Our home is newly renovated , located in Stobreč (6km from Split center) popular residential and tourism area; near urban, historic and natural attractions but enogh far from city noise,
Our comfortable and elegantly furnished apartments with all the comforts of home is an ideal base while exploring the coast and nearby islands. House consists from 4 independent apartments. One bedroom apartment (100m2) with 2 bathrooms and game room (pikado and billiar) is underground with large teracce in mediterranean garden full of flowers with pool, jacuzzi, childrens playgroud, stone BBQ with covered outside dinning place.
On the first floor there is 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathroom, big living room and teracce.
On the top floor there are 2 smaller ap. ( one bedroom and one 2 bedrooms apartments with large teracce.)
Secure parking for 4 cars.
Our house is suitable for single travellers, couples, perfect for celebrations group of friends and families ( you can be together but keep privacy) looking for an excllusive properties with comfortable indoor and outdoor facilities,
Only a short walk (5 minutes) to the bus stop and few minutes walk to the rocky and sandy beach., supermarket, and lot of restarants on the promenade; tennis and golf center; diving...
During your vacations in our villa you are probably on the ideal location to access the whole Dalmatian area, Trogir, Omiš, Imotski, Krka waterfalls, National park Kornati, Cetina river-rafting and kayaking, Paklenica -climbing, islands Hvar, Brač, Korčula and Vis -big fishing and Dubrovnik - everything is within comfortable day trip reach.

Great house & location. The space & layout worked really for a large, extended family group. Although generally minor, there were quite a few maintenance issues which the hosts should have been more on top of before we arrived. However, they were responsive & resolved or repaired issues fairly quickly.

Beautiful villa, modern and clean

Really enjoyed our week in Strobec. Villa was in walking distance of the beach and the restaurants. Beach was perfect for kids as it's very shallow. There was 15 of us in the villa and lots of space for us all. Pool was great for he kids as Marija had left some inflatables for us. Lots of shade around the the dining area and the outdoor fire pit is great for cooking on. Marija was a great host and was very kind when we thought we had lost a passport just as we were leaving and helped us look for it. Krka national park and Split are both near so a great location to visit the amazing sights Croatia has to offer. A wonderful holiday had by us all.

Great Family Vacation

First and foremost, our host, Marija was amazing! She was always available for questions we had and information of the local area. The house was perfect for our group…three floors with apartment type lay-out. This allowed our 4 couples to have their own space and the children to have their rooms next to their parents. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor cooking oven was used daily. Easy walk to the beach (north beach). Make sure you use the shortcut path and stop for great coffee before heading down the stairs to some of the best water your ever see. Don’t forget to bring swim shoes as the beaches are pebble, and not easy to walk bare footed. The town of Stobrec is a sleepy beach town just outside Split, which was perfect for us. We loved it! Uber or Bolt is easy to grab a short ride into Split if you desire the city life, or to jump on a water taxi to one of the many islands. We really enjoyed our family vacation here and appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the location and the hospitality of our host Marija.

Our Croatian Odyssey

Warm welcome from our host Marija who kindly allowed us to check in early. Very helpful in arranging transport for our 3 family groups plus Mum and Dad. Generous fridge capacity with 4 fridges over the 3 floors was a boon. Excellent wifi extending throughout the property inside and out. The pool was enjoyed throughout by our 7 children. We had a wonderful time

Great family property

This property was ideal accommodation for our family group of 6 adults and 5 children ages 16, 13, 11 ,6, 4. Each family had their own apartment and were able to take quiet time if they needed it. The pool was ideal and the inflatables provided by Marija gave the children hours of fun and the adults some downtime! The walk down to the centre of Stobrec is easy but the climb back a little tiring at times, The nearby beaches are stony and water shoes are recommended. The water is generally very clear. We were recommended to visit the restaurant Nicholas as the best but decided that with a party of 11 including young children we would be too disruptive to the other diners. We had a good meal at Orbis at the bottom of the road down in the town and an excellent meal at Kasa which is close to the apartment. There were some minor issues but they didn't detract from our enjoyment of the property. We enjoyed a day trip to Krka National Park to see the waterfalls arranged with a local taxi company. 8 seater vehicle to the park, coach to the entrance, a walk along broadwalks which at times were a little crowded but eventually thinned out, a swim in the pool at the bottom (not recommended for small children and you need water shoes), lunch and then a boat to Skidir (?) where our driver picked us up for the hour journey home, A very enjoyable day. We also enjoyed our visit to Split, my husband and I went by bus during the day , our adult children went by Uber in the evening and had an excellent meal at Chop Grill, which the driver recommended. Altogether a memorable holiday with all our family. Thanks Marija. Glyn Miles (Mrs)

