Visit Family Fun, our recently remodeled 2 Bedroom corner Condo in North Coast Village unit G100, right on the Pacific Ocean in North San Diego County. Family Fun is located in a tropical vacation complex in Oceanside that provides direct access to the beach and is within easy walking distance to the Oceanside Harbor. Family Fun is the perfect set up for family groups with plenty of seating in the living and dining areas. Its premium corner location means lots of windows and natural light - and it has one of the more spacious layouts of any of the North Coast Village units. A peaceful and relaxing garden view can be enjoyed from all rooms and since the complex is literally on the sand, you are only a 2 to 3 minute walk from the beach.

Family Fun has a beautiful garden view from all rooms and if you leave the windows open you can hear the fountains and the babbling brook that run directly below the balcony.

Family Fun is fully furnished with enough room to comfortably house 6. The master bedroom has a California King bed and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The second bedroom has its own private bathroom, two full size beds, a large walk in closet as well as its own flat screen TV. The dining area has a very large table that can comfortably sit 8 or more. The main living area has a large flat screen TV, a queen size sofa sleeper couch, a love seat, and an overstuffed chair and ottoman. Towels are provided for your use during yur stay and clean modern, coin-operated laundry facilities are located one floor down by the elevator for your convenience. Family Fun also has a functioning fireplace for the winter months and is equipped with all the needed beach equipment - boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys, umbrella, and beach chairs for those action-packed summer months!

The complex grounds are groomed to perfection and boast a very tropical lush feel! You will love taking a stroll within the gated grounds and exploring the little streams, koi ponds, fountains, and hidden alcoves. The complex is also equipped with two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a commercial grilling station, game room with a pool table and foos ball, weight and cardio room, and several laundry facilities. North Coast Village is truly a one stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

Considered the hub of Southern California, Oceanside is just a short distance from Southern California Attractions and surrounding areas. Oceanside’s prime location is the ideal home base to centralize oneself to explore nearby area attractions including Disneyland and California Adventure, Legoland, the Museum of Making Music, the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, and Sea World.- all between 10-50 minutes away by car! Los Angeles is just 1-1/2 hours by car.

Since taking ownership in 2014 we completely remodeled the unit to make it as comfortable, modern and fun as possible.

Great location beautiful grounds. The beds were comfortable, the unit is a nice size for 6. Pool and spa are nice beach close by. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit is not beachfront but the property is, so no roads to cross, no traffic to deal with. The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. The unit is not huge but it is very comfortable even though it is beginning to show it's age a bit. It still has a very nice vibe though. Only two real down sides; no AC (which is not allowed in any of the condos in the entire resort [really tough for us dry heat dwellers when it gets in the 80's]) and the lack of water pressure in the 2nd bathroom (should be an easy enough fix).

Location, location, location! Walking distance to great restaurants, the marina, the pier etc. And of course the beach in your own back yard as it were, with no sea wall so no stairs to haul your beach equipment up and down. Parking is a bit of a hassle but HEY, it's a so cal beach town in the summer! We had 2 couples so 2 cars and only 1 space per condo. The staff were very helpful in explaining the options in dealing with it, kind of a lottery 1st come 1st served situation. It worked out o.k. Synopsis: we had a good time. Would I return? Always like to keep my options open but I'll definitely be checking on North Coast Village again.

We had a great time at North Coast Village. The condo was the perfect size for our family and supplied what we needed. Our kids enjoyed the the pool and feeding the fish. The location was perfect to get to the beach and the harbor.

Our own tropical paradise

The condo was lovely. Well maintained,well equipped and a book that helped you with restaurants, activities. It definitely helped us decide on certain adventures. We walked to the downtown market and restaurants and the beach. People there are really friendly. I had a wee problem with the toilet and it was addressed immediately. The only thing, which is out of the owners control, were the trains. I imagine everyone in Oceanside hears them. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Cleaning Fee $150
Damage Deposit $250

The refundable damage deposit is two-fold. It protects against any damage to the condo and it is held as security against unpaid parking tickets. A designated parking space for one car is included in the condo rental. If you bring a second vehicle, please stop by the office at North Coast Village for clarification prior to parking a vehicle. Pay close attention to posted signs as parking violations can result in hefty fines. Assuming there are no outstanding parking tickets or damage to the condo, this entire amount will be refunded.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
