The Perfect Stay

A beautiful home and wonderful location. Very easy to communicate with when we had a question, the beds were very comfortable and the home had a lot of open living space. Fully stocked kitchen and close to pools. Would love to stay here again.

Great place for a family

Might be the best fit of any VRBO we have ever stayed at for our larger family. My wife and I and 3 kids stayed here and we were very happy with the house....the amenities and the location!

Great location

Loves that this property is 15 minutes from the heart of St.George. There is a great park within walking distance. There is also a wonderful bike park called snake hallow which has something for every level of mountain biker or bmx biker. There are many good take home foods and a grocery store within walking distance as well. The pool is great and heated! However, the spa pump was broken and barely bubbling. There were old drink bottles and garbage everywhere so it wasn't terribly clean. We even watch a team of two men come in and pick up a few pieces of trash and skip by the rest. Still we had fun on our stay and enjoyed the proximity of the property. Unit 1 had many amenities. It was a comfortable stay for 8 guests. Came with pool towels and enough bathroom towels. Wish they would clean the comforters, pillows and blankets; as those aren't cleaned between guests but is a regular practice of many hotels. The carpet is in need of a shampoo. Overall, we had a great stay! We would definitely come back.

Great location, but lacking

We've stayed in this neighborhood seven or eight times over the past few years and love the different pools and nearby scenery and activities available. This home was missing the pool key upon arrival and when I reached out via the app, text, and phone I didn't get a response until the next day. Even then they just asked if I had found it yet and didn't answer any follow up questions I responded with. The phone number listed was disconnected. When I called the text number I did get to speak to a person, but they just told me they were looking into it. We finally got a pool key after we had been there nearly 24 hours. Nobody ever did respond to my question about the Wi cord that was not provided. The customer service was severely lacking unfortunately, especially compared with previous stays. Upon arrival the carpet was still wet, having been cleaned, but dried crunchy, like it still had soap left in it. It also smelled faintly of smoke, but a glade plug in was trying to mask the scent. I would recommend the facilities, but not this particular house, despite it's convenient location, due to those incidents and lack of customer service.

Loved this house!

This was such a fun vacation. The only thing that I would have to complain is that when we got to the house the code that the property management gave us wouldn’t work and I had to call and they had to clear it. Then when we got in the house there was laundry in the washer and dryer, crumbs on the counter and no sheets on the bunk beds. I did reach out to the management team and they said they would send over the cleaners. But we never did see them. But over all the house was a forsure 10/10!! Such a great place. It was just the cleaners that didn’t do their job, nothing with the house its self! Loved the pools and location!!

Grandsons baseball tournament

We’ve been coming every fall and spring to watch my grandson play baseball. This is our favorite place we’ve ever rented. We loved it. It is beautiful, clean, and has a really great water park. We loved it and hope to stay here again.

Great week of PTO

We loved the location and the amenities. We biked, we swam, groceries and near by food were great! We did snow canyon, the St. George children’s museum, the dinosaur museum, pioneer and red hills garden parks. We walked to near by playgrounds and played some pickle ball. There was lots to do and lots of fun! One thing I did learn is that deliveries via Amazon or the postal service and ups will not be made to a vacation rental. (Maybe something to list in the welcome packet.)
