Excellent Stay

We had a fantastic trip to Barcelona! The check-in process was so easy. The location was perfect! The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and we felt very safe. We used the washer and dryer which was so convenient. The management even dropped off a little welcome gift! I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot and sweet place

Apartment was really nice and worked well for 3. View from balcony of Sagrada familia was great. The square below our balcony was lively and fun but not rowdy; felt safe at night. We loved everything- apartment,location, service (prompt when needed)

Fantastic stay

I can't say enough good things about this apartment and EnjoyBCN as property managers. Excellent communication, lovely staff who stored our luggage in their very convenient office in central Barcelona and checked in on us with a gift bag after our arrival, absolutely fabulous apartment next door to Sagrada Familia, super clean, sparkling, overall perfect. Would 100% stay again.

Cute and pristine little apartment close to Sagrada and many other hot spots.

Just the right place for four adults to be centrally located to Sagrada and nearby spots. Great communication through WHAT'S APP with main desk, including arrangements for taxis and luggage storage if needed.

A great place with a beautiful view!!

Wow! This place is amazing! We absolutely loved it. The Sagrada Familia was our view from the balcony. Super clean, great location, the hosts were great to work with, and they even arranged our ride to the airport.

Perfect Location

This was an absolute wonderful property to stay at. Location was perfect with a view of the Sagrada Familia from our balcony. The roof deck was great to have to hang out on also. Can't say enough about how nice the staff was and how very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Great location!!

This place was right in the middle of it all and the views were amazing! We are Americans traveling abroad so payment was a little frustrating via the website which made us have to show up and pay in person but the service was amazing after this through WhatsApp. They let us leave our luggage there before check in -which was really nice. Would highly recommend otherwise!

Professional Vacation Rental

I own two beach vacation rental homes in Mexico and I was overwhelmed how professionally run this was. I can not say enough on how impressed I was from the easy communication with the company to how clean and well provided was the unit. The location near Sagrada Familia and the restaurants below our balcony was perfect. Don’t stay anywhere else.

Wonderful view and excellent location

The apartment was clean and quiet. Perfectly located a block away from the Sagrada familia. Taxies are always nearby and easy to hail. Laundry facilities are a single full sized washer and dryer downstairs on the ground floor. The cooktop is radiant and not induction. But that wasn't really an issue for us since we came to enjoy the food of Barcelona. The view of the Sagrada is breathtaking. There's plenty of room in the apartment for a family of 4. The check-in process was very easy. Communication was fast. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment.

The moment we walked into the apartment we were blown away by the view. The location is perfect! It was nice to be able to walk downstairs and get coffee or a meal. The street has limited traffic so it was very quite in the apartment. It was also very close to the Metro which was very convenient for us. This apartment was the perfect size for a family of four and it was very easy for us to get into the apartment once we arrived. Pierre-Francois was very helpful with a multitude of suggestions. Check the fine print

The overall stay and organization were very good. Barcelona is a beautiful city and this location was very well situated. However there is some misrepresentation with what you will get from a facility perspective. The ad reads 2 bathrooms, there are NOT 2 bathrooms instead there is 1 room with a toilet and 1 room with a shower, that is ONE bathroom. We travel as a group of 2 mature couples. We always get 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This was an aggravation we did not appreciate. In addition the ad reads washer in apartment which is misleading as the washer was in the basement (1 washer 1 dryer) to service all 25 or so apartments. Lastly the 3rd bedroom is a pullout couch with a curtain to draw and if used there would be zero room to move about. This very clean nicely situated well run facility is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We had a very nice stay, bathroom issue aside.

Lovely flat literally only 5 minutes walk from La Sagrada Familia. Basic but spotless. The flat is located on a pedestrian street lined with eateries, cafés, and souveneir shops. There are small markets (supermercat) and banks all over the neighborhood, so getting basic groceries, fresh fruit, veg, and bread, gift items, and cash is all in easy walking distance. EnjoyBCN is the property management agency for this building of holiday flats. I can't praise them enough. While planning a cruise departing from Barcelona, i found this flat run by Enjoy BCN through VRBO. Over the course of several months precruise, the EnjoyBCN staff responded to my every question in about 24 hours. I asked about airport and cruise terminal transfers for me and my traveling companions and they were able to arrange everything. (We needed a minivan taxi as we were several adults with carry-on and checked luggage.) I had already booked a couple of tours for our pre-cruise stay in Barcelona, but had i needed it, they could have helped with that too, as well as restaurant recommendations. There is a lift (elevator) in the building but the floors are staggered, so the lift only reaches the level of every other flat. A half flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the flats that are inbetween, so be ready for that. There's a communal washer & dryer for shared use on the ground floor. Our front door lock was temperamental but other than that, our stay was flawless.

The check in process was not good . The instructions were too late and they were not correct. We had to contact several different people before we could get assistance to access the apartment kitchen facilities were ok but no welcome water no tea or coffee - poor hospitality compared to the many other places we have stayed in Europe.

Great location, great stay!

The apartment is located steps from Sagrada Familia and the Metro. The apartment was clean, modern and had great A/C and comfortable beds to relax after long days of sightseeing. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were extremely responsive. Some noise from the restaurants, etc on the street below at night but to be expected in a busy area of the city.

Great family vacay with a view!!

We had the best time staying at this fabulous VRBO in Barcelona! It was ideally located for visiting Sagrada Familia and we loved having plenty of room for our family of six. The rooftop pool and view of the cathedral were heavenly and our four kiddos loved cooling in the pool after a hot day of exploring. EnjoyBCN was wonderful to communicate with and very professional. Our entire stay was a dream!
