El apartamento fue completamente renovado en el año 2016, y está equipada con todas las comodidades, desde aire acondicionado a Wi Fi. 2 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños, 1 habitación doble. Plan de piso abierto con gran salón, totalmente equipada y moderna cocina con isla y taburetes, lavavajillas, cocina y horno. El apartamento es de más de 100 metros cuadrados, muy amplias, luminosas y con una terraza desde donde se puede disfrutar de la vista del valle de Umbría. Está situado a tiro de piedra de Asís a poca distancia y tiene facilidad de aparcamiento gratuito y confidencial. Excelente punto de partida para descubrir la belleza de la ciudad y Umbría. A unos cientos de metros de distancia de muchos senderos del monte Subasio Park para practicar senderismo y ciclismo. Posibilidad de garaje para bicicletas bajo petición

Great host, beautiful area.

Angela met us at the VRBO, showed us around it and gave us some great ideas of things to see and restaurants to eat at. Small grocery store and cafe one block away. Everyone there was very friendly.

Umbria Visit

Well located to access Assisi and by rental car access all of Umbria. We stayed 13 nights and enjoyed the apartment. Angela was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations during the whole stay. Would stay again if ever in Umbria.

Lovely home in Assisi

Our stay here was simply wonderful! Angela was such a gracious and welcoming host. She warmly greeted us when we arrived and was prompt in making sure we had everything logistically (restaurant recommendations, quickly helping us resolve the wifi when the it had an issue, etc. The house is really nice, spacious and you can tell it's been recently renovated, very clean and had all we needed! So great to have a full kitchen and a washing machine! Peaceful neighborhood with relaxing balcony. We didn't want to leave!
There's no place like Assis!

This property was perfect for our stay in Assisi. We loved the family who hosts this property! They were friendly, greeted us upon arrival, responsive, and assisted us during our stay. The apartment was clean and renovated with style. I enjoyed the peaceful patio and the location was walkable to all the sites.

Wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this quaint apartment. The host was easy to contact and gave us a rundown on all the sites and best places to eat in Assisi. The beds were comfortable. Lots of dining choices and sightseeing all within easy walking distance. Our only complaint is we were a little bit cold. I should have had the host explain the thermostat before he left!

Angela was the best! She had wonderful recommendations and suggestions for us. From places to see, tours to take and restaurants to eat at. We spent 18 days here just enjoying the beautiful weather, the great places to visit and the quiet balcony to just sit, relax and have a glass of wine. Grazie Angela! If I could rate rate higher than 5, I would. It started with Angela greeting us warmly and describing the apartment and the city thoroughly - even setting up a tour with a pedi - guide bike host who was amazing! The apartment felt like home - we stayed for 9 days - all the amenities we needed, parking right outside the apartment (big plus) and a grocery within walking distance. We loved this apartment, highly recommend and will stay again if we are ever back in Assisi.

Excellent apartment with a delightful host

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath spacious apartment was a lovely modern flat with views of greenery and the valley far below. It is much prettier than photographed! Impeccably maintained, the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and the living room for relaxing. A porch around three sides of the house offers room to sit and enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. There was free parking for one car in front of the unit, which was fairly close to the restricted zone—under half a mile. And a very short walk from the apartment was a full-service grocery store which also had delicious prepared food, and a small cafe. Best of all was the host, Angela, who was outgoing and genuinely interested in helping us to enjoy her apartment and town. A terrific find!

Clean and Quiet in Lovely Assisi

This apartment was wonderful. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 boys. It was very clean, bright and airy. There is a nice kitchen set up. The bedroom area can be closed off from the living room area. It has a small porch with a wonderful view. It is conveniently located very close to a grocery store. We arrived with 2 cars and there are 2 free parking spaces right at the front door of the apartment. Angela was a welcoming host with plenty of tips and suggestions for getting the most out of our short stay in charming Assisi. We would return to this apartment again and again.

