**Please let us know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double beds**



All bedroom are equipped with air conditioning for the summer and central heating for the winter. (Except bedroom 8). All the bedrooms have storing space, either cupboards, wardrobes or shelves.



In total there are 5,5 bathrooms:

5 Full bathroom with WC and shower + 1 toilette only with WC).



KITCHEN:

The house has a spacious dining area with an open kitchen which is fully equipped for everything you need to make your stay perfect. (Microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water heater, Fridge/Freezer and many other amenities). The dining table is a huge wooden hand made table.

LIVING ROOM

On the upper floor you will find a large living area with pool table, 2 huge and comfortable sofas, high speed Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and other details to spend a great time there.

You will be able to enjoy a large terrace by day and night with comfortable furniture. Villa Permanyer is perfect for big groups, friends, families or any kind of private or cooperate come together. It offers the privacy and authenticity you need during your stay.

Paseo de Gracia, (Passeig de Gràcia in catalan) is one of the major avenues in Barcelona and one of its most important shopping and business areas. Famous for its outstanding architecture,

you will be able to admire exceptional Modernist facades. Nearby attractions include Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller, Casa Milà ‘La Pedrera’ and Plaça Catalunya.
