This newly renovated house has 3 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with a double bed (150X2) on its 2 floors with room for 8 people. It has 2 bathrooms (1 en suite and Jacuzzi) and a toilet on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a large lounge with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV with international channels.

The house has a private garden of about 140 m², a lovely dining room (closed terrace of 15 square meters) facing the private garden, upstairs balcony penthouse privileged views and a shared pool.

The townhouse is located very quiet, near the bay of Cala Marsal, which is only a 15 minute walk. Nature lovers will find here the ideal starting point for a walk or a bike ride along the typical landscapes. And just 500 meters is the center of Porto Colom, with its natural harbor and delicious fish restaurants. At night after dinner, there are several bars and cafes, with a friendly atmosphere and live music. Golf lovers find the famous 'Club Vall d'Or' just 2 km. The port of Porto Colom is the ideal starting point for a fantastic boat tour.

Portocolom is the port of Felanitx. It is a quiet fishing port located in the southeast of the island of Mallorca, one of the largest natural harbors on the island, a refuge for many boats during the summer seeking calm waters. An excellent place for those looking for a place to find the typical sailor charm, the charm of a fishing port. It highlights the typical image of the lighthouse on the bay and the sanctuary of Sant Salvador watching us. The walks around the port are a wonder that thousands of tourists discover every year and many of them are already living captives of our port. The strong growth experienced by Portocolom, following the massive influx of tourists and hotel construction have failed to destroy the stamp of fishing port with its corners so picturesque.

The Felanitx coastline has many unspoilt and idyllic coves of exceptional beauty. The most extensive is Cala Marçal, which has all kinds of services.

El Arenal, near the lighthouse, is smaller. The rest of its coves, of difficult access, can be reached by boat trips from the port.

It is located about 12 km from Cala d'Or and about 9 km from Cala Murada and has a population of about 4,000 inhabitants, although this number increases during the summer months.

The village is divided into two parts, the old town around the port area and the other part is the tourist area that offers a good supermarket, shops and excellent restaurants and bars.

Apart from being a fishing port, we also find the "Club Nautico de Porto Colom" here, where many pleasure boats, begin travel along the coast.

The beach "Cala Marsal" is a fine sandy beach which can be relatively quiet even at the height of the summer season. This beach is 90 meters long by 150 meters wide. A very beautiful cove, both environment and its crystalline waters, which provides infrastructure and services for use by the visitor.

The Sanctuary of the Virgin of Sant Salvador is located on the mountain of Sant Salvador, with the access road on the left side of the PM-401 road from Porto Colom to Felanitx. Is part of the Sierra de Llevant, with a height of 494 meters, has spectacular views towards the interior of Mallorca and southeast coast, where clear days the Natural Park of the Archipelago of the island Cabrera is south of Mallorca .
