Nice villa in very quiet area with see views.
This 3 bedrooms villa is huge and separate in two levels.
The ground floor has a big bedroom with twins bed, a lounge with TV and showerroom with washing machine. There is an entertainment room with a pool table and couple of sofas and stereo music equipment.
At the upper floor, the villa has two king size beds in both bedrooms and two bathroom, a full equipped kitchen, and the dinning/lounge with access to the garden.
The outside area is completely equipped with solarium, BBQ area, pool with electric pool heating, garden, sunbeds........
Parking available opposite to the door and free WiFi.

Great villa

We had a fantastic time at the villa, the location was ideal for us to travel around and have a leisurely walk along the front in Playa Blanca. Highly recommended.

Wonderfull

Wonderfull villa in a nice and quiet environment. Only a 20 minutes walk to the strip of playa blanca. We enjoyed the wonderful sunset just from our garden. The villa had everything we needed. Hope we can come back soon!

Perfect for Us

We have stayed on the same urbanisation many times but not in this villa. We love the location as it is quiet but not far away from the local shops and restaurants - about a mile and a half walk. The villa has everything we needed with a lovely view of the sea & Fuerteventura in the distance. We will definitely be back

Just what the dr ordered

Lovely villa which was ideal for a break with the adult family. All the facilities you need for a nice break. Very quiet area which suited us fine. Great views and lovely breeze which was welcome to cool the hot heat. All English channels on tv including sky footie, movies bbc itv ec. We had the pool heated which was great like being in a warm bath ( believe me ). Not far from local bars etc and a decent walk to the sea front where it is more lively. Depending on your plans you will need a car to get around. Only moan the sunbeds are a bit worn and the BBQ is a bit old apart from that i can not fault it. Would I stay here again ... where's my passport.

Great Villa

The villa is very spacious inside and out. The kitchen is very well equipped. It’s on a nice estate and not over looked. Not far from local bars supermarket and some very good restaurants. The owners were very easy to contact and sorted our needs immediately. Would definitely rebook

Excellent villa in a very quiet, tranquil location .

We were a party of 4 adults and 1 three year old and found this villa to be excellent in every way for our family holiday. Great outdoor space for my grandson and also for the adults to enjoy the pool and sunshine. The interior of the villa was spotlessly clean and tidy with a layout of a large bedroom with tv sitting area, ensuite and large wardrobe space on the ground floor, also at this level is a large games room. The next level is the main living areas with access to the pool/garden area, there is two large double bedrooms,1 with ensuite, a large family bathroom, kitchen and living area which had the access to outdoor space. Directions and arrival information was all provided prior to our arrival which guaranteed that our transfer from the airport was a straight forward trip. I would like to thank Eli who paid us a visit to ensure that everything was to our liking. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a family holiday in the sunshine and we will hopefully look forward to a return on our next holiday.

A great Villa!

For a family of four, this was a great, spacious Villa in a nice and quiet location. The pool was an ideal size with multiple sun beds and sitting areas that means there is always somewhere to sit and both the sun and the shade. Definitely recommend this property.

Great, spacious villa! Would recommend.

Thank you Javier and Eli, we had a lovely stay in the villa. So spacious, clean, well equipped and the pool/outdoor area was great - I wasn’t expecting the great views! We’d 100% stay again. My only recommendation would be to add some sort of patio heater outside for the evenings - we unfortunately had quite a cold week but still wanted to sit outside, got chilly in the evenings.

Spacious, clean and enjoyable

We stayed here March/April 18 .. our second trip to the island. The villa is spread over two floors ... two beds and a living area plus pool table in the garage on the lower floor and two beds, two baths a kitchen and lining space on the upper floor ( which is the same level as the outside space and pool). There are also a couple of tables outside - providing different options to eat etc. The pool was great .. pretty warm.. plenty of space around the pool. .. slightly overlooked but nothing to worry too much about. WiFi was good too. The villa is on an estate of holiday villas ... it was relatively quiet when we were there. Town is 5-10 mins away in the car and there is also a set of restaurants which are a 15-20 min walk. Parking was on the street given the pool table but the road is very quiet with just access to the neighbouring villas. There’s an oven, microwave and hob so plenty to rustle up a feast. We were met on arrival ... lovely people ... very much recommend the place.

Lovely Villa in Excellent Location

This is a lovely Villa set to the west of the main Playa Blanca resort in a very quiet location. It is not far from the centre of the resort which is easily accessible by either car or on the local bus that runs every 30 minutes. The villa has everything you'll need to enjoy your holiday and has several external seating areas to enjoy eating out. The views from the balcony and terrace are excellent and sitting out having breakfast each morning was a real delight. The Villa is well fitted out and very spacious, the garage is being used as a games / play area and is an ideal place for children to play. There is a strong Wi-Fi connection and local and digital TV available. The swimming pool was excellent and heated to a nice temperature for the time of year. Within walking distance there is a good selection of restaurants and Bars that are of a particularly good standard, and also a couple of supermarkets that provide any essentials that may be required. Booking arrangements with Eli and Javier were excellent and we were made to feel most welcome at the Villa. A key code was provided for access to the Villa and there is also a safe for valuables within the Villa. I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to family and friends as we had a most enjoyable and relaxing holiday there.

