The Country House, just 3 km from the SEA, consists of APARTMENTS Mono, Bilo and Trilocali with swimming pool. Open from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. WE ARE ACCEPTING ANIMALS of medium and small size with notice.

Apartment BILOCALE N. 4 for n. 2- 4 guests - composed of: living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI internet, double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, air conditioning, safe, large terrace (6 x 3 meters, 5) wonderful sea view, equipped with a gazebo, table, chairs and deckchairs. separate entrance.
For guests it is available FREE: POOL, private parking, solarium, games corner, meeting room with T. V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
Bed linen and towels are available for € 10.00 per person and for each supply.

The property is situated in the countryside on a hill overlooking the coast of Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering sweeping views of the sea, reached by ONLY 6-minute drive. The beach and about 8 km with the same promenade, equipped with bathing establishments with restaurant and free beach.
The historical and cultural city of Fermo is reached with 10 minutes' drive.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which rest small, ancient villages. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento per 5 giorni. L'appartamento offre solo il minimo necessario (manca per esempio una spugnetta per lavare i piatti); tuttavia offre un accesso veloce alla piscina ed è localizzato a 15-20 min in macchina dal mare (e 10 min dal supermercato). Tutto sommato un esperienza piacevole!

Soggiorno semplicemente stupendo

Abbiamo (2 adulti e due ragazze di 18 e 13 anni, con una cagnolina di piccola taglia) soggiornato nella Country House di Carla. Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente stupendo. La casa, situata nella campagna marchigiana a 5 minuti di macchina dal mare, è esattamente come descritto dalla proprietaria. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito e dotato da tutto quello che serve per un periodo di vacanza. Non manca nulla. La presenza della piscina è un tocco in più alla proprietà già molto bella. La proprietaria, quanto il custode, sono sempre a disposizione. Di nuovo semplicemente tutto perfetto e bello.