We made our first visit to Umbria in May 2022, and we are pleased that we could return so soon in life. Assisi is wonderful, and with no major festivities in February we found ourselves in the normal rhythm of the city. We are deeply grateful that we could stay again at this great apartment. As our prior review states, the family lives nearby and the service is flat-out excellent. Still. The apartment feels really large, particularly with all of the sunshine in the kitchen and living areas. As in 2022, the apartment still is spotless: clean tiles in both bathrooms, excellent lighting, comfortable furniture. On this visit in 2023, we rested and enjoyed our mornings relaxing inside in the living room. We love the fabulous terrace. The location is just a short distance from all that we wish to see in Assisi. Plus, right around the corner is a classic Italian bar and a full-service grocery store. In two shopping trips, we easily found all of our foods for breakfast, as well as dinner for one evening. (The grocery store also offers an excellent variety of prepared foods, but the customer needs to arrive early to have a good opportunity for all of the offerings.) We have stayed in several VRBO properties over the past year, and we do not hesitate to state that the pro service at this apartment in Assisi is peerless. We have big smiles for the kindness shared with us. Grazie mille.

Wonderful Assisi Location

The apartment was perfect! It is about a 10 minute walk into the main square in Assisi. The apartment was very comfortable for two couples. The kitchen has everything that you need. The host, Angela is terrific. She was so helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do and see in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relax here in Assisi, with pro service

Assisi is an extraordinary city in a region that is full of wonderful places and kind people. We made our first visit to Umbria in May 2022, and we hope that life’s opportunities allow us to return to Assisi. When we do, we hope to stay again at this great apartment. The family lives nearby and the service is flat-out excellent. The apartment is just as described: Brand new--with clean tiles in both bathrooms, excellent lighting, comfortable furniture, a fabulous terrace, and fast and steady WiFi. The apartment’s location suits us, but is a bit tricky to find because its street is one branch of a larger street. Still, the location is good: a short walk to one of the ancient eastern gates of Assisi and, by walking at a leisurely pace, we need less than 30 minutes to arrive in the center of the city. The streets of Assisi go up and down, and wind their ways towards lovely piazze. We were comfortable walking each day back and forth from the apartment, and the city feels safe, but to save time from a day’s travel (say, after returning from Gubbio) we prefer to park and step up quickly in the heart of the city. (We use il Parcheggio Porta Mojano, one of several good garages.) The location is just a short distance from Eremo delle Carceri, and along that road is a fabulous osteria with great foods and wines, as well as a commanding view of the valley. The apartment is so comfortable that, if we are fortunate to return to Assisi, we plan to enjoy at least half of the day (morning or early evening) relaxing inside or on the terrace. Just a few minutes away is a classic Italian bar and a full-service grocery store, and thus a simple way to find foods for the day’s lunch or dinner and meeting a few people of Assisi. Deeply grateful for the pro service and, above all, the kindness.

Super schöne Wohnung nahe der historischen Altstadt von Assisi

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber, richtig gute Betten, zwei tolle Bäder, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Nespressomaschine, Toaster, Backofen, Gefrierfach, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und -eisen, also alles, was man für einen kürzeren oder längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines Dreifamilienhauses, die Vermieter wohnen ganz oben, im ersten Stock wohnt eine andere Familie , die Decken sind recht hellhörig , man hört ziemlich viel von oben, uns hat das nicht gestört. Das Haus liegt in einer normalen, ruhigen Wohngegend nahe einer mäßig befahrenen Straße, also Autos sind schon zu hören, vor allem, wenn man auf dem umlaufenden Balkon sitzt. Keine Landidylle also, das sollte man wissen, aber perfekt für eine Erkundung der Gegend. Direkt um die Ecke startet der Wanderweg zum Eremo delle Carceri, die Bushaltestelle ist ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt, wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und haben uns mit ÖPNV bewegt, das ging sehr gut. Toll ist der Supermarkt Carrefour exprès ein paar Straßen weiter, dort wird täglich selbst gekocht und wir haben uns mit feinsten Gerichten versorgt, auch Fleisch, Wurstwaren, Käse vom Feinsten und freundliche Bedienung. Das Beste an der Wohnung aber ist die Vermieterin Angela: absolut hilfsbereit, immer gut gelaunt , gibt einem tolle Tipps über die Umgebung und Restaurants etc. und bringt auch schon mal abends selbst gebackene Muffins vorbei. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt hier und jeden Abend gefreut auf die gemütliche und schöne Wohnung.

In genere diffido delle recensioni troppo entusiaste, ma in questo caso non posso che confermare quanto già recensito da altri ospiti. Accoglienza ottima, proprietari super simpatici, ambiente pulito, posizione comoda per il centro e al tempo stesso tranquilla. Impossibile trovare di meglio.
