A charming cottage in a mansion lying in a beautiful village of Balagne, 18 km from the sea. Fully restored and tastefully decorated, this apartment is a land-base for couples wanting to enjoy the beauty of Corsica, in an authentic village while being close to the coast. The apartment has a modern kitchen with hob, microwave, espresso machine. A few steps lead up to the living room that can also serve as additional bedroom. A glass door opens onto the alley (pedestrian and very quiet) village. The bedroom and bathroom (shower) are upstairs and are adjacent to the mezzanine furnished reading corner with a lovely sofa.

The area offers many activities: hiking, paragliding, horse riding, tennis and many water sports.

Entre mer et montagne

Effectivement il n’y a pas de portes donc il faut s’organiser pour l’intimité. Une fois l’organisation en place, l’appartement nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour dans un très joli cadre.

Bonjour, Nous avons commandé une porté au menuisier, qui sera installée cet hiver. Nos hôtes bénéficieront donc de plus d'intimité dès 2024 -:)

Bonjour, La porte avait malheureusement été endommagée juste avant votre arrivée. Elle a été réparée depuis. Ce sont malheureusement des imprévus inévitables… Il est clairement indiqué dans l’annonce que l’appartement n’est pas adapté aux enfants : l’escalier est raide et la mezzanine n’est pas adaptée aux enfants. Une jolie porte coulissante en bois lamé a depuis été installée dans la salle de douche qui jouxte la chambre parentale. Toutes les informations sont clairement indiquées dans l’annonce.

Gite de charme, mais sans intimité

Situé dans un très jolie village de Balagne d'où l'on peut rayonner vers plein de sites remarquable entre mer, montagne, randonnée. Le logement est beau et décoré avec soin mais, sans portes aux chambres, sdb et wc (qui ne sont accessibles que par l'une des chambres), l'intimité est très compliquée. Des volets seraient également bienvenus pour se protéger du soleil. Pas de ventilateurs non plus pour supporter la chaleur. Il n'y a pas vraiment d'extérieur privé mais juste une ruelle d 1,5m de large avec une petite table et 2 chaises ( pour un logement de 4 personnes). Les lits sont très biens.
