Plage maison construite en 2004 avec High-End Construction & Qualité Artisanat. Idéal maison de vacances située dans juste au bon endroit, avec des planchers de bois franc au niveau principal thru-out, plafond cathédrale, 3 chambres, 2 et 1/2 salle de bain avec toute la maison audio, personnalisée Granite / inox cuisine, salle de bains principale avec baignoire à jets, de plain-pied douche et deux lavabos, belle douche extérieure, plus sous-sol fini et garage Fini. ArriÚre Jardin privé parfait pour se divertir. Porche couvert avant et balcon.

Vous ne pouvez pas aider mais sourire quand vous arrivez et je sais que la direction que vous dirigez est le bon choix. La plage est en face de vous, le Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Ă  votre droite, les montagnes derriĂšre vous, et le port et le restaurant Aldo Ă  votre gauche. DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez de la destination parfaite.

Emballer la lumiÚre parce que nous avons fait de notre mieux pour anticiper vos besoins. Combinaisons isothermiques, des planches de bodyboard, planches de surf, des engins de plage, chariot, refroidisseur, etc .. sont disponibles pour utilisation. Comcast Internet haut débit, entiÚrement approvisionné cuisine gastronomique. La maison est mis en place pour votre plaisir. Utilisez les vélos 4 cruiser à vélo le long de la cÎte et à explorer.

Monterey Bay Aquarium, San Francisco, ou les séquoias sont facilement accessibles en voiture.

The house was beautiful and so comfortable! In a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to multiple, wonderful coffee shops! Beach is within view at the end of the street where it was nice for a walk. The rooms were well-appointed and enjoyed the family area for watching television together. Definitely will stay here again!

This home has so many fine touches that they are impossible to list! The millwork, HVAC, multi-room audio system, countertops and paint details make it look like the home was designed to be the owners' residence rather than just a vacation rental.Glenn, the owner, has thought of every detail and documented them all in an excellent notebook about the home. He was proactive at communicating before our arrival and during our stay. One of the top VRBOs we've stayed at!

We had an amazing stay at this home and can’t recommend it enough. It’s just a few houses from the beach, yet what stood out most was how comfortable and inviting it felt. Every detail and amenity was thoughtfully provided, even a white-noise machine in the master bedroom, which was such a pleasant surprise. We would absolutely stay here again and give it our highest recommendation.

We were here for our son's graduation from UC Santa Cruz. The house was perfect! We loved how convenient everything was- the ocean, the boardwalk, the warf, and the sea lions! Our kids loved the bikes too. We found the house to be clean and the communication was excellent. Thank you!

Great place for a beach vacation

Wonderful primary bedroom suite, basement finished with bunk beds, additional bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and separate TV room. A block from the beach, a short walk from the big Boardwalk amusement park. Garage is converted to a storage/ man cave with couches, TV, wet suits, bikes, and beach stuff. This place was perfect for my daughter and two boys to enjoy Santa Cruz beaches and visit the Monterey aquarium.

Perfect Stay

Fantastic property and location. The owners are extremely responsive and have fastidiously labeled and documented everything. The garage is well stocked with bikes and beach supplies. Walkable to the boardwalk, beach, market, and a few restaurants.

Great spot

Brought my parents visiting from CO to Santa Cruz for our kids soring break. The house is minutes from the beach, a short walk to the boardwalk and is in a really nice part of town. The place was stocked with anything you need for a day at the beach. My daughter loved getting on the boogie board. Would recommend to anyone wanting a vacation home away from home

Perfect beach house

We were able to gather family from nearby and far away over the course of a week. We came to appreciate the floor plan because it provided nice spaces for privacy and spaces to gather for football or kid TV. Hope we can return.

Fantastic location, great communication

You really cant get a better location in terms of walkability to beach, harbor, etc. Great set up for extended family with a floor separating aleeping areas, making it ideal for mix of older family and kids. Host has a garage full of bikes, toys, wetsuits, boogie boards and they are in good repair. Host was also a great commjnicator. She was friendly, professional and flexible. I highly recommend the place.

Location, location, location

This was a great home base for our family of 6 adults. It's within walking distance to restaurants and a great beach. Communication with the owner was easy and always very timely. Would highly recommend this house!

I’ve stayed in many private rentals, and this is definitely top-notch. Great hosts, excellent beach amenities, fantastic proximity to a beautiful beach and the Santa Cruz boardwalk (both an easy walk). I’ll be back

Beautiful home with everything you need for your stay

Beautiful home inside and out. Easy checkin and check out. Home had everything we could of needed for our week stay. 3 min walk to Sea right Beach. Really close by to restaurants and Boardwalk. Glenn was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Lots of space, stocked kitchen and bathrooms and lots of beach gear. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again when in California

Great beach house

It is a great beach house. They supplied everything you need for the beach and more. Wet suits, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Very nice kitchen and very well stocked! Bathrooms were nice. The downstairs TV area is dark and the bedrooms are dark and small. But the beds we’re comfortable. There was laundry facilities. The location couldn’t have been better!!! I highly recommend it!

As a child we would get in the station wagon and head to Santa Cruz. We loved those trips. When I met the woman I wanted to marry we often went to the beach, and enjoyed it together. We liked it so much we made it part of our wedding weekend and invited the guests to a bonfire at the beach near this home. Our family has made the drive over the hill numerous times to spend many special days at the beach.

We looked for almost a year to find a beach house that met all our desires. We now know Santa Cruz neighborhoods well. The neighborhood is great and everything is so close. It does one's soul good to come to Santa Cruz.
