全体的に、シェビースタイルが優勢です。そのパステルカラーのお陰で、そこに住むすべての人に静寂感が与えられます。
外には、すべてが手の届くところにあります：食べることができる、または単にリラックスできる大きな木製のテラス。地元の優れた肉、魚、野菜を調理できるバーベキューコーナー。オリーブの木が提供する豊かな色合いを演奏したり楽しむことができるクールな緑の芝生。温かい気候のおかげで、4月以降は暑い日には冷たくなるエメラルドグリーンの小さなスイミングプールです。

We had such a lovely stay. The house was perfect, great pool and outdoor kitchen. Very clean and well equipped. Michele & Lucia made us feel so welcome and couldn’t have done more for us. Location was perfect- quiet countryside very close to Alghero and beautiful coastline. We fell in love with Sardinia!

Amazing Holiday

We had an amazing holiday in Alghero. The beaches were the most beautiful we have experienced. The food was fantastic. The house we stayed at was cozy and comfortable. The entire family enjoyed the pool and the area where the house was located. Very relaxing place to stay. We were a short distance from the city and the beaches but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. The owner went way beyond what was necessary to ensure we had all we needed. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Leuke plattelandswoning.

Het is een erg leuk huisje, grote woonkamer, grote keuken, twee grote slaapkamers met twee badkamers, grote tuin met zwembadje (1,20 m diep) en hangmat, in een landelijke omgeving met super aardige gastheer Michele. Een paar keer issues gehad met het water, Michele lost dat direct op. Op enkele minuten met de auto is het strand en Algero. Te ver en te warm om te lopen. Het agrarische karakter is erg leuk maar heeft een keerzijde te weten veel blaffende honden 's nachts (met raam dicht geen last van). In de omgeving zeer veel strandjes en leuke stadjes en erg veel restaurants. Tripje naar Bosa is een aanrader. Boottripjes worden aangeboden in alle soorten.

Traumhaftes Haus mit Pool & Garten und hervorragender Gastgeber

Das grosszügige und charmante Landhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Der traumhafte Garten, der erfrischende Pool, und grosszügige Platzverhältnisse haben uns begeistert. Gastgeber Michele ist jederzeit verfügbar und löst jedes Problem rasch. Er kennt Land und Leute bestens und hat uns viele wertvolle Tips gegeben. Wir durften Früchte und Gemüse aus seinem Garten pflücken und geniessen. Wir waren begeistert von dieser Ferienwoche!

Toller Pool, tolle Umgebung

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, haben eine tolle Woche im ‘Maison du monde’ verbracht. Das Objekt ist ein aelteres, liebevoll hergerichtet Haus. Der Pool und der Garten sind nicht nur für Kinder ein Traum. Michele, der Besitzer, ist sehr gastfreundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Er kuemmert sich fast täglich um die Sauberkeit des Pools und gibt wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Es gibt viele schöne Straende. Alghero ist sehr sehenswert. Wir hatten Glück, dass das angrenzende Appartement ‘Dolce Vita’ unbewohnt war. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder - vorzugsweise im Herbst.

"Nous avons passé trois semaines très agréables au calme dans la campagne à deux pas d''Alghero. Après la baignade ou une balade dans les rues de la vieille ville, on se retrouve en quelques minutes dans une maison où il fait bon vivre, entourée de vigne et d''oliviers et autres arbres fruitiers. Attrezzata completamente con qualsiasi genere di cui si necessita, da utensili cucina, ad accessori, biciclette, lavatrice, biancheria, detersivi, etc. Privacy al 100%, ristrutturata di recente, ci stanno comodamente 5 persone. ampia internamente ed esternamente. Accueil très chaleureux de Michele et Lucia qui nous ont appris beaucoup de choses sur l''histoire de la Sardaigne et des sardes.Grande maison située au milieu d''un hectare de vignes et d''oliviers. "Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, eingebettet in das Grün der Landschaft und Umgeben von Olivenbäumen, wo man noch den nicht allzu weit gelegenen Duft des Mittelmeers riechen kann. Die strategische Lage bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus Meer, Land und Stadt. Das Agriturismo liegt so das ein Mietwagen unverzichtbar ist. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 10 Minuten Alghero und die ersten traumhaften Strände. Aber es gibt auch Fahrräder vor Ort. Es ist eine sehr saubere und geräumige Unterkunft Geschmackvoll und Komfortabel eingerichtet mit einem wunderschönen Grundstück rundherum eignet sie sich besonders für Familien. Un "piccolo grande paradiso" Die Vermieter sind sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden jederzeit wiederkommen. "

From a very early age my parents and grandparents taught me to be attached and proud of my roots. As early as I can remember, I wanted to live in Sardinia.
Having met my wife Lucia, it has strengthened our Sardinian spirit, to the point of wanting to share with others. From our shared passion was born the idea to renovate the country house and the cottage inherited from my dear father Mario and so planning our dream ....
I inherited this land and its house and cottage in 2010. Ever since we started to renovate the first brick of the house, our dream was to create a place where our guests can feel at ease, and entering, breathed an atmosphere of genuine familiarity.
For us, Sardinia is part of our lives: it is the air we breathe and the food we eat. And it's nice to know what it means to the tourists 'live' Sardinia ....
For all of this, we'll welcome and assist you in the best possible way to ensure you to have a pleasant holiday in Sardinia.

La Maison du Monde is a Typical Sardinian Country Mansion surrounded by a wide expanse of cultivated land, which the current owner has inherited from his dear father Mario.
Are very strong, in fact, the bonds that join Michele to this property, loved and cared for over 50 years by his father who, with skilful work, was able to turn it into a green oasis, dominated by plants typical of the Mediterranean: the grapevine and olive trees with their wonderful fruits
The wine and the olive oil completely biological, which we still produce to the property, always preserve the same intense aromas and flavors of the past, as if they were trapped for eternity boundless love for this land.
La Maison du Monde is in a location (Ungias - Poneddu Puntet) largely owned by the Nieddu's family , which for generations has passed down the art of cultivating the land.
Even today in the market street of the old town of Alghero you can find the products of this fertile area, cultivated by one of the family.
Everything in on hand: Sandy beaches, Old Town with its Ramparts, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Turistic Port and Promenade are just 2 kms far from us; Airport of Alghero at just 6 kms.
