Soliman Bay is renowned for its exceptional snorkeling, accessible right from the beach. Explore the vibrant marine life, including swimming with turtles and a variety of tropical fish. Use our kayaks to reach the nearby bouy for a truly unforgettable experience.

Upper Level:
The Open Great Room is a spacious and inviting area designed for comfort and enjoyment.

Abundant natural light with several windows throughout provides stunning views of the sea and property while allowing for natural ventilation, keeping the space fresh and inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for convenience and functionality, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space.
It includes all essential cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals for your group.
The dining area comfortably seats up to 12 guests, to enjoy meals together.

Cozy Living Room:
Relax in the comfortable living room, furnished with cozy seating, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration.
The room is equipped with a flat-screen HD smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

Comfort Features:
Several ceiling fans throughout the space provide additional comfort and help circulate cool air. Plus every bedroom has a ceiling fan.
A full main bathroom is conveniently located off the great room, offering easy access for guests.
This Open Great Room is the perfect gathering place for your group, combining comfort, functionality, and stunning views to enhance your stay at Casa Tortuga.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1: Two queen beds and a double futon (futon can be relocated) A/C, closet, and safe.
Bedroom #2: King bed, ensuite bathroom, A/C, Bottled water, closet, safe, and patio door access to the beach-side veranda.

Lower Level:
2 Beachfront Bedrooms: Each with king beds, air conditioning, closets,
room safes, bottled water, and private ensuite bathrooms. Both have private entrances leading to the beach-level patio.
Bedroom #5 - Casita: A separate unit situated directly behind the main house with a queen bed, air conditioning, closet, safe, bottled water, and a full private bathroom.

Security and Location:
Casa Tortuga is located in a private bay with 24/7 security, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment during your stay. The villa’s prime location allows for easy day trips to explore nearby cenotes, Mayan ruins, and other adventure attractions.

Culinary Options:
Chef Service: Customize your dining experience with our chef service, available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Samuel, our talented chef, will shop, cook, serve, and clean up for your group.

Cost:
Breakfast: 100 pesos per person
Lunch: 100 pesos per person
Dinner: 150 pesos per person (includes one starter, one main dish, and dessert).
Plus the cost of groceries for the meals.
Cocktails are available (margaritas, Coco locos, etc.) More information and menu are provided post booking.

Additional Notes:
Gratuity is not included and should be paid directly to Samuel.
Please limit meal selections to a maximum of 2 main meals and 1 starter for the group.
Vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options are available upon request.

Additional Information:
The villa is thoroughly cleaned between guests with enhanced cleaning measures in place.
Note: There is no internal access between the main level and the lower level of the villa.
