Wir haben mit unseren beiden Hunden zwei sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Gastgeber sehr nett und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Dank des hervorragenden Wetters konnten wir den Pool jeden Tag genießen. Fußläufig gibt es viele traumhafte Wanderwege. Für die Hunde ideal!Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Genauso haben wir uns unseren Urlaub vorgestellt. Traumhaft schön! Die Unterkunft hat wie beschrieben eine ruhige Lage, war sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sah alles aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere weil der Gastgeber uns persönlich herzlich willkommen geheißen hat. Die Kommunikation war über die ganze Zeit problemlos. In der Nähe der Unterkunft sind ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein kleines Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall unseren Urlaub immer wieder gerne hier verbringen.

Modern gestaltet, jedoch leider fachlich nicht gut ausgeführt (lockere Terassenplatten, nicht im Verbund) und auch bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen (gebrochene Randplatten am Pool). Küchenausstattung könnte auch besser sein, Betten sehr hart. Sauberkeit war gut, Lage und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Klimageräte top, Internet auch.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Sauberes schönes Ferienhaus. Es fehlt einem nichts an Ausstattung. Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet.

Wunderschön, wie auf den Bildern

Der Urlaub war traumhaft. Abgelegene Villa, die wunderschön angelegt ist. Genauso schön, wie in den Bildern. Ruhig und abgegrenzt von den Nachbarn. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Auch der Gastgeber ist mega freundlich. Sehr gerne wieder. Kleiner Tipp am Rande. Fewo berechnet die eigene Gebühr on top. Wenn man also abseits von fewo bucht, ist der Urlaub um 10% günstiger. Dafür kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts.

Fantastico, torneremo sicuramente!

La casa è meravigliosa e identica alla foto pubblicate. La piscina è grande e la zona bbq perfettamente attrezzata. Andrea, il proprietario, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa nostra ed è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il periodo di vacanza. Il posto è tranquillo, il mare pulitissimo e calmo e il cibo ottimo. Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza e torneremo sicuramente.

Tolles Haus und sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Das Haus liegt im kleinen Ort Rakalj. Wenn man etwas Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist das genau der richtige Platz. In Rakalj selbst gibt es nur zwei Kneipen und einen kleinen Laden (fußläufig), in dem man aber fast alles bekommt. Zu anderen Restaurants oder auch zu Badebuchten muss man das Auto benutzen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist genau wie auf den gezeigten Fotos und man kann sich gleich wohlfühlen.

Schönes, modernes Häuschen für einen entspannten Familienurlaub

Wir haben im Mai/Juni schon Sommerurlaub in Kroatien verbringen können. Unsere erste Istrien-Reise war sehr schön und erholsam - auch wegen unserer tollen Unterkunft. Das Haus ist relativ neu gebaut und modern eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist super ausgestattet mit einem Pool, einem Esstisch, den man nach allen Seiten hin vor der Sonne schützen kann, einer Rasenfläche, einem Tischkicker und einem Trampolin - sehr geeignet für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir waren sogar mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (1 und 2 Jahre alt)) für zwei Wochen dort. Wenn man den Außenbereich nicht hätte, wäre es für diese Anzahl von Personen zu eng, so ging es gut, wenn es auch sehr hellhörig ist. Sehr positiv ist uns aufgefallen, dass es trotz Hitze draußen im Inneren immer angenehm war. Der Besitzer Andrea ist sehr hilfsbereit (organisierte uns auf Anfrage auch ein 2. Kinderbett), gibt Tipps für Strände, Restaurants und Ausflüge und sorgt sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Obwohl das Haus in Küstennähe steht, ist die nächste Badebucht nur mit Auto oder Fahrrad (zwei Räder gehören zum Haus) plus Fußweg zu erreichen. Rakalj selbst ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort abseits der großen Tourismusströme mit einer Konoba und einem kleinen Laden. Weitere Orte sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen (für größere Einkäufe empfiehlt sich eine Fahrt nach Pula).

We loved the house and place!

Andrea and his wife, the owners, are very kind. They want to give the guest a perfect vacation, and they do! The house is brand new and they tought about everything. The airconditionings, the pool, the interior, the outside terras,... we want to go back next year! Also the location Rakalj is perfect. Its a small quietly place with a small supermarkt 5minutes walk near by. The touristic places Pula and Fazana are 30min. For us this was perfect! We would recommend villa lavanda to everyone who wants to visit istrië.
