31 Marsh Island Lane is located on an island surrounded by marsh land and wild life. The view is 180 degrees of marsh land including the Atlantic Inland Waterway. Marsh Island is in the gated resort community of Wild Dunes which is located on Isle of Palms, 20 minutes from Historic Charleston, SC, voted as a top US City for numerous years. 31 Marsh Island was completely remodeled in 2014 with a Chef’s Kitchen including a five burner Viking stove and other Viking appliances, hardwood floors throughout, three spacious bedrooms and three updated bathrooms, “heavenly bed” mattresses, new deck railing to enhance views, a dual HVAC system, sauna, wood burning fireplace and custom décor, including custom Daisy Berry Linens. Amenities include access to: The fitness center, and the pool and tennis courts which are a 3-5 minute walk from the house. Upon arrival, renters can access the Grand Pavilion and Boardwalk for a glass of wine by the beach. A golf cart is available for guests' usage as well as a sunroom with panoramic views and an hammock within a screened porch, plus a sauna! This home is ideal for those wanting to relax and reinvigorate!

About Alek Babaa: Property Manager

Our family has owned 31 Marsh Island Ln since it was built in the 1980s. My grandfather built a home on the front beach in the 1940s which is still there at 3308 Palm Boulevard. When I was a child, we used to crab at the end of Wild Dunes which is now a golf course! I bought 31 Marsh Island Lane in 2013 and totally remodeled the home in 2014. Wild Dunes has been our home away from home for years, and we hope you love the island as much as we do!

  • The entire house was remodeled in 2014. All bathrooms have silestone counters and porcelain tile floors, tub/showers and new sinks/toilets and décor.

  • There are 3 bedrooms. Two have twin beds that can be converted to one king bed. When you make your reservation, specify if you want twin or king beds. The Master bedroom has a king bed. All mattresses are "heavenly bed" quality and linens are higher end. Each bathroom (3) has a hair dryer. There is an ironing board and iron in the master bedroom and one in the first floor bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms both have private decks with views. The sauna is located off the laundry area.

Comfortable and clean property with lots of comfortable spaces to relax!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation; it is set on the quiet marsh in Wild Dunes, but a golf cart and bikes made the busier parts of the resort very accessible. Would stay again!

Awesome view and very beautiful house.

Boeing to the island many times before its hard to be impressed but I was this time at marshmallow. The decor inside was very well thought out and the appliances were top of the line. All those things still don't compare to the view. We enjoyed the marsh at high tide and even watching deer stomp through it at night. The golf cart was a nice add on and management was very accommodating to anything we asked for help with. Will deifiently return!

Great location, nice home with amazing views.

Everything was as described. The views of the marsh/waterways are amazing. The location is excellent and having a golf cart to get to the Pavillion/beach/etc. was so convenient. The beds were comfortable and the decor was nice. There is ample living/dining space and two decks to enjoy. We would stay here again.