Well equipped with a peaceful outlook to the sea on one side and mountains on the other. The villa offered everything the family hoped for and more, Javier and friends made us feel welcome. Would certainly not hesitate to go back again.

5 star!! Loved every minute

From the minute we booked the villa to the day we left we received nothing but 5 star service. The villa is even better than it looks in the pictures. It's stunning in every way. The rooms are all large, modern and spotlessly clean! The pool table down stairs was an added bonus. The pool area outside was breathtaking. The view over Montana Roja was beautiful. I still dream of the breakfasts we had outside looking at that view. The pool was perfect for the kids. They aren't the best of swimmers but with the pool not being to deep the kids felt safe and loved every second of it. The loungers to sunbathe on were more than comfortable. We hired a car to get back and forward on day trips out which was great. After a long day out exploring with the kids it was always a great feeling returning to this amazing villa. I would 100% recommend to stay at his villa....just don't book up when we want to stay again ;-) Can't wait for our next stay at this amazing villa

Amazing Villa!

We have just returned from a week in this lovely villa. It exceeded our expectations. Booking process was very smooth. We hired a car from Autoriesen as recommended by Javier and it was very reasonably priced and made getting around very easy. The Villa is in a quiet area but only a 10-15 minute walk from local shops and restaurants. We are a family of 5 our children are 14, 17 and 19 and the villa and the area satisfied all of us. The pool is fab and kept at a lovely temperature, sunloungers for relaxing with a good book. Kids were very happy with the good wifi an the fact they could logon to Netflix on the smart TV. The Villa is very comfortable, very clean and has everything you need for a great holiday. The walk along the seafront which starts 10 minutes from the villa is a must and if it gets too hot there are plenty of places to stop for a cool drink. So many lovely restaurants. Our objective was to relax and unwind and we certainly did that although we did fit in a trip to timanfaya national park with a camel ride. We had never been to Lanzarote before and are completely sold. I think if i had to pick a couple of thing to improve i would say that it would be good to have a folder with some information for guests such as directions to nearest shop, recommendations for places to eat, places to visits, refuse rules etc and i think pool towels would be a really good extra, they are too bulky to pack! All in all a definite 10/10 and for the first time ever somewhere we would visit for a second time without a doubt.

Wonderful villa

Wonderful villa that was perfect for our family of four. Initially I was a bit worried that it was on the outskirts of the resort, but that brought a certain level of tranquility and seclusion that was a perfect antidote to the sometimes busy central areas and attractions. Some lovely local restaurants (especially La Flamenca which is nearby) and supermarkets just a few minutes drive away (including a Spar). We spent most of our day visiting sites, and it was great to come back to a relaxing late afternoon and evening around the pool, which the kids (and adults) loved. Tended to have a late afternoon meal somewhere along the road or in Playa Blanca and kept fridge stocked with meats, cheese and bread for an evening snack. The villa itself is very clean and spacious and has all you need including plenty of outside eating areas, no ants, 3 comfortable bedrooms and big bathrooms, pool table in converted garage for that ever active son, sunbeds, tv and dvd (we watched a movie occasionally at night), washing machine, clothes drier etc. If booking the villa, don't worry about anything - though do pack some beach towels. Eli, a lovely, pleasant lady, is only a phone call away and made us feel very welcome. We mainly dealt with Javier in the organisation of our visit and that was all straightforward. If coming back to Lanzarote, this would be our first consideration in terms of places to stay. Some tips - hire a car at the airport (cost us around 220 euros for 11 days, booked it online and took only 10 minutes to collect when we arrived - essential if wanting to move about the island), only do the yellow submarine if you feel it is a must or you are a Beatles fanatic (money probably better spent having an actual scuba experience), spend the mornings visiting one or two sites then relax (our kids aged 11 and 13 loved everything we visited including Timanfaya, camel riding, Cueva de los Verde, Jameos del Agua, Manrique Foundation and Casa Museo, Mirador del Rio, cactus garden, marina rubicon market, Salinas del Janubio, Los Hervidores and the green lagoon). Some good restaurants include Casa Emiliano (Hemes), La Flemenca (bit pricy but worth it) in Playa Blanca, Mirador de las Salinas at Janubio (bit pricy but worth it) and La Gamba Loca (El Golfo). Enjoy yourself.....

