Villa Alexandros is an amazing Corfu villa with a private pool, a property with no immediate neighbours, but with dreamy, panoramic views to the vast Ionian Sea at the front, tranquil olive grove and mountain views from the back, located in Nisaki, just 1 km away (10 min walk) from Kaminaki beach and only 30 minutes from Corfu airport.

The property is set on a hillside above Nisaki, with extensive outside entertaining areas, a self-contained level, and a magical, shaded rooftop terrace surrounding a swimming pool. Villa Alexandros boasts having uninterrupted views along Corfu coastline and across the sea to the mountains of Albania and the Greek mainland.

Villa Alexandros is the ideal villa for small or large families, up to 8 persons. It is unusually arranged with external stairs linking three floors: The ground floor, the self-contained annexe, the main villa on the first level, and the unbelievably huge roof terrace.
This level consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area, which opens to a garden terrace, a shared bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin, with one single and one pull-out bed.

Contrary to the norm, this villa has its pool located on the terrace, connected to the other parts of the property with external staircases. The swimming pool also has a children section on the side. The central part of the house, upstairs, is fully air-conditioned. It features a bathroom and a shower room, one master double bedroom and two twins, an open plan modern kitchen with dining and sitting areas. The front balcony doors open to a large balcony overlooking the sea and a smaller side balcony with a dining table. This balcony is the primary access to this delightful villa.
Alongside the pool, a shaded part of the terrace provides all the dining al-fresco facilities. One can easily say that this is the most fantastic part of the villa, offering cyclically incredible views underneath the starry summer sky.

Villa Alexandros is 1.6 km away from Nisaki centre, tavernas and shops, 1.7 km from the beach and only 24.0 km from Corfu airport.

The house is conveniently located within easy reach of everything: supermarkets and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. Barbati beach is a 10-minute drive away. We found the house clean and welcoming, with a pool and terrace that exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, including a dishwasher and washing machine. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and we had a wonderful time.

Spacious Home Away From Home

The Villa is spacious enough for several couples or a large extended family. Located in a quiet village but with several good restaurants within walking distance, this is the perfect choice for those looking to relax and enjoy the island life. All basic amenities are provided for a comfortable stay. We found it helpful to have a small car to use during our week as there are many other villages and beaches to explore within an hour's drive.

Beautiful Corfu Villa

Words cannot describe how beautiful the rooftop pool area and veranda overlooking the sea. Our host was outstanding. We had a slight issue with one of the rooms air-conditioned units and was fixed in a matter of hours. Down the hill are quaint little tavernas and beaches. You definitely need water shoes for the rocky beaches. We were a party of 8 adults and we had plenty of space. You definitely will need a car to get around. The Villa is about 35min north of the airport and Old Town. The roads are narrow, so only rent a small car. I would go back in a heart beat.

This property was better than the pictures. The view is a million dollar view and the pool area is divine!! The beds were comfy, the house nicely appointed, and the grounds beautiful. We are seasoned travelers and like to see new things each trip but I will tell you that I will be very, very tempted to return to this villa!

Wow. What an amazing stay

Wow. What an amazing stay. The villa is lovely, but it’s the view on the patio by the pool that is just breath taking. It was so lovely just to sit and watch boats going across. The pool was lovely. Everything was very clean. The owner came every couple of days to do a few things outside and was very friendly and helpful. Inside the villa everything was very clean. We absolutely loved it - possibly the best place we’ve ever stayed because of those views. Thank you so much. ??

Fabulous villa with stunning views

On arrival at Villa Alexandros the view from the rooftop terrace and pool were simply stunning, even surpassing the ones on the website which is saying something. Yes, you ideally need a car to stay here but with the local beach at Kamanaki a 2 minute drive away and the larger resort of Ipsos only 15 mins down the road, you don't have far to go to reach crystal clear waters. Or use the brilliantly sized private pool on the same level as the roof top terrace, where we personally spent quite a lot of time. The villa was very well equipped with air conditioning in all of the important places. The owner and his wife came in a couple of times during our stay to do some cleaning and change the towels which was great. Previous reviewers made comments about issues with wasps but that really wasn't a problem at all for us. Yes there were a few at meal times but we certainly weren't inundated and it was no worse than having dinner outside at home in the UK. All in all, we'd highly recommend a visit here if you're seeking a relaxing stay, tucked out of the way. I'd also highly recommend renting a boat for the day from Kaminaki Watersports at the side of the beach. Absolutely brilliant fun and very reasonably priced.