5 family vacation

We were 5 families (16 people) visiting Croatia from the US and Ireland. This home was the perfect place for us. There are 3 floors of living and plenty of space for everyone. The house is located in a charming seaside village. It was a simple walk to the water. Split was also very easy to get to. (Ubers were plentiful.)

very nice house for 9 people

Marija is a very nice host. She helps to organise before the trip and is also very helpful when we were at split. We were with 9 persons and had a lovely time. The house is near the sea and has a lovely place to stay outside. A dining table for 9 guests and a fire place. There is also a lounge set but this is not big enough for nine people. We weren't inside the house because the weather was to beautiful. The decoration is not our cup of tea but it is oke. The beds are oke. A few of them are to small to share, (1.40) but there were beds enough. We would definitely go back to this house.

Jättefin villa i Strobrec

Vi var 13 st personer som vistades i denna fina villa. Alla var supernöjda; bra utrymme både inne och ute, fräsch inredning, nära till strand, mataffärer, restauranger och lugnt område. Finns bra lovord att säga om denna villa och även om Marija Laco som var vår host. som var väldigt hjälpsam när vi hade frågor och behövde hjälp. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka:-)

Fantastic property for a large family or group of friends

My family and I had a week stay in the villa to celebrate my mother's 60th. There were 10 of us in total, which included 2 toddlers and this was the perfect property. The four apartments were all very tidy, roomy and well stocked and gave us our privacy when we needed it. The outdoor communal area was brilliant, a dining area, a seated area, sun beds, the pool, jacuzzi as well as a sandpit for the kids. We spent a lot of time in the villa but it is also very close to Split and there are some great beaches nearby. Stobrec is a nice base, with a few nice beaches, lots of restaurants and some small shops all just a short walk away. Marija was a great host and couldn't have been more helpful before our stay and was on hand for anything we needed during the stay. She set up lots of things for the two toddlers, including high chairs, travel costs and pushchairs, which was a great help, We'd all happily recommend the villa and would love to stay there again!

Simply perfect

I just came home from a wonderful week in Stobrec, and I had to review this right away. This is the best vacation I've ever had! We traveled a group of 16 students from Norway and we had an amazing time at Marija's resisdence. All the bedrooms are equipped with fresh bed sheets and towels. There are plenty of room to store your clothes in the closets and all kitchen equippment are clean and nice. When we arrived, we were welcomed personally by Marija giving us a quick tour around the villa with tips and other helpful information about where we can locate the closest supermarkets, resturant etc. When it came to transportation, Marija were always available by phone if we wanted to order a taxi or needed information about ferries going to for example Hvar. The neighbourhood was really quiet aswell. I can probably go on for quite some time, but I'll just finish of by saying that you can look forward to stay at this villa, if your so lucky to go here! PS! If you're looking for a good burger (the best burger almost all of us has ever tasted) that is close by the villa, then I can strongly recommend a place called KASA Grill and Bar! You'll see this small resturant on the way down to the beach/supermarkets when you walk from the villa. We really hope we can rent this place again!

Excellent property and host! Can not fault it!

I booked this property for a hen weekend and all 9 hens gave their seal of approval! But before I even review the property I have to say that the host, Marija, was beyond amazing! She was helpful from the very beginning and was at our every beckoning call, she was on the phone at 7:30am on a Sunday sorting out our travel arrangements that we so foolishly forgot to book! The property was well thought out, all the rooms are well stocked with extra pillows, duvets, towels etc. Marija had maps, phone numbers and passwords all laid out for us on the dining table that we were very self sufficient. The property is as a beautiful as the pictures! It is very spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are furnished to an excellent standard - the beds were very comfortable. The pool/garden area is beautiful and very peaceful. Our stay was too short that we didnt get to make the most of the pool and the games room with a snooker table and a darts board. The drive from the villa into Old Town is around 20mins so we spent all of our evenings there and therefore, can not say much about the local town centre but we did see two restaurants down the road which looked quite nice. Should either of the hens ever revisit Split, we will definitely book this property again for two reasons, firstly, its an excellent property and secondly, because of Marija, who was a kind, funny and attentive host!

Really very nice maintaned and equiped house let by attentiv family vidovic

We spent only 3 days in Stobrec by Split, but we are excited from the house and most from the family who takes care about house and guests. You get very quick the feeling you are at home, and everytime the family stands ready to support if needed We are sure we will come back again in the next season to occupate the whole house and really have a holiday with more friends together.