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es ist ein sehr schön gelegenes ruhiges Haus in einer kleinen Anlage in unmittelbarer Nähe von Playa Blanca. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Highlight ist sicherlich der beheizte Pool und der Billiardtisch. Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in erreichbarer Nähe genügend vorhanden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Fantastic Villa in a Fantastic Location

This Villa is a real “home from home” and we spent a wonderful holiday in this quiet, residential part of Playa Blanca. It is very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. 15 mins walk away are several good restaurants and small supermarkets and the centre of Playa Blanca is a 10 min drive, or a 50 min walk along the seashore, which is a fantastic walk, which we did regularly. We did hire a car, which we would recommend, but a bus stop is only 5 mins walk away and the buses run regularly into Playa Blanca and from there you can get buses to other parts of the island. The Villa is very well equipped (right down to a juicer) and would very comfortably accommodate 6 people, with three bedrooms, 2 en suite (one with its own sitting room area) and the third with a bathroom across the hallway. It is spacious, well designed and is clean and very well maintained. The mid term clean was carried out discreetly and thoroughly. The small issues we had when there, were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The two large screen smart TV’s that are in the Villa have many programmes in German, some in French and of course Spanish, but the only English channels are news channels such as BBC World, CNN, but we were able to use our Netflix account to access English speaking programmes. The WiFi is excellent and no problems using this. The pool is kept at a really nice temperature and the patio is fantastic for relaxing and enjoying the views to Fuerteventura and the main bedroom has patio doors opening onto this area. We will definitely stay at this Villa again on future visits and would not want to stay anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend and the best Villa we have hired.

We enjoyed our first stay very much. The property is quite new and the interior has an excellent finish. There is a very large LG television with a DVD player and Satellite box. The only english channel we could find was SKY news, this didn't bother us because we took a few DVDs with us, plus i took my Cromecast stick so we were able to stream our full UK SKY package to the TV The villa has excellent WiFi which could be found all round the upper and exterior level, even round the pool which was handy as we could stream UK radio stations to a bluetooth speaker. The pool area is very nice and the pool was spotless apart from the dust which blew off the volcano. The patio area and pool is slightly overlooked but this didn't bother us. There are sea views ahead and to the right, you can easily see the harbour on the next island on a clear day. We thought that the kitchen area could do with a few stools around the breakfast bar area just so you could eat inside if the weather wasn't favourable. The kitchen has everything you would expect to find, oven - microwave - dishwasher - fridge freezer - hob - cutlery - glassware - plates/dishes/cups. The only thing we could have done with was a big jug to make some sangria in, we got round this by using a water bottle. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 opposite the other upper bedroom, and another in the lower level. A hairdryer was available plus plenty of towels. We had to use a few extra towels because the water ran down the marble and on to the floor when we had a shower. There is plenty of storage in the 3 sleeping areas and the beds are fairly comfortable. On the lower level is another area for accommodation which included 2 single beds - a room divider & 2 x 2 seater sofas and a TV with a DVD and satellite box. There is a separate toilet with a shower and washing machine. Next to this living area is the garage which has been converted in to a pool room. Thankfully the villa that we usually use (4 years) was booked up which is why we chose this one. We both enjoyed our stay, and cant wait to go back again.

Excellent break in a lovely villa....as usual.

Third time I have stayed at this villa and, as usual, everything was to my complete satisfaction. Villa is new, always immaculate in terms of cleanliness, ideally located for quiet relaxation, but close enough to shops, bars and restaurants etc. If required, villa owner is easily contacted throughout the duration of stay.

Perfect

We were most impressed with the villa, it was immaculate. Everything was new and obviously a lot of thought had been put into making it very comfortable. The pool heating was much appreciated although personal choice might have had it a degree or two warmer. The villa is situated on a quiet estate at the lighthouse end of Playa Blanca. It's quite close to a supermarket, restaurants, and the coastal path along which we enjoyed walking most mornings. Eli and Javier made booking the villa a very easy process, speedy replies and any query answered promptly. Arriving at the villa we were made to feel very welcome and any issues were quickly sorted. We would certainly recommend this villa and hope to return next year.

Awesome!!!

It was a fantastic holiday,we were deligthed in this beautiful house,large,confortable,brand new anda equipped with everything we needed;the owner very attentive and available for anything that could help us.The stunning heated pool amazing!!even in autumm seasson!Located in a quiet area but very close to supermarkets,restaurants...We would like to repeat next year !! Preciosa Villa

Es una villa fantastica toda nueva, tiene unas vistas muy bonitas al Faro de Pechiguera y Fuerteventura. Destacar las amplias estancias, las habitaciones muy espaciosas. Si hay algo que criticar es que falta una ducha en la piscina.... La villa es muy tranquila al igual que el entorno. Cerca de la zona comercial a escasos minutos. Repetiremos seguro, agradecer la atencion de Ewa, un encanto, muchas gracias........
