Beautiful rustic house, lined with Mallorcan stone in the city of Inca, with private pool and capacity for 4 guests.
The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing. A wonderful porch and a fully furnished terrace invite you to enjoy unforgettable evenings with your family. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a delicious barbecue after a long day at the pool? The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby.

The house is approximately 135 mÂČ on one floor and has 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and air conditioning. For our younger guests, we can provide a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with showers. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cosy and has two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large table for 8 people also has a sofa and A/C. The separate gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those seeking tranquillity without straying too far from the town, although we recommend that you come with a car. Inca is a small town in the centre of the island with a lot of charm and a wide variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. In addition, this town is known for its famous cellers, restaurants where you can sample Mallorcan specialities, and its traditional Thursday market. This market has been held continuously for more than seven centuries. The chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint over the island, is well worth a visit. On the other hand, for those who wish to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes by car, you can reach the north coast and the fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. In the area, if you explore a little, you will find small sandy or rocky coves.

The property is tired but has great potential. The pool is great and the size of the property is perfect for a family of 2 Adults and up to 3 kids. However the beds and sofas are very tired and need replacing. The consumer unit tripped several times during our stay and some of the lights did not work. The electrics need upgrading. Having a single bed in the master bedroom next to the en-suite is bonkers. We moved the beds around but bizarrely the owners wanted them put back when we left. On the plus side the location of Inca is great with all parts of the island no more than about 45 minutes drive away.

Grande maison idéalement située

Vaste maison, propre, idéalement située pour visiter toute l'ßle. Literie confortable. Le seul point négatif a été les 3 chiens de la propriétaire qui aboyaient énormément. Mais au bout de quelques jours l'agence a trouvé une solution. Ceci dit nous avons remarqué que d'autres lotissements étaient bien pires pour ça. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement, manque juste un balai.

Es war einfach nur schön. Die Anfahrt dorthin ist auch nicht wirklich kompliziert. Auf jeden Fall sollte man mit einem Auto kommen. Ich habe mich richtig wohl gefĂŒhlt. Und werde diese Finca weiterempfehlen

Die Finca war superschön und idyllisch. Der Pool war sauber und hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne. Es gab diverse SitzplÀtze vor und hinter dem Haus. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gross und gepflegt. Das Haus war gerÀumig und sehr sauber und inmitten der schönen Landschaft gelegen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um die Finca zu erreichen, da sie etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes liegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ausgezeichnet und ich erhielt immer schnell eine Antwort. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely pool, great outside space

Would definitely visit again. Owners are friendly and welcoming and live in a house behind the villa, sharing the electric gates and car parking. They were careful not to intrude upon our holiday, and it was very useful to have them nearby when a fuse blew. Villa is spacious with a lovely pool area and several spaces where it is possible to eat outside. We spent a huge amount of time by the pool- this really made the holiday for us. Would recommend taking insect repellant as greenary attracts midges etc. 2 of the bedrooms have air con but the double bedroom doesn't and there is no fan either. In July/August we found this room too hot to sleep in, but as there was only 4 of us then this wasn't an issue. Villa was clean and the kitchen well equipped. We were supplied with ample spare bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Villa isn't too far from quite a busy road, but we were not aware of any noise from this at all- it was very peaceful. The drive to Inca takes about 5 or 10 mins, and there are 2 well stocked and reasonably priced supermarkets about a 5 min drive away. It is possible to walk into Inca but this takes at least 20 mins and it is not a particularly pleasant walk (along busy road). It is worth bearing in mind that even to get bread/milk a car is needed.

Grande villa, trÚs pratique car 2 espaces nuits avec chacun une salle de bains indépendante. Les espaces extérieurs sont agréables, la piscine est trÚs sympa. Bien situé, à 5 minutes des nombreux commerces d'Inca et de l'autoroute tout en étant au calme. Les hÎtes sont sympathiques. Le seul bémol pour nous à été la cuisine, le lave vaisselle n'est pas efficace, la vaisselle n'est pas bien lavée, le micro ondes est trÚs ancien. Attention pour les voyageurs qui arrivent tardivement, il n'y a pas d'équipement de base dans la cuisine (sel, poivre...).

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, in diesem Haus zu wohnen. Die Betreuung war tip top. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist wirklich sowas von herzlich - es war uns eine Freude. Besonders ErwĂ€hnenswert sind die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Einen bedachten Bereich vor dem Haus, eine schöne Terrasse direkt an der KĂŒche und noch eine weitere vorne seitlich. Super! Pool ist gut gepflegt und auch hier gibt es einen schönen Bereich um sich aufzuhalten und einfach mal nichts zu tun :-)

Der Aufenthalt in Vivienda Isabela war fĂŒr uns sehr unangenehm. Am ersten Tag könnten wir das Haus nicht finden, mĂŒssten wir 2 Mal anrufen bis wir abgeholt worden sind. Dann erfuhren wir dass die EigentĂŒmer des Hauses gerade neben unseres vermietetes Haus wohnten, in der Villa drin. Die Dame hat und das Haus gezeigt, die Eltern Zimmer hatte keine Heizung, wĂ€hrend der Nacht war sehr kalt. Die KĂŒche war sehr alt und der Offen war nicht sauber. Die einte Wc war die Badewanne so alt und dreckig dass wir uns nie dort geduscht haben. Der Strom wollte sie von uns separat haben! Das einzige die mir in dieses Haus gefiel war den Pool. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts waren wir nicht wirklich fĂŒr uns alleine, sie waren immer dort und geschaut dass wir keine Licht offen lassen. Unsere Hunde könnten auch nicht wirklich frei rum laufen da andere Hunde dort waren, der Eingangstor haben sie auch benutzt und wann wir nicht aufgepasst hatten waren unsere Hunde weg. Am letzten Tag haben wir verschlafen, und mĂŒssten um 10Uhr vom Haus weg sein, Sie haben uns gestresst und waren sehr unfreundlich bis wir draussen waren. Ich gehe nie wieder dort.
