Villa Melissa is a large and beautiful villa surrounded by greenery, surrounded by an English lawn with fruit trees, flowers and palm trees. The ideal house for outdoor evening dinners in front of the pool, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Alghero.

The villa is equipped with 2 kitchens, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The villa has large outdoor spaces: large covered terraces, swimming pool with garden furniture (chairs, table and umbrellas), outdoor shower, an essential additional bathroom in the dressing area next to the pool, barbecue and parking space.
The house is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, TV, sheets, iron and ironing board, bathroom linen, hairdryer, Internet Wifi etc. everything you need for a comfortable and familiar stay in Sardinia.
The 120m2 villa is on 2 levels, connected by an internal staircase.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people

There are 3 bedrooms and are located on the ground floor next to the pool:
- 1 double bedroom or 2 single beds
- 1 double bedroom.
- 1 double bedroom

There are 3 bathrooms:
- 1 full bathroom on the ground floor where the sleeping area is located
- 1 full bathroom on the first floor where the living area is located
- 1 complete bathroom next to the swimming pool, with adjoining dressing room + outdoor shower

Villa Melissa is located just 3 km from the center and the sea, away from city traffic and hordes of tourists, which makes it the ideal retreat for those who want to combine a holiday in Alghero with the comfort of a welcoming and comfortable accommodation , in the maximum privacy of its exclusive use.

We leave guests with maximum freedom and discretion but we are always available if they need us.

The car is necessary. The villa is 4 km from the center of Alghero.

Outstanding in every way!

Wow what a find! The photos of this property do not do it just. We were greeted by Giuseppe who has the biggest smile and the kindest heart. He had filled the house with so many treats enough for us not to have to run off to the shop on the first day. The house is a real home from home. It had everything you could possible need and more. The rooms where big with lots of storage to unpack. The outdoor space is unreal set in an oasis of flowers, plants and trees that stretch out around the property giving off wonderful smells. It’s not over looked and it’s very tranquil. The pool is perfectly placed in the sunshine all day long. It has steps into it and is a great size. Giuseppe made our stay so special. He’d arrive to clean the pool bringing the most delicious croissants and pastries that he’d bought from the local patisserie. We managed well to communicate using google translate and sign language which was always a laugh. When our time came to an end we actually cried leaving such a special home, a wonderful host and the happiest of memories we had made there. Mornings that are magical, watching the sun rise with the sound of bees and the cockerel, to late evening sunsets and stars that are incredible. This was easily one of our favourite holidays made so because of Giuseppe and his wonderful home. Thank you so much we are telling everyone to book it! We hope one day we can return till then we send all our love and thanks for giving us the most magical stay love theTaylors xx

Sehr sauberes Haus mit schönem Garten und Pool !

Wir haben den 11-tägigen Urlaub sehr genossen. Giuseppe ist ein wunderbarer, unkomplizierter und freundlicher Vermieter, der per Whatsapp immer schnell erreichbar war und auch sehr gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Bäckereien für uns hatte. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren für uns und unseren kleine Hund ein wahres Paradies. Innerhalb 5-10 Minuten ist man per Auto in der schönen Innenstadt von Alghero (mit tollen Restaurants) oder am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls sehr viele. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!

Traumvilla

Wir (Eltern, Teenagertochter, Oma) haben wunderbare, erholsame, abwechslungsreiche 14 Tage in diesem für uns perfekten Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Villa liegt auf einem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegtem Anwesen in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von Alghero - wo man toll essen (wir haben u.a. ein paar der im Gästebuch empfohlenen Restaurants ausprobiert, diese waren alle toll), shoppen und den Sonnenuntergang an der Stadtmauer direkt am Meer erleben kann. Man kann hier beides haben: Erholung und Spaß in der tollen Villa selbst und gleichzeitig liegt sie gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir fanden vor allem unsere Ausflüge nach Bosa inkl Cane Manu (irre Landschaft am Meer, man kann hier von Klippen ins Meer springen), Stintino (für den bekannten Strand Pelosa braucht man Tickets -lohnt sich aber den mal gesehen zu haben!), Grotta di Nettune, Wanderung zu Cappo Caccio, wunderschöne Buchtenwanderung im Parco diConte (Punta Giglio) toll und empfehlen diese. Vielen Dank Giuseppe für alles!!

Villa calme et détente

Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine et extérieur étendue. Le villa est très calme et très bien placer pour visiter L’Alghero et toutes les attractions alentours touristes et les plages. Le propriétaire nous avons bien accueilli et était attentif pour que nous passons de bonnes vacances. Le clim a bien fonctionner dans les chambres pendant les fortes chaleurs. Nous avons passé trois belles semaines de vacances.

Superbe location

Bel maison très bien équipé, il ne manque rien et surtout très très propre. L'accueil des propriétaires est excellent. Ils sont sympathiques, extrêmement gentils et très généreux. Jardine et piscine MAGNIFIQUE! Maison avec une magnifique terrasse en face la piscine. L'intérieur est réalisé avec goût . La location est d'une propreté irréprochable et avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable . Bonne situation géographique. Un accueil extraordinaire, des gens d'une gentillesse rare et en même temps trés discrets . Un grand merci

Amazing pool .

We have had the most amazing holiday , the outside space was incredible, the pool is a lovely size , and most evening we had a BBQ and watched the bats , The house is cosy but could really do with air conditioning as a couple of nights were a little too warm . The owner was lovely, bringing us pastries , and any small problems we had were quickly resolved.

the property is gorgeous

The place looks even better than the pictures , huge garden on both side the pool is very recent and is gorgeous , a feel of tuscany with all the olive trees , the owner Giuseppe gave us a great welcome the fridge was filled with drinks and fresh cookies from the pastry shop. We could have called it paradise, the countryside view is gorgeous quiet and very private during the day. Unfortunatly we had a hard time sleeping at night, the matress is a little old and a property in the neighbourhood owns 2 dogs , they barked all night long 5 night out of 7 if you have a strong sleep go for it! . The owner called the neighbours and apologised spoiling us with croissant and it worked for those 2 nights, unfortunatly you can't predict what the night will be like. Apart from that the place is perfect cosy for a family and 5 minutes from the city center 10mn drive from the beach beautiful next to the hotel oasis it is the best with pine trees everywhere. sardinia is amaizing great destination!!!!

Little Paradise in Sardinia

Villa Melissa is one of the houses on Homeaway that are even more beautiful in real than shown on the pictures. Further more the house is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house was well maintained. The houseowner and his family are very friendly persons who will help you were they can, making you feel at home from the very first moment you stay at the house. I can sure recommend this house for other travelers seeking a relaxing, comfortable and paceful holiday.

Perfect!

We spent a fantastic week in Villa Melissa. Everything was perfect, well equipped house, nice garden, lovely swimming pool. Peaceful location. Our host, Giuseppe, was super - friendly and helpful. He welcomed us warmly to his house and surprised us with prosecco and italian pastries. Couldn’t be better - Tutto perfetto!

Il nostro soggiorno in questa bella villa è stato magnifico !!

Villa Melissa è stata una meravigliosa dimora per le nostre vacanze. Dotata di un bellissimo giardino con piscina e patio, tutto molto bello e funzionale. L'interno con arredi essenziali ma dotata di ogni confort. Freschissima la notte e soprattutto silenziosissima, che in vacanza è assolutamente un valore aggiunto. Lontana dal caotico centro quel tanto che basta per non rendere lo spostamento pesante. La cura e la gentilezza dell' ospite hanno reso il tutto perfetto. Consigliatissima !!
