We are a retired couple who recently moved to Las Vegas from NJ. My husband was a business man and I was a teacher for over 30 yrs. We have owned and successfully rented several condos over the past 30 years. We are very detailed, hands -on and conscientious property owners. My husband is a great handyman, and we live less than 5 miles from the condo so we are always available to fix any problem that comes up.

What makes this Condo unique
The 2 bdrm, 2 bath is on the first floor, and has no stair climbing. It has all new paint, carpeting, appliances, furniture and furnishings and a nice patio. We have a , printer, WiFi and cable channels as well as sleeping for 5, with 2 new comfortable king-size beds. You are walking distance to 3 local casinos and half a mile from the Las Vegas Strip, so you don't have to rent a car if you don't want to. The community is guard-gated, secure and quiet. It has 2 lovely pools, a sun bathing area, 1 spa and walking paths. There is a brand workout/weight room to use 24/7. There is a Smith's grocery store less than a mile away. It's also only 8 miles from McCarran airport. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. There are movie theaters and a food court in the Palms Casino, which is across the street. The Rio Casino, with many restaurants and the Voodoo lounge, is also across the street. The Rio is also home to the World Series of Poker. The Gold Coast Casino has Bingo every two hours and is also within walking distance. There is so much to do and see in the area. The Las Vegas Strip has many beautiful casinos, a multitude of entertainment options, fine dining, shopping, and so many unique tourist attractions. It is a mile away from the new Allegiant Raiders Stadium. There is also shopping center complex and restaurants and stores across the street (Walgreens, Taco Bell, Dennys, Chick fil a, Wahoo Fish Tacos) It is an unbelievable value! It is a perfect location for conventioneers who wish to be near the strip in comfort and at a great value. The price cannot be beat, with no hotel and luxury taxes and fees which the casinos add on!
