was much appreciated.As a woman traveling and working on my own on this trip, I felt super safe. Thoroughly recommended.!

From the moment we booked our VRBO with Anna and Jeff, they were communicative and attentive. The flat was in a great location and surprisingly quiet for central London. Anna shared information about the flat and the surrounding area, stores, and restaurants. All of which were great, so many places to eat within walking distance. It was clean, well-equipped for what we needed, and comfortable. Great light.Highly recommend for a couple.

Lovely stay in South Kensington

We had a great experience staying at Jeff and Anna’s place. It was a perfect home base located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was quite easy and made for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location

A perfect location. As they say a quiet oasis that is very close to Gloucester Road tube stop, a Waitrose and many dining options. It is within easy walking distance of The Natural History Museum and The V&A Museum.The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Communication with them was very good. No complaints. Would stay here again.

Lovely flat in a great location

Beautiful, well appointed flat in a great neighborhood! Easy walk to Gloucester Road tube and all of the shops and restaurants around that area or down to Fulham Road. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely do so again.

"Oh, to be in England / Now that April's there"

This is a lovely flat in an ideal location. The area is quiet and the garden quite peaceful, and yet the tube is less than a five-minute walk. Anna and Jeff are wonderfully kind and attentive hosts. We loved our week-long stay.

Beautiful location for a beautiful flat

This flat is utterly extraordinary. It is spacious and so conveniently located to the tube. The area is quite nice. I always felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot to make your base while visiting London.

Wonderful apartment

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely apartment in the Kensington/Chelsea Borough. It was an easy walk to the Gloucester Underground station, which served our every transport need during our week in London. The hosts were terrific. Great communication before we arrived, timely on-site welcome, and personal orientation to the details which made our stay so easy. Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed as represented in the listing. Highly recommended!!

I iused to live in this flat. I loved everything about it : the space, the high ceilings, the views and, above all, the immediate feeling of calm and peace as you go through the door.

I had to move out as i got married and had children. However, loving the area and the neighbourhood so much, we bought a flat in the same road. The area is clean, elegant, peaceful and very safe.
I hope you like my flat as much as I do. Look at all the reviews and judge for yourself...

The property has a special feel to it.
As soon as you enter, you can feel the good energy, the calm atmosphere, the clean space, the peacefull surroundings.
It has been recently refurbished and all feels fresh and tidy. There is a new boiler and a nice bright shower room.
The bedroom, drawing room and kitchen overlook the gardens and the views when looking through the windows transmit an instant "green" feeling. you are in central London but surrounded by greenery.
The flat is fully equipped : the kitchen has all you need, there is plenty of storage space, the bed is super comfortable and a good night's sleep is virtually guaranteed.
I had 27 reviews so far. 5 stars. I have become a super-host in the other rival website.....

The location is unique : 3 minutes walk from Gloucester tube station (served by Piccadilly, Circle and District lines) , about 7 from South Kensington and Earls Court.
You can choose to leave your oasis behind and within a few minutes step into the busy life of London, the south kensington bars and restaurants, the night life, the museums, the churches, shopping centres.

The neighbourhood is safe, calm, clean.....both my husband and I chose to buy our new flat in the same street....it says it all.
