Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Everything was amazing!! We hope to use this house in the future!
The home is nice and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has nice counter tops, range and fridge (although the ice maker wasn't working and we were always wanting ice). The sheets on the beds are very thin and starting to age, but other than that it was a great place to crash at night.
Stayed 2 nights with friends for a wedding. The place works but next time would try to find a place rented by the owner instead of a property mgmt group.
- Place was clean
- Good location (beach/grocery close)
- Neighbors hate living next to a rental property (threatened to call the cops on us for being too noisy playing cards inside at 10 pm, I've been too loud before, this wasn't one of those times)
- Furnishings are cheap (bedding, tiny coffee pot etc.)
- Pretty sterile feel inside (horrible fake flowers etc.)
- Few things didn't work (garage door opener, bathroom ceiling fan that sounds like it will eat you etc.)
Basic clean four bedroom house. Recommended.
Loved the location. Close enough, yet far enough from crowds. We were there during a heat wave, so it did get very hot in the afternoons in the unit. There were plenty of fans provided but it was still hot. The unit met our needs very well and was comfortable. Well stocked with towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. One thing that we noticed was the carpet. It needed to be cleaned and was very worn in the hall and on the stairs. Could probably use some new carpet. Other than that, we were very happy.
