Located in Viana do Castelo, this property with private pool is set in a property with two houses. Surrounded by gardens and centenary trees, this rustic house provides total privacy and is ideal for those who like space and comfort.
The house has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. The accommodation also has a single sofa bed, which can accommodate up to five people. The living/dining room and the fully equipped kitchen complement this pleasant accommodation. Outside, the house has a private pool, ideal for refreshing swims in the summer, sun loungers, a barbecue for outdoor dining and private parking.
The owner lives in a house within the same property but respects the space and privacy of the guests, although they may sometimes meet in the outdoor areas. Upon arrival, guests are offered a welcome pack (Pastéis de Nata and Port Wine).
In the immediate vicinity of the property, access to other cities is easy. A few kilometres from the accommodation, you will quickly reach Viana do Castelo, an important historical city of Portugal with its typical gastronomy and its cultural and architectural heritage. The beaches of Viana do Castelo are also famous for their wide range of water sports. The nearest airport is Porto Airport, 62 km from the guest house.
The accommodation has a deposit of €150, which must be paid in cash at the destination. This amount will be returned on the day of departure, if there is no damage.