We spent a whole week in October in this beautiful and really spacious villa. We travelled with two families (four kids aged between nine and fifteen) and had lots of room all together or even private, as we wished.Besides the two separated flats, which really provides some privacy as well as enough space for many people, one must highlight the awesome and really huge terasse on the roof of the house. You cannot not only find another (there are various terrasses to choose from) wonderful place for having breakfast. lunch or barbecue, you also find a big pool, which was almost permanently used by all kids. This terasse is the pefect place to start your day watching the sunrise right above the sea and also watch the arrival of all the amazing cruise ships at Corfu harbour but also to end your days with a glass of wine watching the kids play and swim.We are aslo really pleased with EOS services and their staff who are very polite and have a kind way to offer help and support. As we arrived past midnight we asked EOS to organise some refreshments for our breakfast the next morning so we didnt have to find a supermarket (which is close) first thing the next morning. EOS also kept in touch all the time and sent a nice lady for a short visit to find out whether everything was all right. It was!Last but not least we want to mention that the whole place is perfectly well-equipment and absolutely clean. You can cook and have a barbecue if you wnat to and you will not miss a thing. Their is enough dishes and cutlery, pots and pans .......

Lovely villa with amazing views!

Lovely villa with amazing views! We were 2 families, the youngest being 15 years old staying at this gorgeous villa. The most amazing thing about it is the sun terrace and pool area. The views are breathtaking and many an hour was spent watching all the wonderful yachts, cruise liners and boats sailing past. The villa is well equipped and well maintained by George ,who sees to the pool and the lovely Maria who came in every 2 days to clean the villa and change all linen. Both bath towels and pool towels were provided. We used the large BBQ area on many occasions. We did not have cars so it was quite a trek to the supermarket Aphrodites but they did deliver which was a god send as it is up hill on the way back ,with the drive up to the villa being very steep. We walked to Nissaki harbour area which took approx 25 mins- all down hill but very hard going on way back- make sure you wear appropriate foot wear! We hired out x2 motor boats on several occasions from Nissaki harbour for the day ,which was great fun and well worth doing. We caught a bus at the end of the drive to Corfu town - excellent value at approx 2.40 euros one way. The restaurant- Vitamins which can be reached on foot down hill was lovely and would highly recommend a visit. The only thing that has stopped me making it 5* was the fact of how remote the villa actually is and would say a car is a must and also we were inundated by wasps all day until about 8pm in the evening. The wasps appeared whenever we took any food or drink out to the terrace and were a real nuisance with a few of us being stung, but guess that’s just nature!

Die Kommunikation mit der griechischen Agentur vor Ort war manchmal nicht ganz so einfach, hat aber letztendlich zur Zufriedenheit funktioniert. Ansonsten ist es einfach ein tolles Objekt um ein Urlaub zu verbringen und die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist der absolute Knaller

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, alles war wirklich sauber.

The accommodation was perfect for 9 people. The division of the premises makes sense and everyone had privacy. The journey was quite long at 45 minutes, but we were offered a transfer there and back. The view is amazing, everything was really clean.

Clean property with all the amenities needed and a large entertainment area with an amazing view. George was a great help, always ensured we were happy, and made sure we had water available from the tanks when the water mains were cut out. Great place to stay and highly recommended.

Well appointed villa, Splendid view, from the two terraces and the swimming pool. you have to rent a car. Rental just down the street at a great price, delivers this one to you at the Villa. Swimming pool very well. Surface technician 2x over the 10 days, very good. Very quiet place, very good restaurants within 10 km, very good. Very good Sidari beach 20 minutes by car, with a good little restaurant, small parking lot 3 per day, same as deckchair and parasol. Mattress a bit hard, but that's a matter of taste

Great villa!! Beautiful view. There were loads of wasps about but the owner kindly came and put out bottles of juice around the pool area to trap the wasps. Also good tip: burn Greek coffee to keep wasps away. Villa was very clean. Could walk to a few restaurants, we would recommend Vitamins and Anthi. Aphrodites supermarket was just down the road too and you can order meat/fish through her for the bbq. Great stay.
