Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa in Kissimmee with free WiFi and free pool heat. Our spacious villa faces East overlooking a beautiful lake offering great views of the sunrise over the water. Fishing in the lake is allowed and there is a constant variety of wildlife to be enjoyed around the lake. The villa is situated in the tranquil community of Eagle Pointe with neighbourhood CCTV cameras for extra security, only 15 minutes from Disney World.

We feel it is important for our guests to enjoy their stay in our villa as much as we do, ensuring it feels like a home away from home. We maintain the villa to a high standard and are continuously upgrading and improving it, even adding extra items that guests have requested. Recently we have had the outside of the house painted and a new queen bed base. The villa is equipped with free Wi-fi.

Living Room – Light and airy open plan room overlooking the pool with two comfortable 3 seater sofas, 55 inch Samsung TV, DVD player and mini Hifi unit. The Smart TV allows you to log in with your Netflix, Disney + or Amazon password and enjoy great TV just as you would at home.
Dining Room – Formal dining area seating 6- the perfect place to enjoy a meal or takeaway after a busy day at the parks.
Kitchen – Spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, eye level microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender and kettle with an informal breakfast table able to seat 4.
Master Suite – Super King-size bed with 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, large walk in wardrobe, en-suite with double sink, corner bath, separate shower and separate toilet.
Second bedroom – Queen size bedroom suite with fitted wardrobe and flat screen TV.
Twin bedroom – Disney themed twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and flat screen TV.
Family bathroom – With shower over bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
Utility Area – Large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Games Room - Spacious games room with full size slate bed pool table and table football.
Pool area overlooking a beautiful lake – Fully screened private pool with separate Hot Tub, patio furniture comprising 6 chairs, 1 dining table, 2 reclining chairs with foot stools, 2 sun loungers, 2 side tables and a parasol.

There is a small BBQ in the property which is available for guests.

Nice place, convenient to attractions.

Very nice place to stay while visiting the area. Great view from the backyard. I loved watching the birds in the lake behind the property while we enjoyed the pool. Everyone had their own space instead of cramming into a hotel room. The neighborhood was nice and quiet close to grocery stores and many restaurants.

The pool in the hot tub were very nice. Even though the weather was warm this time and we probably could have gone away without the pool heated it was very nice. My wife wouldn't have gone in otherwise. I did think they could have provided a couple of trash bags. We are on vacation and where am I going to get a single trash bag that I needed to complete the little bit of trash that we had. It wasn't like I was going to buy a whole box we only needed a second bag. Other than that everything was good

Perfect place after Disney!

The pool continued to entertain the kids after all day at Disney, and the hot tub relaxed us. Great area and a short drive to all the parks. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredible support from property owners

Great position for Disney (all between 8 and 12 miles). Lovely aspect to rear of property overlooking a large lake with a host of visiting birds and resident ducks. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub due to a medical emergency but have to say that the support the owners gave to us was truely exceptional.

Hello. Thank you for considering our villa. My name is Gaynor and together with my husband John, we bought this property while on vacation in 2015. We are constantly making upgrades and renovations since our first stay in July 2016. We have installed new queen bedroom furniture, mattress and bed base, had both bathrooms retiled, upgraded all the mattresses and bedding, bought new pool furniture, a bbq, a 55 inch Samsung TV, dvd player, mini entertainment system, a new tumble dryer and kitchen appliances. We feel our villa should have every convenience and comfort found at home and have even tried to add some extra touches such as solar lights and plants around the pool area and front of the property.

Why they chose this property

Our villa is situated in Eagle Pointe with a fabulous view of the lake from the pool deck. The pool faces east allowing you to watch the sunrise. The pool deck has full sun for most of the day but we added a parasol as some guests requested one. However there is some shade from about 3pm. Eagle Pointe is a very quite part-residential, part-rental community with added security of CCTV cameras. Eagle Pointe is only minutes away from US Highway 192, where many restaurants and shops can be found. This makes finding places to eat or supermarkets, either on your way to or from the parks, extremely easy and saves time especially when you are tired after a long day visiting the parks. The villa is only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Seaworld and 25 minutes from Universal and Islands of Adventure. The Poinciana Sunrail Station is just 5 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Continually updated and upgraded, our villa with its own hot tub, and free pool heating, is in a a peaceful community overlooking a tranquil lake. With one of the best views of the lake, the wild life seen from the pool deck includes sand hill cranes, white ibis, great egrets, ospreys, swallow tailed kites, snake birds, blue herons, tricoloured herons, and many fish and turtles in the lake. Recently we have had an otter and occasionally an alligator can be seen. Fishing in the lake is allowed and there is a fishing rod in the garage which one of our guests kindly left for your use.
Over our years of ownership we have rented the villa to a large number of families that return and had so many positive comments about the quality of the property and it amenities, the lake views, the peaceful nature of the area and the personal service that we provide to guests both before and during their stay in our home.
