We note the issues raised and are surprised by the sensationalist reporting in the review, given that the guest made no attempt to raise them with us during, or after their stay. Roaches - for a brief period, a few roaches were entering the property (1-2 per day). We tracked the source of the roaches to a neighbouring property, and pest control treated both properties and measures taken to prevent reoccurrence. This has been resolved. Water leak - due to heavy rainfall, there was some water ingress during the spring. This took the form of dampness in the entry wall. In order to remove this moisture and ensure a healthy environment, the management company has supplied a dehumidifier and requested that it is used to extract the moisture and they are inspecting regularly. We advised the guest on arrival that we would be checking and emptying the dehumidifier on a daily basis and they did not raise any concerns at the time or at any stage during their stay.

We are sorry to read here about the guest discovering cockroaches in our apartment. Had we been notified during the stay about the specific issue and that outside the apartment, our team would have come over to address them. We have taken preventative measures and raised the issue with the building manager to get the wider concern addressed.
