FantaSea Home est une villa familiale fantastique vue sur la mer qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. La propriété est située sur l'une des plus longues et des plus longues plages de sable blanc (Son Bou) de la belle ßle de Minorque. Un joyau préservé des ßles Baléares, en Espagne. L'ßle est entourée par les eaux cristallines et chaudes de la mer Méditerranée.
Cette luxueuse et moderne maison de style minorquin se trouve sur une colline orientée sud / sud-ouest et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer, surplombant la splendide plage blanche dans un environnement naturel protégé (Menorca est une réserve de biosphÚre naturelle de l'UNESCO). Son Bou est l'une des 100 plages de Minorque. Sa section ouest est totalement préservée et protégée des foules d'été.
La propriété a été entiÚrement rénovée à un trÚs haut niveau au printemps 2017. Il a été décoré pour lui donner un goût de plage unique. Tout, y compris les meubles et l'équipement intérieur et extérieur est nouveau.
La villa dispose de 4 chambres thématiques spacieuses et confortables, un salon lumineux ouvert sur le porche extérieur offrant une vue magnifique. Il y a deux porches face à S / SW, tous deux donnant sur la mer et la piscine privée avec sa grande terrasse équipée de douche et de chaises longues. Les salles à manger en plein air et le barbecue à gaz sont idéales pour les repas en plein air, et un espace de vie extérieur confortable permet de profiter pleinement de la douce brise du soir et des couchers de soleil autour d'un verre de vin blanc local.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de la climatisation et d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit illimitée gratuite. Une smart TV HD offre plus de 500 chaßnes internationales fournies par deux satellites différents (Netflix est inclus gratuitement), et un systÚme hi-fi mini-Bluetooth assiste les soirées avec la musique préférée des invités sous un magnifique ciel étoilé.
Le FantaSea Home propose des moments de détente et de détente car il est situé au bout d'un cul-de-sac, sans bruit de circulation. C'est l'endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille inoubliables.

Gorgeous Villa with Amazing Views and Gracious Host

This is such a beautiful home with amazing views and room for everyone. Sun Bou is a charming town with good food, nice people, and a stunning coastline.We rented a car from Autos Menorca via Car Flexi (very affordable) and picked up groceries from Mercadona (just down the street from the airport Autos Menorca location). Manuele is a super supportive and gracious host. Would definitely stay here again.

What more could you ask for?

Brilliant location - okay this is a big tourist development, but spacious, and the villa is sited high up with fabulous views out to sea. Internal layout and amenities excellent for our group of seven; shopping (for food) and beach within easy reach (if involving steep uphill walk on return!).Very quiet, not disturbed by neighbours. Strongly tempted to return!

Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful week at Fantasea - the Villa was immaculate, very private and the most stunning view over the bay at Son Bou. Our host was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The Villa is in a quiet spot at the end of a cul-de-sac, and is very modern. There are many different areas to sit and enjoy the view both shady and sunny. We had a wonderful time and are planning our return!

Beautiful tranquil villa for restful holiday

The villa itself is everything we expected from the details given. It commands wonderful views to the sea over the terracotta rooftops below. The private pool and terrace are ideal for relaxing and sunbathing or for cooling off after a day sightseeing around the island. The location is also ideal for easily getting to other sites around the island to enjoy coffee and ensiamada and/or lunch before returning for an afternoon by the pool. Many thanks to Manuele for managing several enforced changes to our booking over the last two and a half years. It’s good to be back taking a holiday.

Fantastic sea view villa

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Fantasea villa. The villa has everything you need and is tastefully decorated. Everything you could possibly want has been thought of and is provided to a high standard. As a family group of seven there were plenty of space to relax. The sea views were spectacular from all three terraces with the pool area having sun all day. The pool itself was crystal clear and well maintained. The pictures don't do the villa justice. The location of Fantasea villa is perfect, central to the island only 20 mins from the airport and most places only an easy 15 minutes drive away, Ciutadella is only 30 mins away. A truly lovely villa and one that we all would recommend, thank you, we can't wait to come back.

10 days in beautiful Menorca

A very clean, well equipped property in a quiet residential area. The nautical decor is impressive. The balconies and pool area have privacy. The pool, which, is excellent is accessed down some steps. Air conditioning in the rooms is easy to operate and very effective. It is a steep hill if walking to the restaurants or beach but there is plenty of parking nearby. Manuele is extremely approachable and helpful at all times. He strives to ensure you have a great holiday without any problems.

Beautiful house with a great view of the sea

The house is large and beautiful as others have described. Son Bou is also very pretty and has the longest, very beautiful sandy beach in Menorca. There are no beach front houses since there is a lagoon behind the beach so the larger more desirable houses are in the hills and you need to use stairs or drive to get to the beach. The house has two stories and also a bedroom & shower on the main floor, with was used by one family member who preferred to not use the stairs. We had a great time swimming in the pool and in the clear blue sea, will have beautiful memories of our visit to Menorca.

Bathrooms

We were restricted to one bathroom between 6 people. The plumber came out 3 times and claimed to have fixed the problem, after the 3rd visit he admitted defeat and put the bathroom off limits. The problem was very unpleasant and smelly.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed at FantaSea Home in May/June 2022 and could not have been more pleased with our choice of accommodation. The villa is light and airy with the most stunning views. The property has air con throughout but we barely needed it as there was a lovely cooling sea breeze during our stay. The pool is a great size and our two kids loved it (as did the adults!). We made good use of the outside space on all levels of the Villa and the Weber gas BBQ was a fantastic option for a couple of lovely home cooked meals. Manuele the host could not have been more helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. He also provided great recommendations for eating out which were much appreciated. We had such a relaxing week and look forward to returning to FantaSea Home in the future.

