Refreshing focus on customer convenience

Check in process was fantastic and the property manager went over and above to welcome us and give us great information on local sights, restaurants, shopping, neighborhood …. She was proactive in communication and went over the property thoroughly. We would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Perfect location

A sparkling clean, smart furnished and well finished house in A quiet neighborhood. Easy check in with a very service oriented lady. We just didn’t want to have this due to recent delta C19 outbreak and the fact we read up on everything as we were visiting to explore the area for a possible relocation. The place has all amenities needed. Two coffee machines, large fridge, plenty of cutlery and cooking equipments. We could have easily stayed here comfortably for some months and were not looking to leave after our three weeks stay. you can easily stay with 4 or 1 couple plus two kids. The couch can also be converted into a comfy bed. good showers. Very good mattrasses, not the bad spring ones we found at other houses in Portugal during the past months. We love that everything is within 20 minutes or less by car. 2 minutes to the highway for north, south or Lisboa. 5 golfcourses within 20 minutes for the golf enthusiasts. Two good ones within 10 minutes (Quinta da Mar and Oitavos Dunes). Forest, cliffs, dunes, beach, city. All in the vicinity. You feel you are in the city without any of the downsides of a city. Nearby large supermarkets (car) and small ones (walking). comfortable outside area with good table and chairs. Would easily come back here regularly for a few weeks. Host is very available although we didn’t need her for anything as the place is complete.

A casa é arejada, muita luz, excelente localização, silenciosa a noite e estacionamento na porta.

Os proprietários são adoráveis, estão à disposição para qualquer necessidade. A casa é impecavelmente limpa. Todos os utensílios funcionando e em boas condições. A casa foi toda reformada, a gente se sente super confortável. Um grande bonus é a simpatia e a alegria de Candida e Luis.

We liked the house but not the location

Our hostess/owner was wonderful- so helpful, so easy to contact. Good value for money and the house was clean, nicely renovated. The location was in a neighbourhood away from anything. Cascais was disappointing as a location to explore Sintra.
