Maintenant connue sous le nom de Firebird, cette unité lumineuse et aérée dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux, de vues incroyables, de sols en terrazzo en marbre et d'équipements à gogo. Idéalement situé à seulement 1,5 km du centre-ville de Palm Springs et de l'aéroport, ce condominium est situé à proximité de tous les restaurants, galeries et attractions qui font la renommée de cette station balnéaire!

À votre entrée, vous serez accueilli par un mobilier du milieu du siècle et des œuvres d'art personnalisées vibrantes. Attractive Townhouse in the Desert

We enjoyed our Fireside Estate stay! Close to all our favorite places ~ Koffi, Modern Design District, downtown restaurants and golf. Highly recommend this very nice accommodation with engaging and responsive owners.

Perfect Palm Springs getaway!

Absolutely loved this condo! Beautiful views of landscaping, mountains and pool with excellent patio and outdoor sitting area. Wonderfully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, adorable decor throughout! Jason was great to work with, very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Palm Springs Condo!

This was our third stay at this property and every time is wonderful. Jason, the host is always friendly and quick to respond with any questions we’ve had. The property is just as pictured, beautiful, everything very comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful view. It’s possible to walk to the grocery store and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Love that the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. The Firebird is really a great complex and we enjoyed our neighbors. Highly recommend!

Everything worked out well. Our only real negative was the lack of any covered parking - and we arrived there in the middle of July! The condo cooling worked very well though. Comfortable beds and furnishings, modern appliances, pool close by, all made for a very pleasant 3-month stay.

Mid-Century Paradise in Palm Springs

Absolutely love this property! This was our second stay at this condo in the Firebird Estates in Palm Springs and we've booked for next year as well. The view of the mountains from the condo is stunning. The place is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The appliances are top end and it is well equipped in every regard. Jason, the owner is very responsive and friendly and his property manager is as well. The swimming pool is kept at a perfect warm temperature for our March visit. The neighbors are all very friendly and there is just a great vibe to the place. It is also walking distance to Ralph's grocery store, along with some other smaller shops and dining places. Highly recommend!

Stunning Condo, Friendly Complex, Great Location

We had a very enjoyable stay at the condo. It is a beautifully remodeled property and well stocked - yoga mats, pool noodles, pool towels - a lot of helpful amenities. The location of the complex is great - close to stores and restaurants, Demuth Park and several golf courses, quick trip to downtown PS and easy walk to the cultural center for the Farmer's Market. We have rented a lot of condos in the area but we think that the other owners/guests at this complex were by far the most friendly. We enjoyed meeting people at the pool and evenings in the spa. Communication with Jason was easy throughout the stay. We would highly recommend the property and would not hesitate to return.

Best PS experience

This rental at Firebird had everything we needed during January to enjoy the beautiful PS weather. The location was perfect and Jason was always responsive to any e-mails. We prepared most meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, W/D and plenty of parking space. I would stay here again.

Cool & chic!

Jason’s mid-century style condo has everything you need for a great stay in Palm Springs. The space itself is decorated beautifully (loved the art!) and has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. As for location, you can’t beat it as it’s conveniently located near downtown shops and restaurants, plus a short walking distance to Ralph’s supermarket and a Starbucks. Jason was a great host and very responsive to a couple questions that I had during my stay. In closing, if you’re lucky enough to see this condo with open dates, then I say look no further and book it fast.

Fabulous home base for all thee as t the desert has to offer

My mom and I stayed here for 3 months while getting to know the area. She wasn’t sure I had made a good choice before we arrived. At the end of our stay, she was unhappy about leaving to move into another great unit just over a mile away. The location was great in terms of everything with groceries and pharmacy a block away. The neighbors were friendly and grounds well maintained. Playful humming birds zipped by us daily. Jack rabbits ventured out around sunset and we even spied an occasional roadrunner. Great mountain View’s with stunning sunsets at least a couple of nights a week. The unit itself has been beautifully remodeled abe was a design inspiration. It looked exactly like the pics. The owners were responsive and available throughout the reservation process and during our stay. I’d recommend it to anyone I know without hesitation.

Palm Springs - Work Trip

Gorgeous place with stunning views and decorated perfectly! Very friendly neighbors yet very private. The back atrium is a great place to relax and unwind (100% private - beautiful at night with soft lighting on the walls). The appliances are very up to date and everything was well stocked. +Wonderful hosts! Phenomenal stay! We hope to stay here again!

The only place I'll stay in Palm Springs! Highly recommend!

I have frequented the Palm Springs area for 15 years now. This experience with Jason and Jeremy at the Firebird has blown them all away! It is now the only place I'll consider staying when I visit. The condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, and other great activities around the heart of Palm Springs. Not only is it wonderfully decorated to reflect Palm Springs' design, it is also extremely clean, quiet and safe! For years I would stay at resorts, never again! I now consider this my home away from home. Thank you again for the amazing rental experience!