We are a family consisting of parents and 3 teens 16-18 yrs. The villa was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. The kids all stated that the photo's were for once spot on or more so, that they didn't show as nice as it actually is, we both agreed. As the chief 'booker', Manuale couldn't have been more helpful or quick to respond to any queries, which is always reassuring. The location of the villa gives great views even from one of the bathrooms. Whilst the kitchen was small, it suited our needs perfectly and everything worked as it should with plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery etc.. The walk into town and beach is short, but steep, great on the way down, HOT on the way up! The town itself is small but lovely, a great beach and long enough for a decent walk. There seemed to be every type of holiday restaurant within walking distance if you don't want to drive in the evenings, taxi's also easily available. We hired a car from the local rental place which was so simple and easy (I hate the queues at the airport). We've been holidaying in villas from vrbo for years, this is a stand-out property and location, it's not often you get them both together.

Amazing two week stay in this beautiful villa

Our first impression on arrival was wow, the view was incredible, some evenings you can actually see across to Mallorca. The villa itself was lovely, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The pool and pool area were a welcome luxury especially with the extreme heat. We loved the way the villas have been designed so no one is overlooked. Son Bou beach is beautiful and the sea is crystal clear, it’s not far to walk, an umbrella and two beds are 20 euros for the day, walking back up the hill can be hard going though but we did it even with a 6 and 7 year old. The supermarket at the bottom of the hill is good for basics but can be expensive, we hired a car for two days and drove to a supermarket outside Mahon which had everything we needed and was very reasonable. There are plenty of restaurants in Son Bou, we had an evening meal at the beach restaurant which had an amazing sunset. My boys loved the Copacabana and the Hawaiian bar where the waiters wear rollerscates. We also ate at the all inclusive hotel the Valentin which is just a 7 minute walk away. Thank you to Manuele who was always very helpful with any questions that we had. We had a wonderful holiday and look forward to returning.

Stunning views & location, high spec villa with eclectic decor

Villa Fantasea is an incredible place for an extended break. Located on the hill over Son Bou you get full 180 degree views of the sea - beautiful sunsets really help lift the stress away. It is pretty quiet and being at the end of a cul de sac, there's no traffic noise. You are in fairly close proximity to other villas and the town gets louder on the weekends. It is 5-10 mins to the supermarket and bakery downhill....bit harder walking uphill in the sun, but keeps you fit! Around 15-20 mins walk to the beach, but there's usually parking available if you want to drive it. The villa has AC throughout and a number of shaded areas to sit out. The pool is great for kids - about 8m, but with the steps, makes it tricky to do lengths. It is surrounded by tall flowering hedges which are beautiful, but you end up with petals in the pool in the mornings. Not an issue - quite pretty. There's plenty of space to hang out and read under the (new) umbrellas (don't forget to close them in the evening as can get quite gusty on the hill). Internet speeds were fine for email and you can stream Netflix / films via the smart TV. For conference calls it held up OK, but if you're doing multiple Zooms / sending large files, you should switch over to 4G - reception was excellent on most networks. The kitchen and separate utility were well equipped - we were missing certain things which Manuele purchased - including a knife sharpener and new knives (for anyone else frustrated by holiday knives so blunt you can't cut a strawberry!). What would really elevate this villa up to the next level would be a large fridge with ice machine! There's a decent Weber gas grill outside - perfect for cooking Menorcan chicken (they REALLY like their chicken on this island!) and just about anything else. Manuele had apologised in advance that he'd changed management companies the day before we arrived and we mostly dealt with him directly for any issues. He was really responsive and fixed anything. The new management company were pretty good too and the cleaners who came in mid-stay were superb. Bathrooms are high spec - and despite warnings not to have long showers, we never ran out of hot water. Finally....the slightly eccentric decor. I would describe it as maritime steam punk! Some things were quite cool, the kids loved it, but it won't appeal to everyone. From our experience, you quickly get used to it.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison. TrÚs confortable, trÚs bien décorée. La vue sur mer est à couper le souffle. La literie est trÚs bien. Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants. Nous avons tous été enchantés. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement, trÚs bien situé pour visiter Minorque. Un grand merci au propriétaire.

TrĂšs bonne

Tout d'abord nous avons eu une trÚs bonne communication avec Manuele, il me répondait dans presque aussitÎt, c'est trÚs appréciable. La villa Top ! Propre et bien équipée. Je recommande vivement. L'emplacement trÚs calme, une vue sur la mer, la piscine chouette aussi.

Fantastique

La villa est superbe et trĂšs confortable: Ă©lĂ©gante, meublĂ©e avec goĂ»t et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La piscine et la vue panoramique, notamment, sont particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciables. L'emplacement central, dans la charmante petite station balnĂ©aire de Son Bou, est idĂ©al pour explorer toute l'Ăźle de Menorca. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs accueillant (mĂȘme Ă  distance!) et trĂšs rĂ©actif. Ses conseils et recommandations nous ont Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cieux et nous l'en remercions chaleureusement.

You will enjoy fantastic sea views from all over the house (porches, living-room, bedrooms, bathroom with Italian shower and pool). A beautiful pool (max length 9.5m, max width 5.5m) which lits at night is surrounded by a spacious terrace, parasols and sun lounges. You will love the gentle breeze and the stunning sunsets as well as its flowers and the Mediterranean bushes and palm trees. It offers a modern beach style, after an extensive refurbishment in 2023 to the highest standards.
